Hotel terbaik di Norderstedt

I stayed at the Nordport Hotel for three nights with 10 guests. The Hotel is great, modern, clean, everything needed there. Extremely spaceous rooms very motivated people. Even the restaurant is good enough for a good diner. Breakfast is top. So far so good.. It happened that I returned to my room after first night and found it not made. Well, such things happen, no worries. I went to receptions. A thousend sorries and I got a new room immediately. No further comment, neither from me nor from them. Home I came after second night and found the room not made again. This time, after showing up at the reception I was told by the same nice woman as the evening before, that room cleaning service is done only every third day..!!! Only on special request daily service is provided. I don’t how how green or good this idea is. Fact is that nobody told us, it is also nowhere mentioned in the room or at the reception. During checkout I found that most of my guests (obviously not all) had the same experience. However, same as me, nobody told them a thing. Anyway, 5 points shall be given, I simply loved the place..

Automated check-in possible. Quite convenient. Refridgerator, but no mini-bar in the room. Snacks can be bought on a truster basis near the reception. Mostly quiet hotel with spaceous rooms. The cleaning personnel comes around 11h and is quite noisy. Free parking with no additional costs. All in all a recommendation for a trip to Hamburg or Schleswig Holstein.

Ich bin an sich kein Mensch, der Dienstleistungen/Hotels online bewertet, aber diese Erfahrung muss geteilt werden, um anderen Menschen die Entscheidung - dort nicht zu buchen - einfacher zu machen. Ich war das erste Mal 2019 im Rahmen eines Polterabends zu Gast in dem Hotel, und es war wirklich passabel für den Preis. Nun war ich auf den Geburtstag meines besten Freundes eingeladen - Betten dort waren aufgrund vieler Gäste alle belegt - kein Problem dachte ich, es gibt ja ein nettes und kleines Hotel nebenan. Gesagt getan, eine Nacht vom 20.12. auf den 21.12. ohne Frühstück gebucht zum Preis von 57 Euro. Ich war dann am den Tag nach der Arbeit mit der Ubahn auf dem Weg und ein netter Mitarbeiter rief mich an, ob und wann ich denn kommen würde. Ich traf dann am späteren Nachmittag ein und wurde wirklich nett begrüßt. Ich habe den Meldeschein ausgefüllt und die 57 Euro direkt bezahlt. Ich erhielt Zimmer 3 im 1. Stock. Ich öffnete die Tür und der erste Eindruck war nur ”was ein Gestank” - es roch komplett nach Abfluss. Ich wollte dem Geruch nachgehen und versuchte das Badezimmer zu betreten - war nicht möglich, da ich überhaupt nichts gesehen habe und es auch kein Licht gab. Ich begab mich direkt zur Rezeption und schilderte die Mängel. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr zuvorkommend und bot mir direkt einen Umzug auf Zimmer 2 an - er händigte mir eine Zimmerkarte aus (diese weißen, alle werden sie kennen), die nach Ansicht schon 1000mal benutzt war, diverse Schmutz und Abnutzungspuren aufwies und mein Gedanke war ”Das soll das Haus repräsentieren, gute Nacht”. Auf Zimmer 2 angekommen, wurde es nicht besser. Es sah genauso abgewohnt aus, wie das andere und der Geruch war ähnlich. Nun ich hatte nicht mehr viel Zeit, weil ich zur Geburtstagsfeier wollte. Ich machte mich kurz frisch, der Zustand des Badezimmers einfach nur grauenhaft. Ehemalige ”Seifenspender”, die an den Wänden montiert waren, einfach abgeschraubt, entsprechend sahen die Wände dahinter aus. Kein Duschgel oder ähnliches. Das einzige Handtuch, dass es gab, hatte ein riesiges Loch in der Mitte. Es gab ein Doppelbett mit genau einem Kopfkissen und einer Bettdecke - leider habe ich in das Innere der Bettdecke gesehen, einfach nur widerlich. Und was im Laufe der Jahre mit dem Teppich passiert ist, möchte man auch so gar nicht wissen. Kurzum, ich bin zu der Geburtstagsfeier in der Nähe und habe mich nach dem Ende entschieden, ein Taxi zurück nach Hamburg zu nehmen, weil ich in diesem Zimmer nicht hätte schlafen können und wollen. Diese 57 Euro hätte ich auch anderweitig investieren können, für dieses Hotel einfach 57 Euro zu viel. Wirklich traurig, wie man ein an sich gutes Produkt so verfallen lassen kann! Das einzig positive an diesem Hotel (ich möchte es fast so nicht nennen) ist der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter gewesen, aber das reicht am Ende nicht - weil auch für nur 57 Euro muss das Grundprodukt und die Sauberkeit stimmen! Wirklich absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

In the US, many Best Western Hotels are holder and not well maintained. They are budget friendly, but not my first choice for a hotel. I was surprised to see Best Western as one of the hotels booked for our tour group. Upon arrival, I was very pleasantly surprised by the country a**osphere, the appearance of the hotel, and the excellent food that was offered. We dined here for dinner and also breakfast. Food choices were excellent and tasty too. Food was fresh and well prepared. We were able to sleep with our window open and were greeted by birdsong in the morning. Our room overlooked a garden of wildflowers and was absolutely delightful.

Started with a very friendly welcome in perfect English. You feel the lady (especially the oldest of the 2) at the front-desk likes doing her job. Forget all the older posts about the outdated hotel and rooms. Everything seems and feels brand-new. Flooring in the room in laminated wooden flooring, very well maintained carpet In the hotel. Overall very clean. Perfect painting (look once to the ceilings) in the room, new television, very well matching colours and curtains in the rooms. Room was very clean, no hard beds, perfect. Automatic small night lights underneath the bed on both sides when you step out the bed. Hairdryer available, very large shower accessible for wheelchair persons. Turnable mirror in the bathroom. Nice environment besides a park, good for a walk or a run, free parking. We were on a Sunday and it was very silent in the hotel and outside the hotel, we could here the birds. Only remarks – small remarks – is the somehow basic breakfast and the fact that only German spoken channels can be selected on the TV but this hotel deserves a 11/10.

Wir hatten das Hotel aufgrund eines frühen Abflugs gebucht und hatten für den Preis nicht viel erwartet. Daher waren wir recht überrascht, dass es eigentlich ganz nett war. Die Betten waren schön gemütlich. Wir hatten für 3 Personen reserviert und unser erwachsener Sohn hatte ein Etagenbett, das fand er ganz nostalgisch ;-). Es war alles sauber und das Zimmer war recht geräumig. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.
