Hotel terbaik di Konstanz

Now positives - great location and bar, superb room overlooking lake but the whole place looks tired and sad - it needs a new paint job especially around the elevator. The latter has controls from ca 1950 - no logic loop at all. Please get new carpets in ground hallways - these look like something from 1960 - perhaps they are. Breakfast is OK but have you never heard of bowls of fresh fruit? Parking fee for guests is a rip off when you are already paying over 450 per night. This is just not what you expect from Seigenberger! Staff are good especially in bar but at breakfast forget them , get it yourself.

Located in new area on nth side river. Easy to get to on bus from train station. 20 minute walk to city center (as long as you don’t get run over by an e- bike). Shopping center across street. Free bus pass for period of our stay was an unexpected and valuable extra. Business style hotel with nice decent sized rooms, AC, good breakfast. If it had mini-fridge and in room coffee this would be a 5 star. Staff very professional. They recommended renting a bike from Zweirad Wagenknecht where we got bikes for lovely ride on bike path from hotel to Insel Reichenau.

The two of us had a family room on the 5th floor, and the room was fine; the only unusual thing to us was that there were no kettle or cups in the room. However, there was unlimited hot water available from the lobby. Although our room overlooked a highway, there was no traffic noise to be heard (with the windows closed) The stay included a Bodenseecard West for the two of us which gave free access to local transport, and there is a handy bus (number 6 - four buses an hour during work time on weekdays; fewer in the evenings / weekends - schedule posted in the lobby) which runs from two bus stops near the hotel to the centre of Konstanz (including the main train station). Copious breakfast available.

We made a mistake in booking the Graf Zeppelin as it is not a hotel. We booked through *********** an ”apartment” for one night to include breakfast for 159.30 euros. On arrival we were told it was on the fifth floor, but the lift only went to the fourth floor. We were not offered any help with our suitcases. We took the lift to the fourth floor and walked up to the fifth with our cases, to discover that the apartment is one floor higher....in other words 2 flights of stairs with your luggage. (Is this a hotel?) On climbing up to the apartment, there were many noticeable issues: the bedroom does not have a window!! It has a high up porthole with no curtain or way of blocking the light, but no window! The bed was almost on the floor. The room was not clean There was no aircon, and at the top of the building on a day when it was 33c this was no place to stay. We booked elsewhere, accepting that we would lose our money and the hotel tried to charge us in full for the booking. I pointed out that we would not be having breakfast and that should be deducted from the total and the receptionist reduced this by 12 euros to 147.30. Assuming the breakfast was going to be like everything else in this dump it was hardly a surprise. So our strong advice if staying in Konstanz is to give this hostel a wide berth......readers of our reviews will see that we have stayed at hotels across Europe and nowhere comes anywhere close to this place for awfulness.

Our first stop on a 6 night road trip through this part of Europe. We were met with a warm welcome from friendly staff, in this modern and stylish hotel. Similarly check out was friendly and chatty. The staff were great throughout our (albeit only one night) stay. We’d booked our ‘Comfort’ room well in advance directly with the hotel, which made the rate very reasonable for the area and the quality of the hotel. Parking along the front and underground the building is available for €15 a night, which was convenient and saved risking not being able to find a space on the road in the general area. The room itself was equipped with plenty of power sockets (an essential for all the tech we all travel with these days), was clean and bright, had quality linen and toiletries, and the bed was comfortable, although we did need to ask for additional pillows (as we did pretty much everywhere we stayed) - perhaps one pillow is the norm in mainland Europe. It was no trouble though and pillows arrived within a few minutes. The beer on tap at the bar was excellent, and reasonable value, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The hotel is around 15 minutes walk from Old Town which was perfect location wise. We were a little unlucky with the rain, but that’s not something the hotel can do anything about and simply just European Summers! Will happily stay again should we head back to this part of the world in the future. Highly recommended.

Room was great, but no much food selection nearby. Charge E?UR 10 for car parking where there is no gantry. Can someone confirm that payment is necessary ? Hotel is pretty funky and room is too dim for my liking. Got cooking stove thou

Per tutta una serie di complicazioni familiari ho dovuto prenotare all'ultimo momento una stanza singola e mi è tornato in mente questo hotel dove avevo già soggiornato nel Novembre 2021. Già in quel caso il giudizio era stato buono, anche se il sonno era stato disturbato da alcuni ”scalmanati” che fecero baccano fino a tarda notte nella strada sottostante, ovviamente senza colpa alcuna della gestione dell'hotel Questa volta invece tutto è andato per il meglio. Mi è stata innanzitutto assegnata una camera sul retro, con affaccio su una strada secondaria, molto spaziosa, con letto grande e ben organizzata. Molto buona la pulizia, bagno ben attrezzato. La colazione vien servita la primo piano, in una ambiente adeguato, con continuo rifornimento dei tavoli del buffet. Come credo di aver già sottolineato in precedenza, forse la mancanza di piatti caldi (uova strapazzate, bacon o würstel) è un piccolo difetto, ma quanto servito è senz'altro di qualità, con attenzione anche ai prodotti senza glutine. Caffè self service alla macchinetta, con ampia gamma di prodotti, per me di buona qualità. Location ottimale per chi arriva in treno, a due passi dalla stazione, ma non si sente assolutamente il rumore dei treni. Rapporto prezzo qualità molto buono.

Hotel is ideally located near old town and the harbor. Bus for our group could park briefly outside to unload, and then go off to the larger parking area west, ca. 600 yards. The lobby is very narrow, and there are no ramps outside and inside. Elevator works well. We had the advantage of staying in the attic, 4th floor, and the room was really nice, large, with AC working well.There was a small fridge, and a flat tv. Nice bathroom (no tub), with a skylight. Celing sloping, with exposed wooden beams, but one of us hit the head, so be careful. Floor was a bit sloping. The other rooms had no AC, only fans. Poor. Breakfast room is superb, with a great terrace. Nice range of foods, warm and cold, juices, coffee, etc. We needed a room for meetings and could use it in the afternoon.
