Sangat Baik
Excelente ubicacion, tranquilo y agradable. Nuestra habitacion no tenia las mejores vistas, pero a alguien le tenia que tocar. Bien equipado y con detalles de cortesia. Mencion especial a la limpieza, tanto de habitacion como de menaje. Es un placer alojarse en estas condiciones. Altamente recomendable.

PPengguna TetamuExcelente ubicación, escasamente 3 minutos de la Pza de España (Ayuntamiento) y a 10 de ka Catedral y el Palacio de Gaudí. Habitación muy amplia con baño conpleto con bañera y también plato de ducha.
Personal muy amable y atento. Dispone de Spa aunque se echa en falta una cafetería, bar.. donde poder sent**** y tomar algo tranquilamente. También dispone de un enorme aparcamiento para dejar los coches con acceso interior al hotel.
De volver por esta coudad, ya sé dónde me hospedaré de nuevo.

JJacobo PLSituado en la Plaza Mayor es un ubicación perfecta para pasear!! El personal es agradable y servicial. El garaje tiene pocas plazas, así que es mejor llamar antes y reservar. El acceso es por una calle trasera y no es recomendable ir con coche grande, ya q es un poco estrecho para maniobra dentro. Nosotros pagamos 10 Eur por el garaje. La habitación era amplia y la cama muy confortable. El Baño está completo y la ducha funcionaba, es bañera con media mampara. Recomendable.

PPengguna TetamuAs a Camino pilgrim, I found the hotel room spacious with magnificent a view of the cathedral and archbishop's palace. Beds were comfortable, in-room facilities were adequate. Cafeteria and restaurant had good food, especially the dinner in the restaurant. My only complaint was the very Spartan breakfast: a piece of ham, slice of cheese, yogurt, fruit, coffee, orange juice, wrapped snacks for takeaway. For me, not enough to keep up energy for a long walk to the next destination. Special mention goes to Roen (I hope I spelled his name right). He serves at the front desk and also acts as maitre 'd in the restaurant during dinner. He goes the extra mile to make sure the guest is well cared for. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if the breakfast had more choices.
