For my wife and I, it is always a pleasure every time we are lucky enough to stay at Unipark. It is very pleasant to receive the very familiar greeting of each person in their duties. Cesar with his eternal smile and kindness, despite being very busy on many occasions when the hotel is full, welcomes us and on several occasions has been the one who wishes us a speedy return. Miss Evelyn at reception, shows us her delicacy and culture to inform and guide the guests. The rooms as always, very clean and tidy. The maids very ready to meet any request. Not to mention the fabulous breakfast, with the unbeatable and professional attention of Darwin or Edison. A special thanks to Rugel the chef for his loving details. Finally, I think it would be a little unfair not to name all those who serve us during each stay. Thank you very much to all.

We enjoyed our stay here in a simple but well kept clean hotel. The front desk staff was delightful and very prompt with our requests for taxi service to airport and out of town gardens. We even experienced an earthquake while here and the hotel manager was calm, understanding and educated on how to deal with aftermath. We continued our stay and we’re delighted to be close to Malecon and churches in the old town area. Price was fantastic!

Hotel meio zoado, a recepção já dá a noção da bagunça. O quarto é razoável, cama e travesseiros confortáveis e muitos pontos de tomada. O banheiro do contrário é uma decepção, o chuveiro não esquentava de jeito nenhum, apesar de Guayaquil ser uma cidade quente, tomar banho frio às 6h da manhã não é fácil. O café da manhã eu não consegui provar, pois era servido a partir das 7h00 e meu voo saía cedo. A piscina também não usei por que estava chovendo forte no dia que eu cheguei. Outro ponto positivo é que fica bem próximo ao aeroporto, fácil de ir caminhando, mas não parece um bairro muito seguro.

I always stay at DC Suites when I’m traveling through Guayaquil. It’s clean, safe, and economical. I like the secure transportation to and from the hotel. When I arrive in Guayaquil by bus from Cuenca, or by plane, they are quick to pick me up, and text a photo of the driver who is coming to get me. For a woman traveling alone, this is very important.
