Welcoming staff and perfect location. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. A spacious room with comfortable furniture. The hotel has a convenient car park and there is easy access to the waterside of Starnberg lake from where you can walk into Starnberg town centre

A seven night stay in a very good, comfortable hotel situated on a busy main road at the entrance to a business park. We had a spacious and comfortable accessible room with a sizeable bathroom and a decent shower. The room included a Nespresso coffee machine with three pods that were replaced daily, as were the bottles of water in the mini bar. On arrival there was also a complementary tray of fruit awaiting us, along with a bar of chocolate and some cashew nuts. The room had everything we needed, including numerous power points, and there was ample room for my partner to manoeuvre her electric wheelchair, All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room rate included an excellent breakfast. There was a live cooking station for eggs etc, and at the weekend a complementary glass of prosecco was provided - a nice touch. We didn't eat in either of the hotel's restaurants in the evening, but we did avail ourselves of the Hemingway Bar menu and room service a few times. This was a limited menu but the dishes were of good quality and the helpings sizeable. My partner's requirements for gluten-free options were well catered for, both at breakfast and when choosing from the bar menu. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Saya dan ibu bapa saya menginap di hotel pada 24 Ogos. Kami tinggal di tingkat satu Eropah (tingkat dua China). Sepanjang malam ada muzik disko dari tingkat bawah. Walaupun pada pukul empat atau lima, gendang berbunyi dan saya hampir tidak tidur sepanjang malam. NS. Ia sepatutnya bukan muzik disko, tetapi bunyi siaran radio. Saya tidak tahu bilik mana radio tidak dimatikan dan ia adalah stesen muzik hi. berdering sepanjang malam. Saya pergi ke koridor untuk mencari sumber bunyi dan ia tidak pada tahap saya Meja penyambut tetamu juga tidak bertugas. Saya tidak mempunyai aduan di tempat kejadian jika terdapat terlalu ramai orang dalam barisan daftar keluar pada hari berikutnya! Aspek lain hotel juga bagus. Tetapi hari ini, Ctrip memaklumkan kepada saya bahawa ayah saya tidak mendaftar masuk ke bilik yang ditempah olehnya, dan secara automatik ia menolak lebih RMB 1,000 untuk bilik setiap malam. Tetapi saya dan ibu bapa saya mengisi semua borang daftar masuk dan membayar wang seperti yang diperlukan oleh hotel semasa kami mendaftar masuk. Sekarang ia mengatakan bahawa ayah saya tidak berpindah. Ctrip diperlukan untuk membantu menyelesaikan perkara ini.

Das Hotel bietet für den Preis eine sehr ordentliche Qualität bei renoviertem Zimmer, Frühstück und im Restaurant. Eine großzügige Terrasse ist vorhanden, allerdings muß sich der Gast im Sommer auf zahlreichen Wespenbesuch einstellen, Hilfsmittel wie Rauch oder Fallen wirken in der Regel nur wenig, am besten Ruhe bewahren. Der Blick auf den See ist sehr schön, abends kann ein toller Sonnenuntergang beobachtet werden. Die Parksituation kann bei Stoßzeiten etwas angespannt sein, ebenso ist in diesen Fällen der Platz am Frühstücksbuffet beengt, Geduld ist erforderlich. Die Hoteleigene Liegewiese mit direktem Seezugang ist angenehm, die Liegen sind begrenzt vorhanden, man sollte nicht zu spät erscheinen.
