Hotel terbaik di Pamplona

Went there during the running of the bull festival so room was extremely expensive. I would not rate it as 4 star as some 3 star hotels are as good & provide better facilities. It does have a gym & sauna & restaurant & bar. Room is standard size, a bit dark because the lower half of the room is painted dark grey with a big dark picture above the bed head. I would say bathroom has been renovated but not the bedroom. Study table & chair look old. Window faces a wall on the 5th floor. 2 bots of water & 2 small bots of white wine & a pkt of soft jelly lollies are welcome gifts. No coffee/tea making facilities so I requested for a kettle with some tea/coffee. A kettle was provided with a couple of teabags, no coffee & some milk for 1st night. No more stock was replenished even though we stayed for 3 nts. I suppose I would hv to keep requesting for more stock, Housekeeping is done everyday but towels not changed everyday like some hotels. Hair/body wash in one is provided but no hair conditioner like most hotels in Europe. No face washers provided unless requested. No iron or ironing board. There’s a safe in the room & a sml fridge. Aircon works well. TV is very small. Remote control is very hard to press to change channels & we just manually had to press buttons at the back of the TV. Went through a lot of channels but I don’t think there’s any English channels. Tried to take a picture with the bull placed at the front of the hotel without even touching it or close to it but a couple of the staff got into a fit. Pretty unpleasant.

Booked the hotel last minutes as driving from UK to southern Spain and we chose Pamplona as a stop off. We weren’t going to reach the hotel until around 11pm that night and the hotel reception was going to be closed so they have a Whatapp service which talked us through accessing the hotel without any issue. The hotel itself is a great location with some tapas bars still open and serving food when we arrived. The room is fresh, clean and perfect for our stop over. Nice little touches of bottles of cold water in the fridge when we arrived. Comfy bed, great shower and all bed linen and towels felt like brand new. So impressed with this hotel will defo book again if we are back in this part of Spain.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Pamplona, but you cannot reach it by car - at least not with your own (perhaps taxis have a permit, I don't know). However, the parking option they offer is very convenient. You go to a very close-by public underground parking and give the ticket to the hotel front desk, which will charge you a discounted rate. Get the instructions from the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the balcony looked out onto a square (Plaza Consistorial) right in front of the City Hall (Ayuntamiento), itself a very attractive old building. Breakfast is in the adjacent bar and good for what it is. Staff at the front desk is efficient and friendly enough; staff at the bar is more uneven - some very friendly and others less so. All in all a very convenient and reasonable option for a Pamplona vacation, very close to wonderful restaurants and the in the center of the old town. Recommended.

Todo genial muy bien ubicado bien equipado tenía todo lo necesario,lo único que no me dejaron sábanas y toallas para las nenas que dormían en el sofá cama ,como era para una noche nos apañamos con los nórdico que había pero podías comunicarte con la recepción a través de la aplicación.La limpieza excelente ojalá se conserve así .Recomendable .

地理位置特別好 在老城的山上 去哪裡都賊近. 我們是自駕去的 奔牛節期間老城都封了 我們還可以開車進城 感覺挺拉風的. 酒店裡麪小巧精緻，是一個古堡改的，所以房間肯定不會太大，但床巨大，我都沒見過這麼大的床，得兩米五？哈哈很舒服. 節日期間吵肯定是吵得了，就當背景音樂了。 奔牛節太棒了，此生系列屬於，感受西班牙人民的娛樂至死精神，活動超級超級多，就是身子骨跟不上，基本三四個活動就沒電了，這時住在城裡的好處就體現了，可以回酒店睡會充充電，夜裡起來接着high。 總之這次不虛此行，也強烈推薦大家這個地方。

I had not been here since before the pandemic, so it was great to be back and meet the friendly, kind, helpful staff that works in this hotel. It is located in the modern part of Pamplona/Iruña, which is not especially beautifuf, but if you don't have your own vehicle, it is very close to the train station and still within walking distance to the old town (20-25 minutes). There is as well a city bus-stop 3 minutes away from the hotel's entrance, where bus nº21 stops and takes you to Pamplona main bus station. The hotel's inside is modern, comfortable, clean and welcoming. There is a lift, good wifi and a computer for guests beside the breakfast room. The rooms are also comfortable and well-equipped, the en-suite bathroom is very modern and clean too, and the breakfast-buffet is good and filling.

This is an older hotel located right downtown. Because of its age, rooms are smaller than average, but they have all been modernized and are very pleasant. Easy to control the heating and air conditioning. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar downstairs, with very friendly and professional English speaking staff. The front desk staff is also super friendly and helpful. No parking provided by the hotel, it might be difficult to find a place to put your car... ask about this when making a reservation. All in all, I'm happy I stayed there and I would gladly return.

Hotel Europa is just few meters away from Plaza del Castillo and yet it is in a very quiet position that does not suffer from the excessive noise of nearby streets. Rooms are small but clean and very well equipped. The breakfast is rich and varied and the service is of a good level. The Hotel also has a Michelin-starred restaurant on the premises. A very highly recommended hotel!
