這家酒店環境很好，而且就在美麗的市中心教堂附近，可以聽到教堂的鐘聲。早餐豐盛，服務也不錯。四人間適合親子游。

We are visiting Germany and decided to stay here on the way to Munich. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and the hotel building we stayed in was BRAND NEW. The BREAKFAST was AMAZING and our server was awesome!

Overall, my stay at Bergers Airporthotel was convenient due to its proximity to Memmingen Airport. The option to walk to the airport or use their airport transfer for 20 euros was handy. Additionally, a supermarket nearby made it easy to grab essentials. The reception operates from 8 am to 8 pm, with an automatic check-in machine available outside these hours, although it's best to reserve directly with the hotel for smoother check-in. The breakfast buffet, priced at an extra 11 euros, was fantastic, and complimentary tea, coffee, water, and gummy bears were a nice touch. However, I had concerns about safety and privacy. The lock didn't seem secure, which is worrisome for solo female travelers. Moreover, cleaners entering my room at 8 am and 10 am, despite the ”do not disturb” sign and before the 11 am check-out time, was disruptive and unacceptable. This aspect needs improvement for a better guest experience.

Booked a family room and a single room for one night and we were impressed with the service received from check in to check out. The rooms were absolutely spotless with everything you could need for a night away including drink vouchers for its sister property down the road. We stayed on the 2nd floor and once you find the lift out the rear of the hotel it makes sense to have a nice private entrance to your rooms. Will definitely return to Joesepps and Memmigen soon!

Buena habitacion de tamaño. El servicio muy bien y muy atentos. El desayuno muy bueno. El baño muy antiguo (es el unico defecto). Y la limpieza le damos un aprobado justo. Informo al hotel que deberia saber los lios que se forman en el aeropuerto de Memmingen, para que recomienden a sus clientes al menos ir con dos horas de antelacion al aeropuerto. Supongo que dependerá del numero de vuelos que haya ese dia. En nuestro caso un desastre, por lo pelos no perdimos el vuelo. Nos abrieron la puerta de embarque para subir al autobus, fuimos los ultimos y se quedo mucha gente en tierra.

This Hotel had construction happening when we were there for the weekend. My husband had to work and our night rest was essential. We were awakened on the Saturday morning at 9am to loud drilling and more and when we asked what was happening they said there were renovations taking place. We were astounded as were never received ANY notification of this beforehand and which hotel in the world has construction work happening while they have guests (especially on a weekend)!!!! They managed to halt the noise for 2 hours then it started again and we had to leave to the room to get some respite. When we returned and asked reception if this would continue the next day they said they were sorry and that it would start again at 11am. The next morning the noise started again before then but thankfully we were checking out. The room itself and location were of a good standard but were didn't get to appreciate it as much. And even though not all the staff were not properly informed as to what was going they apologised. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

r Lage im Industriegebiet ist eine kulinarische Infrastruktur fussläufig nicht gegeben. Bis zur Altstadt Memmeningen fährt man allerdings auch nur gut 5 Minuten. Das Haus ist überraschenderweise bereits 2010 gebaut, macht aber innen wie außen einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind gross und modern eingerichtet. Es war auch bei geöffnetem Fenster nachts ruhig, wenn auch schon früh der Verkehr losgeht. Mit geschlossenen Fenster hört man im Zimmer aber nichts mehr. Auch als Einzelzimmerbucher habe ich ein Doppelzimmer erhalten, Schreibtisch und Sessel sind vorhanden. Das Bad ist ebenfalls grosszügig mit bodentiefer Dusche und Wasserfallbrause. Die Ablageflächen im Bad sind nicht üppig. Dafür ist das Frühstück üppig in einem ebenfalls modernen und grosszügigem Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss. Mit 8 EUR (Stand 05.2022) ist der Preis angemessen. Das WLAN in meinem Zimmer war, obwohl mitten im Haus gelegen, nicht zum Arbeiten geeignet. Im Erdgeschoss besteht ein stärkerer Durchsatz. Allerdings wurde ich auch gleich mit einen DLAN-Stecker ausgestattet und konnte dann doch im Zimmer arbeiten. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals, alle sehr nett, Rezeption und Frühstücksdamen.
