The homestay is very new and clean,but if you don't wake up earlier (about 7 am) , then you can't sleep till late time because of construction noisy.
The bed mattress is very cozy and big enough and the owner is very nice.
I will visit here next time again after finishing the construction !!

太美好的旅程了 主要是民宿住着超舒服 老闆人超級好 提前問好到達時間 在等我們
房間的早餐豐富又美味 朋友説像家裡燒的一樣美味 民宿房間超級大了 我們訂的雙床房 比住在景德鎮市裡舒服多了 衞生都很好 環境房間露台外面有草坪和大秋千 感覺這家民宿 擁有絕好的位置 離兩邊景點比較近 卻又靠山很安靜 簡直太方便了 （自帶停車場）

沒能蹭吃到午餐蛋炒飯 因為早餐實在太飽了

The location and the view is just fantastic. It is convenient enough to access town and tourist areas yet it is surrounding by mountains in a valley - the grassland next to the villas makes a very good place for a stroll.
Lanlan who runs the kitchen service for breakfast is very engaging and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and clean.

Reception/owners were very friendly, helpful and attentive. They see to our needs and including recommending places to visit. The room was exceptional, with high-tech auto toilet, nice and bright lighting, clean and conducive environment for a very comfortable stay in Jingdezhen. They have ample rooms, I will stay there again if I visit Jingdezhen in the future.

非常好的一次體驗，酒店非常乾淨，房間也很寬敞，中式裝修很符合景德鎮的氛圍，老闆夫妻兩人都很熱情，非常講究，對我們並不衹是一個住客，更是當接待遠行的朋友，入住第一天上午得知我們一天沒有吃飯，親子煮了自己包的餃子給我們，早餐也是他們自己做的家常飯大家一起吃很溫馨，同時他們又有自己的陶瓷工作室，閑暇之餘還可以看看師傅做陶瓷，真真體驗到了景德鎮的人文，期待下次再去多體驗一段時間。

玩兒三寶村住這家店真的很方便，離網紅店9494很近，過去很方便。店鋪離租車的地方很近，有了車去哪兒都超級方便。
店家人很好，房間很大，配套齊全，在門口就可以做陶瓷。很愛這個小陽台，晚上買了一點小酒在小陽台喝酒跟朋友聊聊天再靜靜呆會兒很舒服，房間的圖沒怎麼拍，就放幾張網紅店9494和網紅店西西的店的圖，離這家店都超級近，這家住宿的店本身也很漂亮！推薦入住～

雙人房面積有點小，好在衞生間還大，乾淨整潔，民宿離陶溪川打的也還近的，附近有個古玩城，步行可達，夜晚睡着很安靜隔音不錯，房間內的傢俱比較考究，床墊和枕頭非常舒適，跟老闆説了要喝茶馬上送來了茶葉，一樓既是前台也是瓷器展廳，老闆娘是制瓷的傳承人，大廳打理得非常雅緻，早餐有湯粉和拌粉的選擇，簡單好在熱乎新鮮，就是滿房的情況下早餐廳略侷促了，整體滿意

【趕上了春秋大集的尾巴，這應該是我住過民宿目前為止最好的吧，就在三寶村景區裏，去哪都好方便！入住前老闆貼心的發來入住的須知和玩景德鎮的攻略，房子温馨乾淨，小院子也精心打理，大廳的冰箱裏喝的都免費拿，景德鎮吃吃逛逛，晚上累了小平台小酌一杯，太愜意啦！！來的第一天，老闆娘還開車送我們去吃了本地菜，也太好吃了！就是辣😂但是也止不住好吃，還好，這裏準備的早餐很營養，也清淡，讓我緩過來一會兒，哈哈哈哈，這個鹹菜小魚真好吃，走的時候老闆讓推薦了這家，還微信鹹菜老闆寄回去吃。幸運的是所有景區今年給屬龍的免費，所有景區門票也都沒花錢，給自己放個小假，這趟旅行也太棒了！開心來開心走！】

非常滿意的一次入住，工作人員熱情的態度讓我對景德鎮這座城市的好感增加了幾個度！入店可以説是有求必應，民宿內有非常多精美的瓷器，不愧是景德鎮的民宿很有本地風韻，我們入住之前特意打電話給我們提前開好了空調，這點也很滿意

新開業的酒店，硬件高大上，酒店的同事服務殷勤備至。我第1次去景德鎮。除了房間有景德鎮的攻略。前台的小姐姐也會熱情分享。酒店的位置非常好。就在昌江的邊上。也是城市打造的一個娛樂休閑區。有非常棒過江棧道。和江邊棧道。潺潺的流水。隨風搖曳的垂柳。還有江邊的酒吧。很是令人陶醉。酒店知道我是從格蘭雲天的發源地深圳過來。還給我升級了房間。當然還有豐富的早餐。給我短暫的旅行增添了更多歡樂，此次的入住讓我感覺到非常的超值。是景德鎮最好的選擇。沒有之一呀。

I came to Jingdezhen to visit the capital of ceramics on my own and chose to stay at this hotel for its central location. It had only recently opened and everything was very new and modern. The room was beautiful and spacious, and had heated flooring. I had an excellent stay. Only negative for me was the breakfast as I prefer a Western style of food in the morning.

這個名宿有點讓我驚喜，房間的空間大小很合適，有個獨立的衣櫃設計的很好👍一進門有一股淡淡的香味很舒服😌老闆的地毯和窗簾還有床上的小抱枕都是一個青花瓷的顏色，非常好看，中我的意。我住酒店一般最在意的就是衞生，但是我很滿意，還有一次性的馬桶墊，護髮素，很難得！而且我今天打車去了雕塑瓷廠，陶瓷博物館還有御窯博物館都10幾塊，離陶溪川就更近啦，非常方便！最喜歡的還是老闆一家人的笑容，很美，很親切！👍👍👍👍👍

房間衞生乾淨，空間也比較寬敞，衞生間做了分區沒有異味，洗澡後流水也很通暢不積水。房間隔音很好整晚幾乎沒有聽到過隔壁房間的任何聲音，房間外面是個老小區也很安靜不影響睡眠，酒店位置也很好找，周邊陶溪川，陶塑廠，陶陽新村都很近騎車就幾分鐘，去三寶村也方便，早餐很豐富做得都挺好吃，都是大廚在服務也很乾凈衞生，離南瑤記中餐衹有幾分鐘路太方便了，很好的酒店非常滿意！

Excellent hotel. Centrally located, extremely clean, very modern. Free laundry available which was very convenient. Breakfast was good but note that certain foods run out before the 10AM end time. Additionally, the gym is just 3 cardio machines, no weights. Would stay here again.

我的感覺和這個客户是一樣的，隔音非常差，樓上的在床上翻身的聲音都能聽清楚，樓上客户比較神奇，一對夫妻帶2個小孩，小兒子聽哭鬧聲應該三四歲，女兒大一點，回來得比較遲，快11點回來，催促孩子洗漱的叫聲，半夜11點半多了還沒睡覺，早上7點，媽媽把小孩都叫醒，不讓睡，小孩睡不夠又鬧脾氣，太清楚了，雖然酒店地理確實好，服務也好，但是隔音真的太差了，對於旅行一天的人來説，大人熬一下，可這個是親子房，小孩總不能12點睡早上7點被叫醒，崩潰

KKooi HinVery stylish ID for this hotel, you can see the owner has put lots of efforts. We had very good stay here, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice pillow… just the right height (yes, they even went down to the detail of the pillow choices)
Breakfast was good, 谢谢你阿姨，especially for the 小米粥.
Location was superb, many eatery places around. Walking distance to major places of attraction. Very close walking distance to the famous 陶溪川, which we were so lucky to have impromptu visit to the 春秋大集.
But above all, it was the extra efforts & services the owner has offered to us. Firstly the hotel helped us to move our luggages from our previous stay so that we could have late check-in, more time to visit the places we wanted to go.
By the time we were back at nite, everything was already well arranged, our luggages were nicely in our rooms. Welcoming us with a beautiful bowl… full of local fruits. They even gave us a very beautiful multi-purposed bag with all the room amenities in it. The bag is huge, meant for laundry too. Oh yes, we did our laundry there, so convenient and thoughtful.
BEST OF ALL 🥰 (this was way too unexpected)
We were simply just wanted to arrange our next destination transportation. Ended up the owner shared us his beautiful car, asking one of the assistant to drive us personally.
How long was the journey? Not close by at all, 2 hours to get there (for us), to and fro in 4 hours (for him).
For that, we simply would like to express our gratitude for everything, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you thank you, all the very best for each of you who has made this trip memorable. 🙏

From check in/ out, breakfast, housekeeping, to amenities and car ride service to the airport, every aspect was delivered with care and attentiveness. Any requests or enquiries were promptly addressed either in person or through the Frontdesk WeChat, which was very convenient. Daily housekeeping was thorough, frontdesk staff were friendly and attentive, and I especially appreciate the rich variety of healthy breakfast options.
My room was a little small but very well furnished, with a beautiful view of the mountains and courtyard trees. Although it was rainy for most of my stay here, there was plenty to explore in the area and the location is very convenient- around 5-20 minutes car ride to most attractions and night markets.
Thank you to the amazing 88 Homestay staff for making my first stay in Jingdezhen such a comfortable experience! I felt very well taken care of, and highly recommend 88 Homestay!

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a lovely hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere. It does live up to its name: the feel of art is in the air. Both the check-in and check-out were very smooth and quick, although I am a foreigner and I don’t speak Chinese. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and neat. The bedsheets and the towels did impress me: they looked like completely new or maybe they were, indeed, new. I particularly liked the wooden staircase and furniture: it gives the feel of pure nature to the artistic vibe of this hotel. It’s a little gem hidden on a small alley in the vicinity of all the railway station and the porcelain factory. As soon as you dive in, you definitely know you are in the capital of porcelain. I will definitely book with them again when I come back to Jingdezhen.

PPengguna TetamuI chose this hotel because of it's central location. It's located on a street with an abundance of restaurants to choose from, and within walking distance to a market were many vendors sell ceramics and various pieces of pottery on Saturdays.
Major tourist sites like the porcelain museum were also a short trip by car.
Positives
Great location. Lots of places to eat.
Negatives.
No English service. The check in process was stress even with translation apps.
Stairs. You have to go up some steep stairs to get to the 2nd floor, where all the rooms are on. Not for elderly people, or those with large and heavy bags.
Price. I have paid less at better hotels. You are paying for the location.

I’m a foreigner traveler accustomed to American lifestyle which indicates I’m unaccustomed to Chinese and local lifestyle. I had to walk 20-30 mins to have a cup of coffee in each and every morning … I had major life crisis for unable to get coffee….
I weeped in the hotel lobby cuz … I felt alienated from urban life… the hotel I don’t know. Made me have a second opinion on everything when I met a group of people smoking in a hallway ..with a no smoking sign…

PPengguna TetamuThe hostel is pretty good for a sightseeing trip to Jingdezhen if you are on a budget. The room is new and has clean linen as well as a large locker to keep your things in. There is a kitchen downstairs though it could do with a spruce up. The great thing about the place is the location - you can easily visit the Taoyang Alley Historical and Cultural Tourist Area including the Imperial Kilns and the excellent museum at night. It is close enough to walk to easily and in fact offers free entry after 8.30pm each night.

SSergius MichaelWell located in the upper end of the Ancient town. Nice view of the river and old houses from our window. The owners were very kind. He came to meet us at the town entrance and carried our bags to the hotel in his jitney. Nice wood paneled room. Chinese beds. Chinese toilet. They cooked us a Delicious meal of local delicacies, including locally caught fish, and Vegetables from their own garden. Their little dig, ”Xiao Mantou” greeted us so happily every time we returned from visiting the old town.
There is no Entrance fee for the town, but some houses required a ticket. We saw enough old houses Without paying. The local inhabitants welcomed our visits to see their old houses.
A shop offered painted Porcelain items much cheaper than in Jingdezhen city. A delightful time.

1、進酒店大廳就有一股不太好聞的像是倉庫的氣味
2、酒店衞生沒做好，上一位客人使用的一次性用品包裝袋沒有清理乾淨
3、淋浴間的隔斷簾發黴，淋浴間有有一股黴味反臭
4、淋浴間玻璃門非常難關上，設施老舊，很多地方都發黴了
5、衞生間鏡子燈光設計不合理，化粧完全看不清
6、隔音效果不好，可以聽見隔壁房間大聲説話笑聲和放音樂的聲音
