高級大床房拖鞋衹有兩雙，如果另外需要，一雙5元另收費，（第一次住酒店要拖鞋需要付錢）酒店前台辦理入住的員工鐵青臉，問些問題頭不抬順手指方向，很沒禮貌。房間淋浴花灑出水很小，想痛快洗個熱水澡是不可能的，酒店停車場免費，外面車輛隨意停進來，沒有保安看守，導致住酒店客人沒有停車的地方，衹能停到酒店對面馬路邊，以防萬一被貼條，早起把車在開走。特別表揚保潔阿姨，熱情❤️主動打招呼，詢問是否需要幫助，指引房間方向👍比前台員工有禮貌，衞生真的不錯👍

整體很滿意，樓下停車方便，室內乾淨整潔，周邊環境也很安靜
就有一點需要改進，電視信號改進一下，就能看五六個頻道，其它頻道都沒信號

環境好！衞生好！很滿意。每次我出差都會到這家酒店，服務周到，在遼陽入住過其它酒店，總是覺得沒有中天酒店的人員熱情，標準的接待禮儀，熱情的房嫂大姐！酒店的負責人什麼事更能想到客人前面，都是值得入住的理由！酒店後面有大型購物超市 買東西也方便！交通也好。滿意滿意

民宿服務非常熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞跟圖片展示的一模一樣～位置也很好找到，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台小姐姐很熱情，房間價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不僅是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，這就是我對這家民宿的評價，真的超讚噠！

出來考試第一次住遼陽的酒店，服務非常好，非常周到，非常為客人着想，衞生也好，還送了果盤，知道我們是考生還送了考試的文具真的很周到～～～
床單被罩也非常乾淨，之前去酒店都用的自己的一次性的床單，在這酒店直接用的酒店的 感覺一點兒不拉人 非常好

發現幾點問題，並不是指責或者督促，只是闡述一下入住後發現問題。
第一，房間室內燈光不全。
第二，智能門鎖反應不靈敏。
第三，牆體牆紙有開裂，裝修過於陳舊。
第四，床頭燈位置有點晃眼。
第五，淋浴間熱水供應系統太慢了，需要提前放水很久，水温才能上來。
第六，房間內沒有準備一次性拖鞋，浴袍已經老舊開線。
整體來説，體驗感一般，重點要説的是服務質量特別高，服務態度特別好，所以完全可以彌補了以上所有問題。感謝前台及客房部所有工作人員，給我帶來特別好的入住體驗
