Hotel terbaik di Herlev

Wir wollten ein günstiges Zimmer für eine Nacht mit kostenfreiem Parkplatz. Und das haben wir auch zur vollen Zufriedenheit bekommen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber, vielleicht ein bisschen klein. Aber viel mehr darf man auch nicht erwarten. Die Sauberkeit in den öffentlichen Bereichen war mau, das Frühstück eher basic. Der Online-Checkin ausserhalb der Geschäftszeiten scheint praktisch, aber es gab bei uns Probleme, und an der Notfallnummer ging keiner dran. Wir haben das Problem gottseidank selbst gelöst, aber ansonsten hätten wir echt ein Problem gehabt.

My stay at Scandic Glostrup was ruined by a severe bed bug infestation, an ordeal that revealed a disturbing contrast in staff conduct. As a service engineer with over 18 years of experience and roughly 200 hotel nights annually, this was my first such encounter in a Nordic hotel, resulting in significant personal loss and distress. The sole bright spot was the hotel receptionist during check-out. Her helpful and caring demeanor provided a glimpse of proper customer service amidst this nightmare. However, this professional conduct was starkly overshadowed by the manager's shockingly inappropriate behavior. My urgent Friday morning email went unanswered until Monday, displaying a troubling disregard for guest welfare. Even more appalling was the manager's late-night email, rife with offensive insinuations. He had the audacity to suggest I remove my honest review and implied I might have introduced the pests myself. This attempt at victim-blaming was not just offensive, but entirely unacceptable for any hospitality professional. Adding insult to injury, he made an irrelevant comment about hotels not fining guests for bringing pests, further implying guest culpability. While a refund was eventually offered and a belated apology issued for the tone, the damage was irreparable. The chasm between the receptionist's professionalism and the manager's grossly inappropriate conduct highlights severe issues in leadership and guest relations at this establishment. Despite promises of improved pest control, I cannot in good conscience recommend Scandic Glostrup to anyone. The risk of enduring such an ordeal, coupled with this level of managerial misconduct, far outweighs any potential positives. This incident calls for a serious reevaluation of both their pest control measures and, more critically, their approach to guest relations, especially in handling urgent situations and respecting honest feedback.

Very nice hotel for families. Spacious and very clean bedrooms. Amenities offered: shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Hotel provided option for kids to stay-in in a sofa bed, which was nicely prepared in advance. Continental/european style breakfast buffet. Nice service. Hotel located 30 min oustide of city center, but well connected thru public transport (bus stop in front of hotel and train station within walking distance).

We stayed in a room for four people. After settling into our room and turning off the lights, we heard something that sounded like a person beating on our door -loudly! I ran to the door and nobody was there. Puzzled, I assumed it was just noise from someone beating on another door. Maybe kids making a prank or something. The sound repeated about twice an hour for the entire night. It was coming from somewhere inside the wall and/or ceiling near the door. Analyzing the noise it sounded more like an unbalanced motor or pump winding down and clanging on its mounting. I complained to the front desk and the clerk said ”Oh yes we're aware of the strange sound. We don't know what it is.” !!!! I asked for another room but there was only one other room for four and it was booked. They refused to explanation as to why they rented this room with a known fundamental defect that makes sound sleep impossible. Also, the room was equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, but it was broken. I would never recommend this badly overpriced and badly managed hotel.

This is the third Numa property I have stayed at, having previously had great experiences at Arc in Berlin and Flow in Prague. Nørrebro is a little different from my previous stays, as the property is a brand new building a little way out of the city centre, where my other stays have been in older refurbished buildings closer to city centres. This is currently Numa's only property in Copenhagen though and I was keen to stick with them as I enjoy the relaxed, no nonsense, no reception, no cleaning staff etc. approach Numa employs. You definitely notice you are not really in the centre of Copenhagen, but it's only a short Metro ride away. The metro station is a short walk, which does include crossing quite a few roads and cycle lanes and the area near the station can be a bit crowded and untidy at times. Seems like an area that is in the process of gentrification at the moment. The nearby building work didn't really bother me however. There are a number of shops and bars nearby if you walk around and look for them. So the location is pretty good, if you're happy using public transport. The building is very modern and the rooms are very clean and tidy. I had an intimate suite with terrace and small balcony. The terrace was very much appreciated as the early September weather was incredibly sunny and warm. The kitchen area was much larger and better equipped than other Numa properties I have stayed at, although lacking a microwave, it did have a fill size hob and oven, so very good for anyone wanting to cook etc. The shower was excellent, but the bathroom had a lot of unused space that would have useful to store toiletries etc. had the sink been set in a unit. I found the mattress not the most comfortable but ok. It would have been nice to have some light switches near the bed and larger bed side tables. Perhaps because this is a new building, it seems to lack the Numa house style I have seen in their other properties. My one major gripe is the lack of air conditioning, perhaps down to the Danes' drive to be super eco friendly. The only windows in my room were velux roof windows which I could not reach or open remotely, which meant the balcony door was the only source of fresh air I could get without feeling a security risk, as the terrace door and room door were accessible to other people. I just about managed to get the room to a comfortable temperature as it was 28 celsius outside. Hopefully the live TV channels will soon be available as they weren't during my stay. So while this was probably my least best stay with Numa, it was still an overall good experience, at a good price and I will certainly look to stay with them again in the future.
