Rooms - The rooms are well appointed and new with mini bars that can be emptied on request. - Rooms on main floor overlook the pool. There are 2 elevators to access second and third floor - There is also room service - Good house cleaning service and thoughtful products left for guest Pool/Beach - Pools are heated, there is a kid pool and a Jacuzzi - There is food /drink service for pool and beach at additional cost - The beach is nice and private- BUT it can be cleaner Accessibility - The hotel is accessible inclusive of the dining area with ramps. - The breach IS NOT accessible. However employees were available to carry my mothers wheel chair up/down to access the beach Food - Breakfast and Dinner was good and had a variety. Tea and Coffee were available at no charge at both buffets Entertainment - The employees were very polite, attentive, and not clingy - There are few pool tables and a room with some arcade games at additional cost - There is a kids play area at the entrance which might be suitable for younger kids - The music played on day time was loud and not well chosen (with lyrics not just music). We have asked them multiple times to change/lower the sound which they eventually did - There was a band playing on the weekend at night which was deafening, my dad was so annoyed and asked them to turn it down which they did Check In/ Out - I booked through ******* and made requests for some rooms to be on the main floor and one on the top floor which was honored. - Check in was smooth and reception was well informed /ready to receive us - One of the towels seem to have been damaged due to toilet overflow. They initially wanted to charge us for it, However they have later waived it as plumbing incident at no fault of ours Other - There is a small supermarket which is pricey but less pricey than hotel for soft drinks and snacks - One of the rooms had plumbing issues with toilet over flow which was addressed by the hotel. Our stay at Stella Di Mare Golf hotel in Ain Sokhna was nothing short of exceptional! It was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at in Egypt. My sister, my grandma, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, especially to my grandma, which meant a lot to us. Their hospitality and warmth truly made us fall in love with Egypt all over again. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our trip—and now, we’re already planning to come back next year for our family vacation! Everything about this hotel was perfect—from the delicious and diverse food options to the overall atmosphere. Every single staff member was friendly, respectful, and attentive, making our stay even more special. A special shoutout to Marco, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He truly deserves a promotion for his outstanding service! If you’re looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway in Egypt, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s simply the best! We can’t wait to return!

المكان جميل والخدمة ممتازةالادارة متعاونة معانا والاكل متنوع ومتجدد كل يوم وجميل ومن ناحية النظافة فبديلو 9/10 والشاطىء رائع والبحر مفيش صخور والرملة نضيفة الفندق كله زرع بس مع كده مفيش حشرات او زواحف والبسين نضيف جدا الانيميشن تيم تحفه وناس محترمه ومحبوبه جدا ❤️❤️

We wanted a newyear getaway and it was a perfect getaway , although rooms need a little update as they're quite old but however they were clean , the landscapes and beach is very nice . Overall the mood there is very nice , food quality and variety are very good too . Thank you for the stay .

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.
