Beautiful clean apartment situated near bar and swimming pool. Comfortable beds and clean crisp linen. Apartment was thoroughly cleaned twice in the week we were there. We went all inclusive and there was a good variety of tasty food on offer every day. Very friendly staff and any issues dealt with a smile. Five minutes walk from the beach. Lots of activities on offer and we would recommend the whale/dolphin watching trip which was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Myself and my best friend booked this hotel last minute as our intended hotel was fully booked. As it happens, I am so so glad we did. We had an entire apartment to ourselves, a full kitchen, front room and 2 double beds. it would have slept another 2 people with the pull out sofa bed alongside had we needed too. The pools were heated and the beautiful backdrop of the mountains made it spectacular. Not only that, I think what made this trip special was the staff. Francesca the receptionist made us feel so welcome, the lifeguards were phenomenal and all the catering staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. I enjoyed it so much I have booked it again for 3 months time! Highly recommended

As a family of four this hotel room suited perfectly, very spacious, kitchen fully kitted out for prepping breakfast / snacks, a good grocery store on site. Only downfall 2 cockroaches on the first night in the living room was off putting but didnt see much after that. The location a bit too far from beach for us.

This has been our second time staying at Paradise Park and we have enjoyed both times immensely. Both times we availed of the all inclusive package which makes eating and drinking so much easier. I have coeliac disease but everything in the buffet area is labelled and anything I need or am not sure of then the staff are always willing to help. Gluten free bread etc is available on request. There is always a good variety of salad items which are great for those with allergies and I have been able to eat well and with confidence. There are four pool areas and a few adult only spaces which is nice for those without children to relax. All the staff have been lovely and the hotel is close to the beach and to the centre of Los Cristianos. The hotel is very nice, clean and with nice communal areas. There is entertainment in the evening if that’s something you enjoy or there are a plethora of bars and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again and hope to make it a yearly trip! Stayed here 14-21 September. There was 9 of us. Have to say it was fabulous, one of my favorite places now. The staff were second to non, so professional, friendly. The resort itself was immaculately clean, a big shout out to all the staff that work so hard. Reception area was beautiful, spotlessly clean, airy and cool. I have two little criticisms, our party were all over the age of 60 up to 75 years of age, once we were allowed to get into our apartments at 4pm!! After arriving at 1pm and after a few alcoholic drinks, we were given directions to our apartment but for love nor money we could not find them, no signs or staff to help. Maybe a member of staff could bring people to their apartments, which, by the way were amazing. The other point, it rained one of the days so a gang of us women hit the hotel bar, drank their all day till the men joined us. We were then informed they had run out of one of the particular spirits, then later ran out of tins of mixer. They were not replenished, i just think they could have got both items for us as we had spent quite a few euro that day. But overall, a fantastic place, fantastic apartments and fantastic staff. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Since we stayed here last year, the hotel has been refurbished which makes it better than ever. Some of the old features such as the stained glass windows and old wood have thankfully been retained. Our room now had a walk in shower with grab rails, big white decent towels, large free safe, excellent fridge. Complimentary water on arrival day only. Comfortable bed. Kettle and some tea and coffee sachets (not always replenished) provided. Didn’t need air con so can’t comment on that. Our room faced the plaza and church, it was pleasant to sit on balcony and people watch, the disadvantage being no sun that side of hotel which made the room rather dark. €10 euro refundable deposit for pool towels which were big and good quality. Always plenty of sun loungers available. Reasonable choices at breakfast, the freshly cooked eggs were really good. Pleasant staff. Hotel very central with plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk. We will hopefully be back next year.

I returned to this hotel as I was blown away last time- the cleaners were lovely and would always stop to say Hola to my children and in return my daughters would go out their way to say good morning. They work tirelessly and I don't think we give cleaners enough credit for the work they do I was in room 146 and every day my room was spotless, beds done and I never had a worry about my belongings. Chefs and waiters work so hard everyday at every meal always with smiles across their faces no matter how tired and hot it was. They have done a lot of work at the hotel since my last visit like the kids splash pools and the spa; it's nice they are using the money made from people's visits to upgrade. So why my 1 less star than my last visit? Our room had several lights not working. Also after 3 of us had showers (no matter how quick we were) the shower would be quite cool, not freezing but cool enough to hurry - usually my poor husband would draw the short straw on that. Also just a suggestion- the books people leave, instead of throwing them away couldn't the hotel have a small bookcase where people could help themselves to or even swap ? I was absolutely mortified watching a book be thrown away. Other than my very small issues in the room we had a fantastic stay, we would return again as it's close enough to the beach and main shops (€7 in a taxi) but far enough so it's quiet in the evening.
