Hotel terbaik di Freising

We checked into this hotel for an overnight stay, mainly due its proximity to the airport, as we had a flight to catch the next morning. Check-in was smooth and we got into our allotted room. The room seemed on the smaller side for a family of 3 and the extra bed made the room seem congested. The lighting was quite dim. The beds were comfortable but no extra pillows or such were provided. On making a request at the front desk for an extra pillow, the response we got was that there wasn’t anyone available to deliver it to our room and that we needed to come down to the lobby to pick it up. We did so. The hotel appears to have inadequate staff. The bathroom was very clean but again quite small. The front desk staff was quite helpful in guiding us regarding our queries about the shops around and the timings etc. The breakfast buffet was average. Overall, a decent overnight stay. The main plus point lies in the fact that one can reach the airport in around 15-20 minutes from this hotel.

The beds were pleasantly comfortable, even the added fold-out bed for our child. The rooms are small and nothing special but completely sufficient for one night. We found the room very quiet but would have preferred one with Air Conditioning. Ours was located in the sous-terrain and we could open the windows but there was a strong smell of smoke coming in from a nearby fireplace and we were only able to air it out by also opening the door to the hallway. Staff was very nice upon check in and check out. Overall a great value stay and we would consider it again when catching a morning flight out of MUC.

Having a 14 hour layover in Munich, I came to this Marriott. Everything is very clean. Comfortable rooms. Service that you expect at a Marriott-excellent. I want to recognize Amy in the restaurant. Despite being quite busy, she was attentive and helpful. Loved the wienerschnitzel!!! If you have time, do walk around the little charming village of Freising. Many shops and places to eat. The only thing I didn't like was that they could not print my final bill for review, probably because I didn't actually stay overnight. It was emailed the next day and it was correct. While I was there many crew from Lufthansa were there. Always a good sign when flight crew stay at a hotel.

This is an absolutely beautiful 2 star hotel. It is not an airport hotel. It is a hotel near the airport. Didn't have time to use sauna, so I don't know. I waited well over an hour for the hotel shuttle. Watched all the airport hotel shuttles come and go. I couldn't call hotel with either my French or US Sim card. When they started to come back I just got a taxi. Upon checking in I was informed you take the city bus. I looked at my reservation and it clearly says ”local shuttle” and on another site it says something like ”concierge car service” Absolutely no mention of taking a bus anywhere. I looked through my confirmation emails. Not one word. That is the primary attribute of an ”Airport hotel” you fly in, jump on shuttle, get a lousy night's sleep, a shower, breakfast, and back on the shuttle. No thinking required. The should either provide the advertised services, or change the advertising.

It is a great staying. The hotel’s facility is fantastic. The check in time was longer than i expected but i would understand it.

Very comfortable hotel - clean, rooms were good-sized, restaurant on the premises. Breakfast offered in the morning with eggs cooked to order. Friendly and helpful staff. Johannes was particularly helpful with advising us on public transportation into Munich via bus/train and arranging our transportation to airport. Lovely town with university and famous brewery located nearby.

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata un mix di delusione e poca empatia con uno staff arrogante, saccente e davvero poco educato.Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo di ferragosto con dei prezzi già non proprio economici per via dei numerosi eventi presenti in città, ma essendo clienti fidelizzati Ibis preferiamo sempre soggiornare nelle strutture di tale catena.Il problema di questo specifico hotel è senza dubbio il personale davvero maleducato e presuntuoso a cominciare dal ragazzo che sosta nella zona ristorante, privo della più totale professionalità visto che si lascia andare anche a battute sarcastiche poco rispettose del cliente e che al mattino si faceva vedere in sala da ”ospite” chiacchierando con il resto dello staff comportandosi come se fosse a casa sua, passando per colui al quale abbiamo provveduto ad effettuare una rimostranza in quanto per ben due giorni di fila (!!!) su due non ci hanno rifatto la stanza con conseguente risposta da parte di costui il quale ha minimizzato l'accaduto dandoci 4 asciugamani piccoli di quelli che si mettono per terra e solo successivamente scusandosi dell'accaduto in quanto l'hotel a suo dire avrebbe riaperto da poco quindi peccava di organizzazione e collaborazione (a quel punto si è deciso ad andare non so dove a recuperare anche due asciugamani più grandi), per finire alla manager presente la mattina dopo la quale ha avuto il coraggio di incolparci dell'accaduto perchè a suo dire non avevamo tolto il segnale del DON'T DISTURB cosa ovviamente non vera visto che la colazione termina proprio alle 11 ora in cui risalivamo in camera per poi uscire e quindi togliere l'apposito segnale e la quale, a tale rimostranza, ha pensato bene, colta in contropiede e non sapendo piu quale cavolata addurre, di dirci che avremmo dovuto avvisare di rifare la camera...ma siete seri???Da quando in qua un cliente deve avvisare di rifare la camera se esce alle 11 del mattino...lo sapete che se una stanza ha il segnale del NON DISTURBARE lo staff delle pulizie deve ripassare prima di finire il turno a sincerarsi che la stanza sia da rifare o meno???Ovviamente non una parola di scuse, ma solo tanta insolenza e presunzione.Per il resto non ci sentiamo di consigliare questo hotel perchè viene pubblicizzata una serie di servizi che non esistono (ad esempio snack h24 inesistenti visto che ci è stato risposto, tornati una sera dopo mezzanotte, che bisogna ordinarli prima...cosa non scritta da nessuna parte quindi frutto della sua totale invenzione), una colazione misera e squallida che non viene offerta nemmeno nella categoria Ibis budget, una posizione comoda solo per chi deve usufruire dell'aeroporto perchè è lontanissimo del centro con almeno 3 o 4 cambi di mezzi pubblici, stanze molto piccole e poco insonorizzate e per finire spazi comuni trascurati e non degni di tanti altri Ibis presenti in Europa.

Sehr stylisches, ansprechendes Hotel, Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Hotelschild fehlt noch, wäre hilfreich bei Anfahrt. Sonst aber wirklich super. Buchen wir gerne wieder. Shuttle zum Airport kostet extra
