設施：房間內設施衹能説不匹配這個價格 單拿洗護用品來説吧 連護髮素都沒有
衞生：還可以 粗略看沒有什麼大問題
餐飲：早餐是我唯一滿意的 餐廳外面是一個小園林陽光好的時候坐裏面看窗外很愜意 吃的種類也比較多
服務：處理問題很敷衍 入住當晚摸到被子非常的潮濕 讓我老公聯繫了前台幫忙把被子換一套乾爽的 進來換被子的阿姨全程臭着臉 我以為是跟我一樣臭臉綜合症 我問阿姨是不是換好啦第一次她沒理我我以為她沒聽見我就問了第二句 她來了一句本來早上就已經是換新的了 叭叭叭 我沒回答 她換好了以後我老公讓她幫忙把我的生日蛋糕拿冰箱冷藏一下 她很用力的扯了一下蛋糕 倒了 她出去以後我第一時間在酒店的反饋裏反饋這件事情 至今退房了還沒有收到任何迴應 包括退房的時候我提了一嘴有一個阿姨服務態度很惡劣 前台也是尷尬笑笑沒下文 衹有這一個阿姨特別差勁 其他遇到的阿姨都挺好的
我等着你們的處理方式 🙂 不是要求開除阿姨 是要加強對她的培訓 以及對我的道歉 你們服務不跟進

非常滿意的一次旅行，山莊環境一流，房間闊大，伙食便靚正，賓至如歸。泳池及很多環境設施沒上圖，周邊還有其他景點可以遊玩，nice！

不管酒店如何，沖這個服務態度就要給五星好評！招待朋友的，朋友説當天入住登記證件，前台美女看到當日是他的生日，馬上祝他生日快樂，他以為這就過了-晚上吃飯回來看見房間放着蛋糕水果還有大堂經理的祝福語，説不感動是假的 服務是真的很棒！酒店環境也是很高大上 ，退房因為洗衣服的事情有點小插曲，但是前台也完美解決了 朋友非常滿意 以後一定都是住這家酒店

親子酒店體驗評價：
我最近入住了一家親子酒店，整體體驗非常愉快。酒店的位置便利，靠近主要景點和購物中心，對於帶着孩子的家庭來説非常方便。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，特別是小童床和玩具，讓孩子們感到非常開心。服務人員態度熱情，對孩子們特別耐心，提供了許多貼心的服務。餐飲方面，菜品豐富多樣，口味地道，尤其是小童套餐設計得非常合理。
總體來看，這家親子酒店在位置、設施和服務上都表現出色，非常適合家庭出遊。我強烈推薦給計劃帶孩子旅行的家庭，相信他們會和我一樣有美好的體驗。

位置一般，出去玩或吃東西得開車或打車。房間寬敞明亮，燈光好評，燈源較多且氛圍不錯，而且有明亮和睡眠模式，明亮是一鍵打開所有燈和窗簾，睡眠是一鍵關閉所有燈窗簾。浴室水量和熱度可以。有一點不滿的是跟前台提出延遲到14點退房被拒絕了，理由是攜程平台預訂的不能延遲。。。。。預訂前看評價説樓下的KTV震天響，這次住在房間沒有聽到，晚上出去吃宵夜在樓下也沒聽到，感覺像是KTV沒營業。

酒店停車位充足，並且有一排新能源充電樁，停車和充電都很方便，對新能源出行的旅客非常友好～
酒店看起來是新裝修的，非常新，房間裏面的設備設施新，最喜歡的是有一大一小兩個化粧鏡，帶燈光的，姐妹巨愛！（最大的遺憾是忘記拍照了）
餐廳早餐豐富，服務人員態度挺好的，負責清潔的阿姨和入口的服務員，都會主動引導和問好。
燙了一個河粉，比一般酒店的燙粉都好吃😋給河粉檔口的大哥好評～

酒店前台服務很好，入住還送有果盤零食，進出都會禮貌問好，特別温柔，房間衞生打掃得非常乾淨，入住過這麼多酒店這裏的衞生最乾淨，早餐是自助早餐，品種也比較豐富，特別是玉林的特色卷陷粉非常好吃😋～，停車也比較方便，在別墅區裏面都是免費停車的，也比較安靜，有自助洗衣機，熨燙機，晚上還可以去路口下面吃2元燒烤，非常不錯的一次入住體驗～性價比高，值得住！

酒店位置好早餐好吃，大堂很香，前台服務員很熱情，房間衞生乾淨，房間光線也挺好，有自助洗衣機 ，靠近市中心位置很優越，停車場很大，附近有健身房很不錯，有免費的早餐，早餐是自助的，種類很多，味道很不錯，放暑假了帶着一家人出來遊玩，而且離克拉灣很近，打車也非常方便，出門口就可以打車、前台美女服務態度很棒，還有免費的茶水可以喝，有停車場，而且附近還有一個充電樁，前台服務員還給我們介紹了附近的美食！性價比超高！下次來還會住這裏！
