I wish I could give 6 Stars, this place was absolutely perfect. We stopped for one night arriving late they kept the lights on and waited for us! Breakfast was also amazing, eggs to order with fresh bacon and all of the other normal menu items. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!!!

We stayed two nights in august and enjoyed every minute. Hotel is in a beautiful restored traditional hacienda. Reminded us of estancias in Argentina. Very old world. Staff polite and helpful with good English. Room clean,beautiful decor, comfy bed. Great pool area on roof top with views of Doñana park and wild horses grazing. Only four deck chairs so fills up quickly. There’s a bell to ring for drinks service by the pool. We had sun downers there with great sunsets. Good breakfast but very overpriced at 16 eur per person. Bread, fruit, ham, cheese and cakes (no eggs or youghurt) plus very good coffee from espresso machine but still not worth 16 euro. Had dinner in their restaurant on first night. Pricy but worth it. We ate outside on their terrace with horses riding by on their evening excercises. We loved the hotel and the very special village of El Rocio. Thank you.

Simplemente excelente. La habitación muy limpia y el personal muy agradable. Al llegar, la terraza de la habitación que teníamos asignada estaba muy cerca de pinos y mi mujer es alérgica a ese árbol. Lo hicimos saber y en 5 minutos nos asignaron otra alejada de estas plantas, cosa que agradecimos enormemente. Hay un tren neumático que hace traslados de ida y vuelta a la playa que está a unos 500-600 metros. La piscina espectacular y adaptada para personas con problemas de movilidad. A la entrada de la misma hay un bar tipo food truck donde picar o tomar algo. La habitación dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, solo eché en falta una tostadora. La chica (no recuerdo su nombre) que nos atendió en la recepción muy profesional, agradable, simpática y eficiente. Sin duda un valor añadido a la estancia. Un detalle que no esperaba fue la entrega de dos botellas de agua fría para el viaje de vuelta.

Gracias a los empleados y a sus atenciones , aloj**** aquí siempre es un placer.

If you travel by train the NH Luz Huelva is the best choice as it is just 4 or five minutes away from the station. Once you arrive you are greeted by very freindly staff in uniforms who offer a warm welcome.Rooms and most public areas very clean. Rooms big enough to feel good.

PPengguna TetamuPersekitaran yang indah dan kemudahan hotel kelas pertama, termasuk kakitangan yang sangat prihatin dan perjanjian Covid yang terperinci. Hakikatnya ia adalah kemalangan kecil pada hari berlepas sarapan dari pukul 10. Terdapat lopak di kawasan bufet. Suami saya tergelincir dan jatuh, tetapi beberapa hari kemudian dia keseorangan dalam kesakitan.

We booked a junior suite (DBB) for 3 adults for 2 nights. We were absolutely delighted with this hotel. The staff, the room, the food and facilities were excellent. Parking is free. The swimming pool was still open with sunbeds and towels available the last week in October which was a nice touch. The views from this hotel are superb - the bridge linking Spain and Portugal is a lovely sight as are the views towards Portugal with the salt flats. In conclusion, we loved this character hotel and we would certainly like to return. This is Spanish Paradors at their best!

FFearless30424317752The hotel is located in a recidential area of Huelva. There is a Carrefour supermarket about five minuters drive from the hotel. We had a nice, clearing room of good size on the top floor. Breakfast was good and the staff nice. We had no problem finding an outdoor parking space free of charge and if you prefer parking indoors , the hotel has its own garage.

NnuriaMuy buena ubicación, en pleno centro de la ciudad, al lado del ayuntamiento. La limpieza y el servicio estupendos, habitación estándar amplia y con pequeño balcón. No puedo opinar de la comida porque sólo escogimos alojamiento. Para desayunar hay múltiples bares en los alrededores a muy buen precio.
Como parte negativa el tema aparcamiento al estar en pleno centro es complicado. Todo los alrededores son zona de pago donde no te deja pagar mas de 2,5h.. El hotel tiene parking propio pero desconozco su precio porque cuando llegamos estaba completo. Cerca hay un parking público que cuesta alrededor de unos 20€/dia.
En cuanto a las instalaciones, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, son un poco justitas.. mobiliario algo anticuado, habitación estándar con bañera donde es complicado duch**** sin llenar de agua medio baño, y colchón muy mejorable... La insonorización es casi inexistente. Se oye a la gente de la calle perfectamente e incluso las habitaciones cercanas... A tener en cuenta que hay bares, restaurante y discoteca pegados al hotel, por lo que a nivel de ruido por la noche es para tener en cuenta..
En general la estancia estuvo bien pero teniendo en cuenta que cogimos una oferta y nos salió mas barato de lo que normalmente cuesta este hotel... Por el precio que suele tener no volvería a ir, elegiría otros hoteles de la ciudad no tan céntricos, con mejores opciones de aparcamiento y por mejor precio las instalaciones son similares a este.

Es un hostal familiar muy muy limpio, nos recibieron muy bien, son muy amables, La habitación está muy bien, amplia, el baño muy bien te ponen un bote de gel grande, toallas limpias y cambio de sábanas a diario. Esta super super bien. Tiene aparcamiento y Ascensor Esta de lujo
