My husband and I recently spent three nights in an apartment at Hotel La Casa. I had wanted to try the hotel since we used to live in the Tubingen area and had visited their now defunct restaurant a few times. Our stay ended up being kind of unusual, as about a week or two before our arrival, I received a message from them that they were going to be closing the hotel for two of the three nights we were there. Since we had an apartment and could self-cater, we were allowed to keep our reservation. It was a little strange to be staying in a hotel that was closed, although it worked out fine for us. The hotel is close enough to walk into Tubingen (15-20 minutes), and there's a bakery, pizza restaurant, and at least two grocery stores located nearby. We weren't able to park our car in the garage the first night, but once the hotel closed, we had plenty of space. Because of the inconvenience of the closure, they even gave us a discount on our rate. As for the room-- it looked to me like it was originally a suite. The apartment had two bathrooms with different shower heads. The showers are tiny, but once you manage to get in them, they're pretty nice. I liked the one with the rainfall head over the one with the spout. There was a tiny kitchenette with a stove, small fridge, sink, and microwave. The bedroom also had a minibar. Both fridges were stocked with complimentary beverages, which was nice. We also had two TVs and a small balcony that opened to the back of an apartment complex/playground. I thought the hotel was nicely decorated and unique, and the staff was very cordial and accessible, even on the days they were closed. My only complaint is that the bed was a little too hard for us, and kind of small. But overall, we had a pleasant, if unusual, stay at Hotel La Casa. I would recommend it. It's too bad their restaurant and bar closed. We did enjoy dining there when we had the opportunity. Hopefully, they will be able to hire more staff soon. We love Tubingen and hope to be back.

This hotel is excellent as a home base, when you visit Tuebingen and the area. It is conveniently close to the train station and in walking distance to all the sights in the old town. Our room was comfortable, clean, and the sound insulation is excellent. You do not hear the noise of the road or the trains. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is available at 18 Euros. This may sound high, but it is excellent, and you can forget lunch! For persons arriving by car it is somewhat awkward to get to the hotel. Tuebingen's building sites all over town are an exercise in frustration for locals and visitors. Nevertheless this place gets high marks for friendly, helpful staff, location and comfort!

Wir bewohnten ein Zwei Zimmer Studio ! Dieses war top modern ausgestattet. Die Studios sind mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche bzw Essecke und Bad ausgestattet. Alles war super gepflegt und sauber Alle zwei Tage kommt das Housekeeping und wechselt Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Wir waren extrem begeistert und kommen garantiert wieder .

The Hotel states 4 stars. Definitely not 4 stars. No aircon in the room only a little fan. Due to extreme heat I had to have the window open. My room was directly under the outdoor seating area from the restaurant meaning I had to endure extreme loud noises from some very loud party guest extremely late in the night , on Thursday I couldn’t take it anymore and I put a complaint in at reception in the middle of the night. I don’t see how it’s allowed to be that loud after a certain time in the night. The room is dirty. The pillows with feathers stink and need changing for good. The toilet brush is full with dirty water standing in the toilet brush container , absolutely disgusting and gross. The bin in the room has never been wiped from the inside and how you can see on the pictures it’s stained with hairs and some other disgusting stuff. Please don’t advertise 4 stars. 4 stars means something different then this place. The outside entrance is untidily and unkept with cigarette buds on the floor extremely uninviting .I must say that the staff in the restaurant is friendly and the restaurant serves good food. Would I stay there again ? Definitely not under no circumstance. It’s manky , outdated and just not worth the money considering you can go in to Reutlingen and find something far more better for the money close to the city centre.

The Hotel Krone is a fabulous hotel in the wonderful city of Tübingen. It's not exaggerated to affirm that it's the best hotel in that city. At first sight upon entering the building for the start of a stay at the hotel one feels impressed owing to the tasty decoration and other elements contributing to create a pleasant atmosphere. That feeling is supported by the wellcome one receives from the personnel working at the front desk, particularly if the new coming guest has the luck and the pleasure to be attended by Loreena, as it was my case. The hotel lies quite close to the city historical center, in a rather quiet place. The main entrance is in Uhlandstraße, a street with not much traffic. In that where the building right hand side façade is there isn't hardly any traffic. Behind the building there is a inner court, a part of which is destined to the hotel parking. In order to get to the historical center one needs to go across a bridge over the river Neckar form which very nice views can be enjoyed. I stayed in that hotel at the end of August last year and I liked so much both the hotel end the city that I returned there twice, in October 2021 and in May 2022, staying of course at the same hotel. The rooms I was allocated respectively each time are very nice and comfortable, not only as regards the beds but likewise as far as everything inside is concerned. The bed is no doubt very comfy, the mattress having the right toughness for assuring a good rest. Besides, the room is very peaceful so that I heard no noise during my stays at the hotel. The whole hotel is a calm place, the building being apparently soundproof. The breakfast is abundant and excellent. Everything offered for that meal is of the utmost good quality. The fruits are fresh and varied. It's obvious that the pastry is usually of recent manufacture insofar as, for instance, the croissants are still sometimes a bit warm. The crammed meat and the eggs are likewise very tasty. That breakfast powered me all day up until dinner time. Besides, the breakfast room is clean and pleasant, with the adequate light. The music is there none the less somewhat disturbing. Its quality is rather bad and therefore its suppression would be much appreciated. All the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. In any case, Loreena's good manners and service are outstanding. She is wellcoming and sincere, and her kindness and friendliness could be placed above the average. The other staff members are also very kind and efficient. One of them helped me the first time I lodged in the hotel to take the suitcase out of the car. The room maids are also kind and concientious workers. On the occasion of my second stay, upon my departure, one of them helped me on her own initiative take a part of my baggage to the car and put the big suitcase into the trunk. Prima hotel. Ruim ontbijt, waar men je komt vragen welk soort koffie en eieren je wilt hebben. Meerdere soorten beleg en pistolets. Kleine, maar propere kamer. Wat top is dat van zodra je de douchekraan opendraait er warm water stroomt. Verwarming op de badkamer kan apart geregeld worden. Airco op de kamer. Mooie sauna in de kelder, die op verzoek wordt aangezet. Ligging is ook mooi. Terras aan de Neckar en op wandelafstand van het centrum.

位於小斜坡上，路面是小石頭，凹凸不平，若你有個大及重的行李箱絕對不會適住這個位置，行李箱會令你寸步難移，輪子隨時斷掉。 一開始無法拿到鎖匙，好在有熱心的計程車司機及本地人幫忙聯絡，終於讓鎖匙掉下來。德國人真的太好了😀 床及毛巾是乾淨的，這點不錯。 只是洗淋浴間設計不佳，淋浴時一不小心水流出去。 有電磁爐，冰箱，但等我買了食物鍋燒了大半天才發現鍋具不合適，水煮不開。好在有微波爐把面包給熱下，要煮的面、雞蛋及肉腸只能留在冰箱中。 整理入住體驗一般。
