Hotel terbaik di Ostfildern

Das Hotel ist definitiv sauber und das Personal ist durchaus bemüht. Leider ist das Hotel ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, was sich auch im Eingangsbereich und dem gesamten Ambiente zeigt. Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr klein und abgenutzt. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen als carte mit einem okayen Service. Das ist alles nicht wirklich dramatisch schlecht, aber das Hotel hat eigentlich einiges an Potential

(+) It is a perfect hotel if you come to the Technical Academy of Esslingen (TAE) for business trip. TAE is just 5 min walk away. It an old style hotel but maintained very well, clean and tidy. My compliments to the breakfast options offered. Small various buns are freshly made each morning. If you like sweet pastry, you have to be fast, otherwise you won't get any if the hotel is full. Free entry tickets to public pool are offered at the reception. Personnel is very friendly. (-) The blankets were short. I am not a tall person but even for me the blankets were not enough to cover myself. The hotel does not have restaurant onsite. Wi fi is free of charge and of a good speed. However, it requires a password and you have to confirm it every time when you login.

Klein en knus hotel. Inrichting is wat verouderd maar wel allemaal prima schoon en netjes. Gastheer erg vriendelijk en ontbijt, kamers en hotel prima in orde. Geen mogelijkheid tot diner maar is wel een en ander op korte afstand waar je erg goed kan eten.

Our recent experience at Centro Park Hotel in Ostfildern has left us utterly disappointed, prompting us to share our ordeal on TripAdvisor as a warning to potential guests. We had booked a three-night stay from September 5 to 8, and right from the start, issues arose. The automated check-in machine, intended to replace human reception, was out of order. Our late arrival stranded us outside, unable to check in. After a frustrating 15-minute call, we were promised assistance in 20 minutes (though we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes outside). To compound matters, one of our team members' rooms wasn't registered, and they had to settle for another guest's room. Later that night, another team member arrived around 11 pm, and the individual who eventually opened the door made her wait outside for approximately twenty minutes before allowing her in. The mismanagement persisted with no available drinks in the lobby and a lack of bottled water in the rooms—unacceptable for any hotel, especially one associated with a reputable chain. We stayed at Centro Park Hotel for professional reasons, and the experience as guests was absolutely inexcusable, all in the presence of our client. We want to highlight that we had to apologize to our client for the dysfunctional and disrespectful behavior of Centro Hotel's staff and management, which is not only embarrassing for the hotel in Ostfildern but highly inappropriate. What we experienced in this hotel was absolutely disrespectful. Their proposed solution for reimbursement? A paltry voucher for 200 euros... Never again will we choose this establishment. My wife and I were very impressed by the Ginn hotel/apartment. Check-in was relatively easy. It was a bit strange not to have a key to our room, but the code worked each time. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower head that could be removed and used as a hand-held. It also featured three settings. The blinds in the room were great for blocking out the light. The heater in the room worked real well. In fact, we had to turn it down. My biggest complaint was simply the hardness of the mattress and the lack of additional pillows. All in all a very good stay in a great location.

We spent five nights in Esslingen and had chosen am Schillerpark based on reviews and location. As most other reviewers have pointed out the staff is polite and the location is excellent. You are only about a 10 minute walk from the old center and the hotel is easily reached by car and they have a garage which was somewhat small for a large car but still manageable. The breakfast was good and even though the hotel was full during the weekend and the personnel seemed to be in a real hurry the service was polite and quick. As we will be visiting Esllingen on a regular basis as our daughter has moved to Esslingen - next time we won't have to wonder which hotel we'll choose - our choice is am Schillerpark ;)
