去了那麼多地方，住過那麼多的酒店這次的感受讓我不得不説啊特別好，前台小姐姐們非常熱情，一直到房間衹要碰到酒店人員都在跟你問好讓你瞬間沒有了在異鄉的孤獨感，客房阿姨還送來了小零食和賀卡，離店的時候前台還送了小禮品，非常開心的一次體驗，比心♥️

原先訂的房間在一樓，對着院子的停車場。後來協調到二樓，不僅寬敞而且在後院 比較安靜。酒店邊上就是排行第一的九九飯店，離美食也很近。早上睡到自然醒，喝喝茶，附近吃個飯就可以去景點。酒店離景點也特別近。方便出行。前台美女很熱心引導我們怎麼玩轉荊州城。

第一次入住這家酒店，一進來前台小姐姐就熱情的打招呼，服務態度超級好，和朋友一起體驗了一把巨幕投影的快樂，房間設施都很新，還挺乾淨的，後面吃了東西到處都亂亂的，麻煩客房阿姨幫忙打掃，阿姨也超有禮貌，很貼心的，重點是酒店裡還有免費的健身房跟洗衣房，我們開車過來的，來之前還特意打電話詢問了酒店，停車也是免費的，非常有耐心，超出我預期感受，這個價位這個服務值得點贊，推薦入住

#衞生雖然是在花園裡的小木屋，外面有些小生物，但是房間內的衞生還是非常乾淨。紗窗很靠譜，注意開門關門就行#服務管家式服務，有帶客入駐，有旅遊指南#位置交通距離周邊景區10分鐘車程，距離荊州古城半個小時#房間設施熱水空調都很好

這個酒店非常值得推薦，強烈推薦。性價比超級好！
第一酒店很寬敞，雖然是老酒店改造的，被子很乾凈，牙刷很軟。雖然衞生間的改造比較小，但基本上都換新了，淋浴花灑頭沒有換新的，但沖涼的水特別大。而且水夠熱，假如你在這邊玩了一天很累，你可以沖一個很熱的熱水澡。把腳好好燙一下，去掉一天的疲憊。
第二早餐特別豐富，品種很多。
第三前台小姑娘特別熱情，很客氣，很開心！很開朗。會辦事。
不足的地方就是掛沐浴露的地方，有點不方便，這個設計有點不合理。感覺使用起來不夠人性化，應該是掛在正面。

確實是意外驚喜；酒店佔地面積很大，全部是一至三層的傳統建築度假屋，木質結構加上草覆蓋的屋頂；獨立區域內的前庭後院，房間的陽台和走廊的大露台，穿堂風從前庭穿過房間到後院一大片稻田，感覺這一次的預訂贏麻了。房間很新，衞生打掃得很乾凈，也是難得的所有工作人員都笑得很真實不職業的酒店；早餐建議去觀景眺台上吃，這個季節吹着涼風看稻田太美好；中餐廳的菜很有當地特色，贈送的五仁月餅非常好吃。很喜歡這間酒店，希望能再來。

The hotel is access from a laneway off the main road and there was no noise from outside. The internal plumbing was very noisy. The hotel is not far from the east gate of the ancient city wall, a great place for a walk and itks easy to get to all the beautiful surrounding gardens. If you turn left on the main street and walk about a block you will find a good little restaurant. Don’t forget to visit the terrific museum.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店位置好，交通便利，離商場近，出行很方便。有停車場，前台小姐姐禮貌熱情，會主動問候，很是親切，帶着小孩，前台小姐姐還幫我們免費升級了親子房，每個房間都有大窗户，採光好又安靜，衞生也很乾凈，床墊超級舒服，洗澡出水快，水温合適！
最貼心的是看見有小孩，還給床加裝了護欄，我晚上也可以安心睡覺了，非常感謝前台小姐姐！
另外，酒店還有洗衣房，晾曬區非常方便。客房的大姐還會幫忙清洗衣服哦！
酒店有提供早餐，離酒店很近走個兩分鐘就到了，早餐味道不錯，有荊州本地特色。
酒店離公園也特別近，吃完早餐，還帶孩子去中山公園的動物園看了海獅表演，孩子高興極了，很推薦這家酒店！值得一住！

PPengguna Tetamu我們是一家四口出行，提前訂1.5米床的2床房間，給我們安排了麻將房，佈局非常寬敞。前台的小姐姐也很nice，主動約早餐類型，溝通也很nice。旁邊就是海洋館，整體地理位置很不錯，而且晚上附近也沒啥人，很安靜。
説説不足：
1、麻將房衹有1個垃圾桶。我提前備註了帶2娃入駐，1個垃圾桶屬實不夠，去前台找小姐姐添加垃圾桶，告知沒有多餘數量了
2、小姐姐給了替代方案：多放幾個垃圾袋。但是當天回來也沒有看到垃圾袋
3、個人睡眠習慣不喜歡用酒店通用枕頭，提出想換個普通枕頭，告知也是沒有
4、入住了2天，準備退房的當天早上發現沒辦法使用明亮模式，不知道是啥原因。
就感覺硬件部分確實值得提升吧。
