Hotel terbaik di Guimar

Sehr schöne Finca, mit Pool und Restaurant. Leckeres Essen und gutes Frühstück. Ich war nur 2 Tage dort. Die Zimmer waren schön, groß, mit Stühlen und Tisch draußen. Sehr ruhig! WiFi leider nur im Aufenthaltsraum, das sollte auch in den Zimmern möglich sein. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Wer nicht den ganzen Tourismustrubel braucht ist hier genau richtig! Kann ich nur empfehlen

An honest review. A last minute impromptu break, after reading endless amounts of reviews brought us to Catalonia Punta Del Ray. Positives - - Entertainment staff, very very good. - Size of room, very spacious and bed extremely comfortable. - Ice Cream whippy machine in the restaurant, some of the best I’ve ever had. - Cleaner very good, couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the rooms. - Reception staff very helpful. - Weather for mid September, was okay. Negatives - - Outside of the building on first impression, looks very tired i.e the flags outside the main reception every one of them torn and falling apart. - I would say the overall cleanliness of the hotel (outside the rooms), isn’t great. For example, the snack bar area, floors are sticky, bits of food stamped into the ground, the toastie machine doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned. Not great. - Food and drink, probably the main reason a lot of people go on holiday. I would say meh, not great. For two non drinkers, our options were pretty limited. Food, you wouldn’t go hungry but a lot of the same. - Hotel, for late summer feels very busy (which as a business is a good thing) but everything felt very busy and heavily congested. Trying to get a sun bed in the morning, queuing for meals or even trying to get a seat at the entertainment. If you’re not first your last. - Surrounding area very little to do. - Cleaner on our check out, was also stood at our door at 11:45, hurrying us on to leave. When she knocked, I told her we were just gathering our things for her response. “Well you have two minutes as I am waiting” / Check out was 12 and even though there is an option to pay for an extension we wasn’t able to get it as the hotel was at max capacity. Would I go back - Unfortunately no.

Can’t fault the Hotel it’s magnificent, rooms were very good , food was good but I am fussy about fatty meats etc so not the best to give a review but all in all there was always something to eat for even the pickiest customer, the lady on the grill making omelettes in the morning made our day she was always smiling and very attentive just such a lovely lady to start your day , pools were fabulous and there is an Adult only for peace and quiet , have to say though we did see a couple of young children there and nobody to tell the father they weren’t allowed so he ignored the signs , I would have given it five stars but , a couple of things could be improved, there is no minimart or shop to get basics like water etc but they do sell 500ml cans at €2.20 so not cheap, to be fair there is a daily minibus that takes you down the hill (except weekends) to the centre at a supermarket so that sort of compensates , otherwise you are isolated at the top of a big hill and being older I wouldn’t like to walk down never mind up , we had a Mountain View that was great view of Mount Teide but it’s also got a main motorway so the noise isn’t great , if I go back I would pick a sea view next time ,all in all a fabulous holiday with a couple of little tweaks it would be first class, definitely the best hotel I have stayed at in Tenerife

位置：到哪裡還是比較方便的，當時還覺得説沒有靠海有點遺憾，但是其實也沒有必要， 設施： 應該算是還可以的，在這個地方，雖然沒有大的度假酒店那麼多和大，畢竟也是LHW member 應該不差 環境：畢竟時間久了點，但是好在整潔乾淨，沒有那麼新 服務：主要勝在服務，特別好，Spa 也還行吧，就是汗蒸和常温泳池🏊。 在google的評分也比其他的高，但是沒有我想象的大，房間也是標準的，價格就有點顯得高了

We went to the Best Semiramis between 15th and 22nd July and we were on the 5th floor. The views from the balcony are amazing. I was a bit apprehensive about coming to the hotel after reading the negative reviews but I found them ( in my opinion) to be unfounded. The staff work incredibly hard and never stop. From the reception to the cleaners and the restaurant/bar staff they were always friendly and greeted you every time they saw you. The food is absolutely amazing and you'd have to be incredibly picky not to find something you liked, even in the morning there is a section that has lactose free and soya milk for you to have with your breakfast - I’ve never seen that in any hotel I’ve been too. The lunches and evening meals were superb with the waiters bringing the drinks to your table and replenishing them when asked. Even the pool restaurant was really nice, again with waiters bringing the freshly cooked meals to your table. Liked that they didn’t open the pool area until after 9:30am to stop the sun beds being taken by people that don’t use them. The reason I dropped one star is for a few little things that doesn’t really impact on your holiday but these are only again my opinion, when guests first arrive at the hotel and it’s after 11pm then I think they should put food aside for those guests - even if it’s only ham & cheese bread rolls which could be at the pool bar - we (5 of us) shared a cup of salted peanuts so we couldn’t wait for breakfast the following morning. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom so it gets very steamy when you use the shower, the entertainment isn’t five star (hotel rating) but they did their best, we ended up going to the reception bar which was great, you never waited long to give your order in which was then brought to your table. Lastly is that there’s no courtesy bus to take you into town. Yes, there’s lots of taxis but if you go most days into Puerto de la Cruz then it could prove expensive as it was over €11 return. But to summarise it all, it was a lovely enjoyable week that has staff the hotel should be proud of. Just wish the weather was too but that’s no fault of the hotel but being in North Tenerife.

We arrive Monday the 12 Aug at night,we booked our holiday, first time in Tenerife with TUI as soon as we reached by the hotel,the night receptionist checked us in very fast,answered all our questions promptly,very friendly and helpful,as soon as we go in the room we didn't felt very comfortable because was at bottom floor,my sister didn't felt comfortable,the studio was very clean and good equipped but...didn't felt right. Second day in the morning after we had breakfast, wich was amazing 👏 👏😍,alot of options,good quality, amazing taste,we headed to front desk to see if we can do anything about the room again amazing 💯 perfect service, the morning receptionist did everything in her power to suit our accommodation Second floor studio,amazingly clean and proper equipped, my sister,my son and me very satisfied of course.We try almost everything at Parque Eden,the lunch and dinner buffets are worth the money and for every possible taste,the servers are very friendly, especial thanks to Gustavo,who acknowledge our needs and remember what we like and want from first day,perfect customer service. The pools were very clean,my son wasn't coming out of the water anymore, special thanks to Isaac,the animator, who was very good with kids,i could finally get some suntan without opening my eyes every 5 minutes to look after my son. Special thanks to Nazir ,from the 5 floor pool who was always with a smile on his face no matter how busy he was,always giving his best. Overall our holiday was more than best,my savings worth any penny..sorry euros 😊,the Eden Parque hotel deserves more than 10 we will definitely come back,i recommend from all my heart!
