PPengguna TetamuUnmenschliches Verhalten und unterlassene Hilfeleistung im Hotel Bergblick Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe heute das Unmenschlichste erlebt, was man sich vorstellen kann. Mein zehnjähriger Sohn wurde heute in der Klinik operiert. Nachdem uns die Ärzte entlassen hatten, jedoch auf Anraten des Professors in der Nähe bleiben sollten, haben wir das Hotel Bergblick gebucht. Gegen Mittag rief ich im Hotel an, erklärte der Dame an der Rezeption die Situation und fragte, ob sie Eiscreme hätten, da mein Sohn diese auf Empfehlung der Ärzte essen sollte. Als wir ankamen, ging es meinem Sohn kreislaufmäßig so schlecht, dass die Dame an der Rezeption ihn sofort hingelegt und ihm Wasser gegeben hat. Doch dann informierte sie uns, dass Kinder unter 14 Jahren im Hotel nicht erlaubt seien. Ich bat inständig darum, dass wir bleiben dürfen, da wir aus Österreich kommen und es meinem Sohn so schlecht geht. Wir würden im Zimmer bleiben und morgen früh sofort abreisen. Doch der Chef des Hotels verneinte dies kategorisch und verlangte 250 Euro von uns. Ich habe noch nie so etwas Unmenschliches erlebt. Dies war eindeutig unterlassene Hilfeleistung. Besonders empörend ist, dass in der Buchungsbestätigung nichts von diesem Kinderverbot steht und auch auf der Website nichts gut lesbar zu finden ist. Rechtlich ist das nicht zulässig und ich habe bereits alles an meine Anwälte weitergegeben. Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht und schockiert über dieses Verhalten und möchte andere Reisende warnen, damit ihnen nicht das Gleiche widerfährt.
