we booked this hotel for my birthday. I have been to Paphos several times but this was my favourite hotel so far. Firstly, I have to say a big thank you to all the bar staff, this includes the lovely Niamh, Athena, Vassy & the funny Luca with the perfectly dry sense of humour!! Superfast and crazy young [slim/tall] blonde waiter who's name I cannot remember, sorry. But all of them were so kind nd funny, nothing was a problem. Restaurant food was better than some of the buffets I have experienced in Paphos, even higher stars they did not compete. Fresh meats, lamb, beef and fish changing. Lovely salads as always but also, the staff again so friendly and helpful. I unfortunately, found the two blonde Russian ladies (I believe they were Russian, Receptionists) to be abrupt and rude! but all other receptionists were lovely. Fresh towels every two days for the pools, the rooms were immaculate!! Fresh towels every day, room cleaned every day. We had a suite overlooking the pool/sunset; always a beautiful sunset there at that part of the Ireland. We had 11 days of relaxing and a good laugh in the bar!! Cats were all very well looked after and kept out of restaurant & Bar but treated well. Had a great time! Thank you x

Общее впечатление положительное. Очень удобное расположение, особенно для тех, кто на автомобиле: есть парковка, находится прямо на большой дороге. Внутри есть ресторанчик. У нас бал оплачен номер с тремя завтраками, однако в субботу и воскресенье завтраков нет, так как кафе не работает, поэтому мы попросили вместо возмещения средств поменять номер. Номер чистенький, но мебель и ремонт уже требуют обновления. В номере есть плита, чайник, холодильник, кондиционеры работают на тепло. До моря на машине ехать минут 5. Бассейна чистый, но зимой никто в нем не плавал. Напротив несколько кафе и магазинов, где можно купить еду и приготовить в номере. Соседи были немного шумные, так как они много выпили и веселились,шумоизоляция в номерах плохая.
Однако сами номера достаточно большие . У нас была совмещенная комната с гостиной и одна спальня. Плюс был прекрасный балкон с шикарным видом.

The hotel is very big and was fully booked when we were there but it didn’t feel like it was that busy. The rooms were spacious with everything that you could need. The food was varied with plenty of choice to choose from. The staff were all friendly and helpful when we needed something. Overall our trip was great.

We came in December, during the off-season. The hotel was very inexpensive (315 Euro for 3 nights) and not crowded. Our room was huge - a full kitchen with appliances and a washing machine, dining table, couch (not a comfortable one), amazing balcony, a nice bedroom and two full bathrooms. The kosher food was delicious and plentiful. We got fresh omelets in the morning from Chef Yaakov and made sandwiches for later. Dinner was 35 Euro per person and was a huge buffet with at least 3 proteins, sides and a salad bar. There was even a bowl of fruit and a yummy cake and donuts (for Chanuka). Small random grievances - there is a pipe in the shower that gets scalding hot when the shower is on; don't touch it or you'll burn yourself! I didn't find the couch or the bed especially comfortable, though I did appreciate the extra pillows. Neither of the bathroom doors have locks on them. Despite the festive Christmas display that the Capital Coast Hotel (host hotel) put out, the lobby has a very tired look. Fun bonus: during one of our dinners in the kosher dining room, there was a group of interactive dancers who put on a fun show. I recommend this hotel! I hope to return soon.

Pobyt w tym hotelu to miłe spędzony czas,bardzo czysto, fajny basen,śniadanka bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Blisko do morza nie ma gonitwy za leżakami. Super

I wish to review the main buffet restaurant. We have been to this hotel four times now and in our opinion this is the best all inclusive restaurant for variation and quality. All the staff are very efficient and friendly. The chefs ensure the food is topped up constantly. We particularly appreciate that the head chef Antonis engages every day with his customers to ensure they are happy with the food and service. He even brought my husband some blue cheese out for his cheese and biscuits as he mentioned he preferred it. Fantastic service. We hope to visit again in the future.

La experiencia en este hostel fue horrible. Estaba sucio, es muy poco seguro ya que por la noche se permiten hacer fiestas con gente bebiendo tanto de hostel como invitados de los clientes. Estuvieron de fiesta hasta las 3 o 4 de la madrugada sin dejar dormir a la gente, no había nadie para poder quej**** durante la noche. Como es obvio por la mañana nos levantamos y estaba todo lleno de los restos de la fiesta, bebidas, vasos sucios… Nos quejamos a la dirección del hostel, la cual nos ha mareado hasta el dia de hoy, ya que nos dijo que nos iba a devolver el dinero de las dos noches que pasamos allí y no hemos obtenido ninguna respuesta ni compensación por parte de ella. No lo recomiendo para nada.
