Pertama sekali, lokasi hotel ini sangat baik. Ia berada di tepi tasik. Anda boleh berjalan di sekitar tasik dari hotel. Dari sudut perkakasan, hotel ini tidak teruk, tetapi penyelenggaraan harian tidak dilakukan dengan baik. Pintu bilik rosak, kunci rosak, dan pintu tidak boleh dikunci selepas menutup pintu. Pelayan menyuruh saya meleret kad bilik selepas menutup pintu. Memandangkan anda tahu terdapat masalah dengan kunci pintu bilik ini, mengapa tidak membaikinya? Ramai orang merokok di lobi hotel, dan terdapat asbak di meja depan, yang saya tidak boleh terima. Perkhidmatan hotel perlu diperkasakan. Perasaan keseluruhannya cukup baik. Saya masih harus memilih di sini jika saya mempunyai peluang pada masa hadapan.

民宿整體來説還是很不錯的，古色古香的湖畔別墅，感覺應該是剛開業不久，衞生環境保持的很好，床品也比較舒適。位置處於衡湖腹地，面朝衡湖背朝古鎮，雖然周邊民用設施不太便利，但停車很方便，緊鄰國道交通也比較便利，重點是衡湖的風景真的非常美。總的來説居住體驗還是不錯的，推薦入住！

酒店房間面積很大，很寬敞，床品很乾凈，房間也很乾凈。前台小靜很熱情幫介紹周邊情況。感動我的是客房大姐在每天的忙碌中依然很熱情的打招呼，給送的小禮物，並寫的小卡片。希望以後會做的更好。

酒店地理位置很好，就在衡水湖公園對面，跨個馬路去遊覽很方便。酒店本身硬件還可以，該有的都有，前台給留的房間挺好的，能看到一點湖景，就是設施上稍微有些陳舊，有些地方破損該維護了，另外房間面積不大也不算方正，但是總的來説還是挺不錯的。早餐豐盛，晚餐自助雖然種類不算多但是性價比還可以的。最後要贊一下服務，服務確實能感受到滿分的五星水準，即使節日期間人多也能儘量滿足客户需求，給我們留下了很好的體驗，有機會還會再來。
