Hotel terbaik di Kronberg im Taunus

以前入住過，感覺不錯。再次入住，我預訂了Castel room2400RMB不到，最便宜的房間起訂價才不到1500RMB，但給我的居然是不到十平米的一個小房間，和圖片完全不一樣，衹能放下一張床，沒有沙發，我提出來異議，她解釋説還有更小的Castel room，然後説你不滿意可以加40歐元換一下。我欣然同意了，下午五點過，在酒店找不到吃的，我們衹好駕車出去吃晚飯，回來發現換了一個確實比剛才大一點的房間，也不絕不會有25平米的使用空間，但至少放下兩個單人椅子了。房間沒有夜燈設施，衞生做得一般，外面大雨，窗户衹能全開或全關，房間空調不工作。 好在早餐還是不錯。

Ich bin seit ca. 6 Jahren regelmäßig in dem hotel und komme immerwieder gern. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Als Gast kann man sich hier nur wohl fühlen. Kostenlose und ausreichend Parkplätze und ein großes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet wird geboten. Egal ob als Familie, allein oder auf Geschäftsreise ist man hier gut aufgehoben und das hotel ust ruhig gelegen. Der nah anliegende große Park lädt zum verweilen und Entspannen ein mit Blick auf Frankfurt. Dieses Hotel kann ich jedem empfehlen der für ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis ein Hotel sucht.

Modernes sauberes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unsere E-Bikes wurden sicher untergebracht, obwohl es dafür nicht wirklich eine Unterstellmöglichkeit gab. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen und können es empfehlen.

I stayed in the hotel because my company hosted a meeting here. I was here for 6 nights and experienced a lot of what the hotel offered and overall really liked the hotel. My room was located in the main building (building 4) and was large and newly renovated. The weather was very very unseasonably warm the week I was there and there is limited to no air conditioning in the hotel and other facilities. I was told my room didn’t have AC but it was cool and comfortable. Beds and linens were super comfortable. I enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. Something for everyone and very well done. The views from the outside patio was beautiful. Lunch that was offered in the restaurant was also delicious. Our meeting at the hotel was also generally good. None of the meeting rooms in the main hotel building had AC. Our meetings were in the Ascara Spa building and those were newer. Alexandra from the front desk was outstanding. She was gracious about my lack of German and had great recommendations for restaurants and was very kind and helpful. Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful experience.

n Google Luxury and History perfectly melded into one truly unique experience! We had the pleasure of staying overnight on a beautiful summer day and evening. From the time you step out of your car at the impressive entry and are greeted with a cold glass of champagne (or freshly squeezed juice) you feel like you have stepped back into time and are on a visit to your friends stately Villa and that feeling persists throughout your stay. The Daniel’s as I called them (Daniel 1 is the afternoon Butler/Estate Manager in charge of every detail of your stay and Daniel 2 was the morning one) were both fantastic in their customer centric skills. We enjoyed a beautiful late afternoon early evening laying on lounge chairs and sipping a cocktail prepared by Daniel in the quiet private park that is out back for guests to enjoy. The pictures I included almost don’t do it justice as you have an incredible view over Frankfurt from there. Our spacious and historic room was the music room complete with phonograph and a curated album collection that we thoroughly enjoyed listening to during our stay. The bathroom was beautiful and included dual vanities walk in shower and a deep bathtub along with robes and slippers. The breakfast they offered on the beautiful summer morning was served on the terrace out back overlooking the beautiful park setting again with the view down into Frankfurt and Beata our server was gracious and makes a perfect cappuccino and latte that we enjoyed along with a made to order egg item breakfast and amazing fresh baked goods including homemade marmalades and local honey. A must see and live part of your next trip to Frankfurt area.

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere so taxi had cost about €70+ from/to the airport. The area was quite nice though and was pretty to look at in the snow, but due to where the hotel was situated, there was nothing to do. I would advise those who want to stay central to avoid here. What I didn’t like was the fact we paid extra for early check in at 11am and then maintenance men just walked into our room whilst we were in there. There was clearly miscommunication between staff and this was unacceptable as me and my partner could’ve been doing anything in the hotel room. Then every morning following, housekeeping would just enter the room even with a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door making it extremely pointless, and also making me and my partner on edge if we wanted to be intimate. Despite the lovely decor, I wouldn’t be making my way back to this hotel any time soon. Staff also tried to recharge me for the entire hotel stay mistakenly when I reminded them I owed them money for early check in upon arrival. Considering how easy it is to tap a card machine with Apple Pay, luckily I alerted them before making payment otherwise I would’ve paid twice. When leaving, we also owed room service and they was willing to let us leave. As honest people, we informed them, but they seem really unorganised without a clue of what they are doing making it 10x harder for non-German speakers.

The apartment we rented was clean and in good condition. The front desk was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, when it comes to the restaurant much was left to be desired. The food was oversalted and mediocre at best. We had asked to dine in our room and was advised that we could order the food to bring to our room, but we had to pick it up. Upon arrival to pick it up, there was no take out, but huge chargers with the food full of oil. Soup in a bowl. Chef came out with HUGE attitude advising he had nothing to put the soup in and it is totally possible to carry back to the room as is...After much discussion we sent the soup back. Finally, a member of staff was assigned to carry our food to the room and he spilt some of it on himself as you would think would happen. Chef was offended that we declined to take the soup and he threw a fit that I asked him to put it in a closed top container declaring he had no such thing in his establishment.
