房間很好寬敞，床很軟，外面是一片竹林很好看，非常適合看書，地磚桌子都很乾凈，馬桶有點稍臟我們自己燙了一遍，還有就是晚上回來之後發現窗簾被拉上了，嚇了我們一跳，其他東西都沒動也沒丟，想着可能是什麼客房服務吧也沒再去多問一句哈哈哈哈，總體來説很滿意

給免費升房，給退房時間延長到了3點左右，因為中午想多休息一會。前台直接答應做好備註。感覺到了優質的服務。
從預訂撥打電話的親切感，到入住後的有求必應，是我認為今年最滿意的一次入住體驗了。這個價格很親民，服務很到位，環境也很棒，衞生也不錯。
第一次在衞生間看到有求助按鈕，説明酒店在照顧特殊人羣上用心了。
酒店的早飯是可以打包的，雖然菜品比較少。但是每一個都很棒，符合大眾口味。
第一次主動給酒店五星好評，來自真心的評價。
聯繫領導可以給入住時間服務的同事漲薪或者優先晉升。
總之很完美的體驗。

這次旅行記憶最深的酒店，剛好遇到山東滕州暴雨季，第二天買了動車票去北京躲雨，車子扔在了酒店門口，前台加微信時刻幫我關注，第三天整個城市大部分內澇了，基本水到胸口，此酒店卻沒有，一輛車都沒有受傷，前台小姐姐一直安慰我不會進水的，果然安全的度過了，點贊服務，非常用心，房間的床和枕頭零壓的確實不一樣，睡的腰不疼了，臨走娃還問前台要了伴手禮，這次事件非常滿意！

這次來滕州旅遊，選擇了柏曼酒店火車站🚉真愛廣場店，真的是太明智了！
酒店位置超棒，周邊美食雲集，交通也便利，步行幾分鐘就能到達火車站和步行街。
前台工作人員態度親切，辦理入住迅速，還送了我小點心，讓長途跋涉的疲憊感瞬間消散。
房間寬敞明亮，採光極佳。床又大又舒服，軟硬適中，搭配高品質的床品，我睡得特別香。
衞生間乾淨無異味，淋浴噴頭出水順暢，水温穩定，洗浴用品也不錯。
酒店的設施更是讓我驚喜連連。
餐廳環境優雅，早餐種類豐富，從麪包牛奶到熱菜粥品，滿足不同口味需求。

衞生啥的都超級好，新酒店也沒有很大的味道，環境服務都挺好的，也很安靜，前台小姐姐太熱情了，設施什麼也都很全。吹風機超級好用，洗衣房，健身房都有，停車場也很方便。附近也有各種餐館很，就是提一個小小的意見，如果在洗手枱能有擦手毛巾和橡皮筋，就更好了
