We really like AC hotels for comfort and value. Also the staff are usually excellent and very helpful. Our issue here was not with comfort - our room was good. The problem was a lack of staff and service. When we arrived, there was literally one (helpful) memeber of staff on reception. We would have loved a drink at the bar or in the lounge but it was shut and no room service was available. What was worse is that the bar and restaurant was not opening until 20.30. In point of fact, the bar never opened and didn't even look stocked and the place just lacked staff. The food at dinner was fine but again the friendly waiter was just under pressure. Whether it was because it was a Saturday, I don't know, but the service was non exisitent and this is a management issue not the staff that were there. There is no excuse for not being able to get a drink when you arrive at a 4 star hotel!!

Hotel con habitaciones aceptables. Su vienes un día o dos no es mala opción pero para más días no lo recomiendo. El desayuno no lo cogais con el hotel, os recomiendo que desayunos incluso en la gasolinera de enfrente, dado que en este hotel, te cobran 8,50 por un desayuno con zumo de maquina (asqueroso), bollería y pan congelado, embutidos en barra y café aguachirri y con muy mal sabor. Otra característica a destacar el el gym, poco para elegir, pocas pesas y poco peso y sin aire acondicionado, por lo que en una plata -1 te puede dar un apechusque, menos mal que es el típico gimnasio de saco un par de fotos y las cuelgo por que es nefasto. En resumen, si os quedáis un día ok, para familia o amigos o más de dos días hay pensiones mejores.

Reasonable hotel in an industrial setting. Rooms fine, service fine, free parking. Only pizzas were available in the restaurant, and breakfast was a very basic affair, with the orange juice watered down to a ridiculous degree. Would find somewhere else next time.

Persekitaran hotel indah, biliknya sederhana dan tenang, sesuai untuk percutian
Kelemahannya ialah kipas pengudaraan penyaman udara sangat bising, kipas pengudaraan bilik mandi dihidupkan, dan bunyi TV tidak dapat didengar secara langsung. Nasib baik, malam kami pergi ke sana tidak terlalu panas dan semuanya dimatikan.

It is always a pleasure to stay at Ibis Elche. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The air-conditioned rooms are clean and well maintained with free Wi-Fi. Reasonably priced underground car park is a bonus in this busy area. Highly recommended.

The people at the reception desk at check in were pleasant and helpful. This hotel is a very interesting structure with a 3story atrium . Excellent construction but unfortunately the size causes echos and one noisy person on speakerphone can disturb everyone. The room was large and spotless with a very comfortable bed. We had a drink at the bar before dinner, which we had booked and pre paid for, the waiter was friendly and efficient. We went in to the restaurant and were given what appeared to be the bar menu. We asked and were reluctantly given the dinner menu. At that point the person at the next table began coughing continuously so we moved to another table. It was ages before somebody came to get our drinks order and another wait before they took our food order. The food was mediocre generally but the cheesecake I ordered for dessert was a savoury cheese tart not a sweet cheesecake. They replaced it but then had trouble figuring out how to bill us for the already paid for meal. There was a waitress who never seemed to do anything and a waiter who appeared to wish he was elsewhere. The staff at checkout were too busy chatting to take much notice of patrons. A very nice hotel but a crook more suited to a fast food franchise

I was on a business trip here and stayed for 1 night in room 131. Overall it was the best value for money I had in Spain (I travel extensively all over Spain staying in rooms with a rating between 35 – 50 EUR – this one was 38.5 EUR). The hotel, the room, everything was super clean (they even gave me some kind of “amenities kit” composed of a disposable mask, plastic disposable glass and bottles of liquid soap, just in case you forgot yours). The staff was very friendly and answered all of my question in a polite manner. There is also a restaurant open 24h inside the hotel and a gas station with a 24h schedule (20 m from the hotel). They have also a parking lot with surveillance cameras. Everything was excellent with a small note: when I first walked in into the room, there was a smell like in the room the windows haven’t been opened for a while to let the fresh air enter the room. Certainly I would recommend this hotel and certainly I would come back.
