Hotel terbaik di Pineda De Mar

El apartamento es amplio con una buena terraza,el gran problema es ke da directamente a la zona de cocina del hotel splash y de madrugada ya empiezan los camiones a descargar la comida,etc y de noche lo mismo con la basura etc que arrastran las jaulas los trabajadores,con gritos,golpes etc ademas con las luces abiertas toda la noche iluminando todo el apartamento por lo que el descanso es nulo En recepcion casi nunca hay nadie y cuando esta es una chica extranjera que no se entera de nada Y en la recepcion del hotel siempre hay cola Precio muy caro diario por llevar un perro,el mas caro que he pagado nunca Hemos estado 6 noches y tuve que pagar un extra para que me cambiaran laa toallas a la mitad de la estancia Podria haber sido una estancia mejor

On arrival, we were dropped off by our clueless tui rep, who was more interested in speaking on her mobile phone than helping others! Waited 30mins for room, when receiving our key they was an argument going on with a previous guest, if I'm honest this could of been sorted quicker then it was as they was children present including my own! Our room was basic, with no balcony, bath, or even a fridge, we were told a fridge is extra & if I'm honest, we didn't have a balcony, so a fridge would of been perfect as we didnt have this! Tv had no English channels apart from disney. Rooms were cleaned well, but most of the time, I did it myself as I have a little OCD when it comes to cleaning, I came to this hotel with my 7 year old son, who has an allergy to fish! This was explained to the staff as well as kitchen staff as I used my phone to google translate, I wouldn't of minded eating there if food wasn't cooked together, fish & meat was both cooked on the same grill as well as been placed on the same tray! This happened a few times so my son couldn't eat there at all, we had to pay extra & eat out as even though I mentioned this to staff nothing was done! On the last day, I spoke to the manager and told them about my sons fish allergy as I was told staff were going to pass the message on which was never done! The manager apologised & told me I would be given a refund through Tui & he would help all he could! Which was lies as Tui refused to give me a refund & said the manager should have given me this when we left! (The manager wasn't going to give me a refund it was lies) I spent an extra £250 eating out every night when this hotel could have sorted my sons dietary needs as most places do theses days! We had 2 days of rain and to be honest they was no entertainment or even music playing in the bar which made our holiday glumy, we were offered a few board games, the entertainment at night time was mainly for adults, I wouldn't recommend taking your children here as it's more of an adult environment! The hotel is basic, no fridge unless you pay extra, the hotel was clean, some staff go above & beyond for people, they was a young lad with glass and a lady called Sally I think who where absolutely amazing, they knew about my sons allergies & apologised, I do wish more help was given though like a refund the manager promised me! The pool area is small, we never went in to the pool as the beach was more fun, the hotel is very basic and I would recommend going somewhere different as the money we paid for this hotel wasn't worth it, some of the guests are so rude, pushing in, mucky looks & completely blanking people, I felt uncomfortable in this hotel as people seemed to judge me due to having tattooes, (my body, my rules) I wouldn't go here again as it was boring, and nothing much for children, we did meet a few couples who were lovely & even they told me they would never go again as it's changed, it felt like management just wanted my money & didn'

Hotel de dos estrellas con ascensor cerca de la estación del tren, precio calidad correcto. La habitación que nos dieron tenía buen tamaño, aire acondicionado, colchon y almohada un poco duros, a mí me gusta asi, armario ropero grande, baño con bañera, TV pantalla plana y terracita con mesa y dos sillas con vistas a la calle. Servicio de menú desayuno, bocadillos, bikinis, hamburguesas, pizzas, platos combinados, comida hindú, también tenían bebidas de todo tipo y cocktails, tenían hasta Shishas con diferentes tipos de sabores, todo a precios económicos para ser un hotel.

Un hotel donde poder perderse siempre que apetezca preparado, confortable y cuidado para miles de opciones de estancia. Facil de aparcar, buena calidad-precio y en zona tranquila por su ubicacion

Just back home from Calella holiday. Stayed in hotel 5 days with full board. Good sized clean room changed and cleared every day and reasonably friendly staff but catering experience is quite mixed. Not a best choice of dishes and no any liquid for lunch and dinner trying to force you to buy from them. Once came to lunch directly from walk with bottle of water staff take it off from me and offered to buy one from them. Pool always full of kids, very noisy, and by afternoon there is muddy water as they don't bother to go toilet. Pool also opening quite late and closing far too early at 8pm. Fortunately there is 5 minutes walk to beach. In average stay was ok but I don't think this hotel will be our choice in a future.

these apartments were lovely and clean. small balcony but big enough for a table and 2 chairs. these need to be requested and are chargeable at €10 per night. clean bedding and towels every couple of days. the reception staff were friendly and spoke very good English. nothing was any trouble for them. Central location ideal for the shops ,restaurants ,bowling and golf and a short walk to the beach. land train stops around the corner and you can get on and off wherever you wish. the bar staff where incredible in looking after us,bringing food and drinks to the pool side. the pool was clean and was well maintained. my only criticism was the bathroom. the shower curtain didn't reach the end of the rail and flooded the bathroom on first use. the shower periodically fell down when in use. a bin would have been useful, also larger towels, but that is my personal preference. always plenty of hot water. a lovely quiet stay would definitely return.
