Hotel is very conveniently located near to restaurants, port, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean with lovely white towels and bedding. The terrace was only available for functions - not for comfort of guests The secret room seemed to have nice saying and tables but again not for guests use Downside - no bar, no restaurant (except for breakfast), no room service! Mini bar was just a small empty fridge No shower cap in bathroom, no cotton buds Not really what I expect from 4 star hotel anywhere in the world!

Rooms looking neglected contemporary rooms are difficult to maintain to a high standard,no free water in rooms and no tea or coffee in rooms and no bar facility in hotel anymore. We have been coming here for the past 6 years and noticed the change much better when a Sercotel. To many people on reception male receptionists look totally disinterested except for night receptionist who is fantastic.

Easy to get to from either the airport or train station, prime location on the stunning Riazor beach (if you’re able to, upgrade to a sea view room – the views are spectacular) with plenty of nearby shops/restaurants including a convenience store next door. The hotel has been extensively renovated and you can tell – I especially liked the reception area which had lots of comfy seating as well as computers and reading material. The room itself was excellent – clean, modern and comfortable with all the facilities you’d expect (kettle, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer, large TV), though the stunning view out the window was the biggest plus. Breakfast was fabulous, with sweet and savoury options as well as a cooked offering too. I had a fantastic stay and wish I could have stayed for longer – would definitely return, no questions asked.

Is it a fancy room? No Do they get the basics right? Definitely! Clean, perfect for a short stay. The best feature, without a doubt, was the service. Even though this location is unmanned, communication was seamless and really friendly. And really helpful! From helping me to find out how to get from the airport to the location (even called the bus company to check the timetable), to sending you a list of best places to eat in the area, or recommending how to organise your visit to the city.

I picked this hotel because I wanted to see what Oleiros was all about, and I was pleasantly provided with quality, comfort and - most importantly - outstanding customer service. With 3 separate 2-week stays between September 2022 and February 2023, I have not been disappointed. The quality matches the brand's rating - they have many different types of hotels in their portfolio. Having the kitchenette here is ideal and economical for morning coffee etc. While there is some issue with noise from within and externally, the management staff is outstanding in understanding and accomodating as possible. The parking availability is tremendous in an area where public spaces are hard to come by. As a solo female traveler I felt safe, welcomed and well attended. Using the business coworking room was a challenge due to others using as their private conference room and speaking full blast on speaker phones, but that is a problem of inconsiderate behavior from individuals. The guestroom room itself is comfortable enough for work and the hotel has a fantastic location for holidaying. I hope to return for longer term in future. Enjoy your stay.

AAna MALVery convenient location close to Praza de Galicia, walking distance to the city centre and the shuttle to the airport in Rúa do Hórreo. Nice little cafe on the ground floor. Reception is at the first floor. Modern installations and very clean room. We had a balcony so we were able to enjoy the fresh air from Santiago. The bathroom is very spacious and toiletries are included. The bed is very comfortable and the TV is a good size, although we did not use it.

AAlzy32I recently stayed at Hotel Alda Orzan in A Coruña and was thoroughly pleased with my experience. The hotel’s location on Rua Sol is excellent, placing you within walking distance of Orzán Beach, the city promenade, and many key attractions.
My room was comfortable and clean, offering all the essential amenities. I was lucky to get a room facing the interior courtyard as a couple of guests mentioned during breakfast that the noise from the Lolita Bar across the street was really loud and kept them up.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing my overall experience. The breakfast was basic but satisfying, providing a good start to the day. I recommend Hotel Alda Orzan for its great service and location but make sure to ask for an inside room and not one facing the street.

PPengguna TetamuEstuvimos alojados en un apartamento en la planta superior el pasado mes de diciembre y ha sido una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido últimamente. Apartamento luminoso, reformado, espacioso y totalmente equipado. Zona muy tranquila e ideal, se encuentra en la zona universitaria, fácil acceso y para encontrar aparcamiento por las noches. Si tuviera que poner una pega, sería la presión del agua caliente es débil. Personal muy amable y profesional, también agradecer a Ana y su compañero de recepción el trato tan amable y servicial que nos ofrecieron y la posibilidad de dejarnos guardar las maletas en el hotel el día del check-out, viene genial ya que muy cerca hay una parada de bus que te lleva al aeropuerto directamente. Para terminar me gustaría comentar, este punto es totalmente ajeno a la dirección o gestión de los apartamentos, y es la poca empatía que tienen algunos huéspedes cuando vuelven a altas horas de la madrugada por el descanso y derecho a dormir de los demás, y espero con este comentario poder concienciar un poco a futuros clientes, ya que normalmente leemos los comentarios y a todos nos gusta disfrutar en nuestras vacaciones, tanto de día como de noche. RRojasRicardoHay cosas que mejorar que puede que cuesten dinero. Ahí no me meto.Es cierto que los precios son muy económicos y que mas no se puede pedir.
Pero hay cosas que son gratis y le pueden dar la vuelta a este negocio que lo tiene todo para triunfar:
1) Saber delegar, como en casa lucio , el señor mayor ya ha de dejar llevar las riendas a los mas jovenes. Su experiencia es necesaria en terraza con anecdotas y observar la clientela con los ojos de la experiencia.(ESE HOMBRE NOS PODIA ENSEÑAR UNA MONTAÑA DE CONOCIMIENTOS)
2) normas básicas de hostelería, repicar bebidas, preguntar a los clientes si todo está bien, NO PONER LOS SEGUNDOS PLATOS A LA VEZ QUE EL PRIMERO.
3) Sonreír+Educación +sonreir+ sonreir ( nos viene en la nómina....tengamos un dia bueno o no)
4) si llevo un plato lleno siempre vuelvo con uno vacío
5) practicar la bienvenida y la despedida, tanto para el que pide bogavante como para el que pide un cortado.( El del café quizas mañana vuelva a por bogavante)
6)Un muelle para q la puerta del hostal no de portazos.
7) Hay que probar la comida y observar cada dia si nos pasamos de punto de sal.....por ej.
Mis disculpas de antemano porque es muy fácil opinar del toro desde la barrera. Seguro que la realidad del negocio en el dia a dia tiene mucha información que desconozco.
