"I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!"

"Location was great. Right opposite the train station.
The front desk was friendly and helpful.
Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away.
The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter.
The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking.
Overall, the stay was totally worth it."

"This time, I came to Mudanjiang with my friends and booked a newly opened hotel. It is located in the center of the pedestrian street. I was amazed as soon as I walked in. It is no worse than a star hotel. The service is very good. The two single beds are moderately spaced, the bedding is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleeping experience is excellent. The stay experience was absolutely top-notch. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the room experience was incredibly comfortable, and all the hotel amenities were fully stocked and even better than what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Toiletries and bedding were all disposable and exceptionally clean. They even provided sleep aids like earplugs and black tea. In the evening, there were patrol performances which were incredibly fun and exciting! Definitely a big thumbs up. We went up the mountain twice and experienced all sorts of snow activities, especially the Snow Dragon and snowmobiles, which were absolutely thrilling! I'm definitely coming back to this hotel next time!

MM641040****Beforehand, I didn't have high hopes for the accommodations in Xuexiang, since I was mainly there for the scenery. However, from the moment I arrived at the entrance, the owner paid close attention to me, guiding me step by step and recommending sightseeing options after registration. Especially the moment I opened the room door with my key card—it greatly exceeded my expectations, and the emotional experience was fantastic. The corridor was clean, the wet and dry areas were separated, and I even had a view of the snow-capped mountains! Waking up and opening the curtains was a wonderful experience; the environment was comparable to a four-star hotel, and the service was attentive and responsive. I'll definitely come back to Xuexiang next time!

AAnonymous UserI had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful.
The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly.
The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night.
Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

PPeace PhatthaWe had a very comfortable and happy stay at Qiuqu Donglai Inn. It was much cheaper compared to the other accomodations in Snow Town, and exceeded our expectations. The owners and staff were very friendly and patient in providing all the help we needed during our stay 😄
Before the trip, it was also easy communicating with the owner through Wechat as she patiently answered all our concerns and even provided us with more guiding tips about our trip there. She helped us to settle mutliple car and bus pickup services to/from the inn as well as to/from Snow Town. This certainly made our planning much easier and convenient as we could plan our days according to the pick-up/ drop-off times.
Additionally, the inn was very cozy with only 2 floors of rooms but it was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The Kang heated beds were comfortable and the toilet was exceptionally clean, with a heater unit and toilet seat. We could also order food from the QR code in the room and have our meals prepared from the kitchen downstairs. The convenience and quality of food definitely left us impressed.
For our trip to Snow Town, the owner provided us with suggestions on activities that we could try and also helped us to book the activity package at a cheaper rate. The owner even prepared some free activities for us to do (Photo-taking with the traditional jacket + Water splashing into ice) but it was rather unfortunate as we could not find time to try it out. You should definitely try it out if you stay here and have the time to do so!
We highly recommend this inn for comfort, convenience and a peace-of-mind when travelling to Snow Town. This will definitely be our go-to accomodation when we are back here for our next visit! 💯

I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience at Snow Mushroom Hotel. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff.
From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had.

MM486482****Breakfast for children under 18: The breakfast was plentiful and a pleasant surprise. Everyone says breakfast in Xuexiang is a life-saving meal. I never expected to be able to eat Northeast-style iron pot stew!
Cleanliness: Very clean, with attention to detail.
Environment: The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the window. The child had plenty of space to play in the snow.
Service: The hotel reception was very attentive; they even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes when they saw we had a child.
Facilities: The hotel is very new; you can tell the decor was carefully done.
The room was very clean. We traveled a long way in this remote area, but we found a hotel we liked and were very happy with. The owner even provided clothes for photos. The food in the hotel restaurant was also delicious. I recommend the spicy steamed fish; it was excellent. Overall, I feel we made the right choice in choosing this hotel. Highly recommended!

YYaofeidejiThe room was very clean and spacious, with a large bed and a tatami area next to a snowy view. The heated floor and voice control made it extremely comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I absolutely loved opening the window to a beautiful snow scene.
The only minor drawbacks were the password lock without an internal deadbolt and no refrigerator, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff here were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage and recommending local attractions. Plus, the location is super convenient! Highly recommended!

I like this hotel very much. There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.

GGuest UserSnow Town is great. It doesn't snow in the south. I was so excited to see snow for the first time. Who said that Snow Town is not fun? It's so beautiful and has a great tourist atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and has sufficient heating. It's very convenient to eat along the way. The receptionist is very enthusiastic. He helped with the luggage and gave me frozen persimmons. They were super delicious. The pick-up service is also very good. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient. Snow Town is worth the trouble to play. I will stay here next time I come to play.
