對於本次訂購的家庭套房表示非常滿意。房間還是十分寬敞明亮的，家庭房的區域分佈清晰、床位的擺放十分舒適。衞生間乾濕分離、功能齊全。房間內的付費用品標識較為明顯。拖鞋也很舒服，進房贈送水果和酸奶。每日的自助早餐從七點開始至九點結束。粗略看了看介紹，酒店本身包含很多不同種類的宴會廳，以前對這家酒店的印象總是歸類為商務出行類酒店，經過這次的經歷，認為這家酒店同樣也適用於家庭度假。

優點：外觀很氣派，房間很大，服務非常好，有什麼需求很及時就響應，服務真心好。房間整潔乾淨，外景也很美。工作桌子不錯，房間內該有的都有，好像還有個小冰箱！
關於早餐：牛奶很香，其它的還行吧！
待改進： 茶葉包建議升級一下，洗漱用品增加卸粧套件，放個一次性馬桶套。

房間很大，家庭房兩張床是隔開的，設施比較新，洗浴水也很熱，不錯不錯。
投影電視很大，可惜還沒升級，投影顏色發紅。
酒店早餐還可以，中規中矩，酒店的早餐都差不多。
這邊離淮北師大很近，離鬧市區遠，開車方便，我們自駕過來，還是比較滿意的，下次來這邊還會選擇這裏

酒店離淮北站不遠，打車一個起步費。房間乾淨整潔，比攜程顯示的圖片看起來好多了。比如電視機，攜程圖片上的電視機看起來挺小的，實際還是蠻大的。不過雖然有鳳凰衞視這類頻道，但信號很差，幾乎無法觀看。酒店後面有個很大的花園，吃完早飯散散步，很舒服。早餐品類不少，還有當地特色的食物，可以吃的不錯。

服務態度非常好👍，酒店風格也很好看，設施齊全，前台服務主動熱情貼心辦理入住很快，房間乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡舒服，從前台到客房餐廳每一位服務人員都很熱情主動打招呼，洗衣房也有高温烘乾，非常nice，步行幾分鐘就有吾悦廣場和小吃街，非常方便，特別點名表揚前台01 服務員小姐姐，服務很貼心，熱情的幫忙介紹酒店設施並送到電梯口

天氣比較熱，從公司回來很不舒服感覺像低血糖一樣，給前台打了電話，服務員很快幫我送來一些糖果，巧克力， 服務員大姐在旁邊照顧我，直到緩解了才離開，當時感覺很感動~很感謝服務員大姐！酒店房間也非常乾淨，值得推薦！

PPengguna Tetamu酒店就在南湖旁邊啊，走路十幾分鍾就到了。樓下車位特別多，門口好多小吃店，很熱鬧。晚上樓下會有點點吵，把窗户關上，空調開開就沒聲了。最值得讚的是屋內全聲控，很高級。五一期間訂的三床房，一家三口睡得太舒服了。隔音還不錯，反正我是沒聽見任何聲音。衞生也很乾凈，忘了拍照片了。一定要帶孩子去南湖轉一圈，人少！能划船，開小車。

②酒店不隔音，幾乎整整一夜都有人在打遊戲亂叫。雖然阿姨有上去提醒，但是沒有絲毫用。
③前台阿姨態度挺好的，還主動給我小板凳。
但是總體體驗還是很不好，電競椅靠裡麪的位置特別臟，房間也無燒水壺。
可能酒店定位不一樣，同價位推薦其他。還有從此對電競酒店失望，不隔音真的太吵太吵，打遊戲聲，猛的開門關門聲，阿姨敲門聲。
還有衞生間不知道為啥，會進煙味，很嗆。且衞生間有點返味。
