第二次入住這家酒店，位置真的很好，下樓都是各種吃飯的店，近沙灘入口，溜達到海邊路也就是15分鐘左右。酒店房間好寬敞的，還有小小外置陽台，方便晾衣服。自駕遊的，車停可以停在酒店。樓下租輛小電動，可以遊覽南海觀音寺，海上古堡，海邊路打卡。

住了四天（一共2223元這個價格在汕尾不算便宜）但可能是因為是老酒店 設備都挺舊 送了四天早餐吃了一次 選擇少 東西一般 我定的親子套房 客廳有一張小童小小的地毯 很臟 讓阿姨更換 阿姨説換不了 也沒拿去清洗 值得誇獎的是 送的礦泉水挺多 每天冰箱都滿的 離家近 給箇中評 希望下次回去住 有改進

實話實説，距離海濱浴場衹有100米，這是最大的優點，房間大，小孩活動起來舒適。還有個小陽台，衣服晾一個晚上就幹了。二樓是餐廳，價格也不算貴，方便，就是味道還欠缺點。樓下就可以免費停車，酒店門口就是大路，去哪裡都很方便。缺點是洗手間有點小，特別是洗漱池，風筒吹一會就會過熱暫停工作。建議訂普通雙床房就行，因為酒店衹有4層樓高，海景房也不怎麼看到海的，還比普通雙床房貴了幾十元。

Very impressive and good service, classic 5 star hotel, provide high quality hygiene, swimming pool is big enough but TV seems like cannot connect iPhone AirPlay. Gym room is big enough but not too many choice of equipments(all hotel have same problem). All things is quite new and very clean. No cheating you. For family trip is very good and price is very low but not really fit for couple. Staff Ms Lam is very nice and beauty.

I liked everything about the hotel, The location is good and easily accessible, it has high level of cleanliness and the services are pretty good. The only query is that the hotel was late to return my hotel deposit, therefore I had to call them to remind them to do so.

設施：完善齊全，還有小童親子洗漱用品。 衞生：房間衞生乾淨整潔。 環境：距離沙灘很近，1樓直通沙灘，還有一個小童波波池，小朋友玩的很開心。 服務：前台服務非常好，感謝cherry的有求必應，小李有幫忙送行李放房間，非常感謝，解決了一大家子出行行李多的問題。 餐飲：早餐豐富，潮汕當地特色早餐。 還有洗衣房可以洗衣烘乾，總之服務非常不錯，汕尾之行很滿意，下次來還會選擇這個酒店，家人都很開心。

房間還行 中規中矩 但是沙發是發黴的 生活用品提供得很少 訂的大床加小床雙床房 只有一次性毛巾就算了 還是賊小一條 建議自帶毛巾 外面的設施比較破舊 泳池不開 旁邊吃飯的酒店倒閉不開 沙灘上沖腳洗手上廁所的地方是沒有的 好多東西都像荒廢一樣 地方比較偏僻 去哪都不方便 唯一滿意的是 樓下就是沙灘 人較少 不會再去

GGeltokThe staff was very friendly and helpful! The location of this hotel is fantastic, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. In the evening, the streets come alive with vendors selling a variety of delicious food. The city’s most famous attractions are also conveniently close. Getting to the hotel is very easy, as there is a direct bus from Shanwei Railway Station to the street where the hotel is located and the bus stop almost right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was nice, there is also WiFi, that works good.

NNevennaDon’t look any further for a place to stay in the Red Bay! This is a great hotel, very close to both beaches, the spectacular coast very clean and not crowded. Currently the tide was high and the pre-typhoon waves have made the beach unavailable for swimming on one side but I hope that in the peak of the summer season this will be different. There are also many sights worth seeing very near this accommodation in the walking distance, and a lot of excellent restaurants with very fresh seafood too. The rooms are perfectly clean and functional, tasteful and private, well equipped, and it’s very cheap, which is amazing! The hotel owners are so lovely and welcoming, beautiful people. They made us feel like we have arrived to visit good friends, they had tea with us in the lobby and gave us advice on the things we needed in the city. We are very grateful and we will surely return here again and choose the same place to stay. 🌊🌼❤️

DDoerscheln SilkeWe've stayed at the hotel a few times in the past. The staff at reception is very helpful and the check-in process uncomplicated and quick. The ”super room” is spacious and has a huge TV (which we didn't have time to use). There's a small couch to sit on and the shower area is separated by a partial wall from the rest of the room. On the downside, the mattress was very hard. The room smelled strongly of cold cigarette smoke which is rather uncomfortable for non-smokers.

PPengguna Tetamu房子還挺乾淨的，陽台有桌椅可以坐那兒發會呆。怕海邊太潮沒定最前排的海邊，結果這邊還可以，我們住的27層，樓下都是餐廳。凌晨2點多到的，前台一直等着我們，態度還特別好。來汕尾首選保利金町灣，紅海灣那邊太偏了！這邊去市裡吃飯也可以，社區裏也可以！

The room was dirty a bit. The bad is very hard.

The ussues in here was they cannot speak English, is a young girl in there and she try but mostly was Google translate, the TV they can't set up to watch lical chanels like CCTV you most have to pay to watch anything, the cleaning womans doesn't clean the place very well at the 3er day need to complain because not even the toilet want to clean, they just go to leave towels, tissue, toilet paper , apart of this I enjomy stay in thei place.
