Hotel terbaik di S'Illot

I booked this last minute as a surprise for my hubby I booked through Cheeky Trip I had a price in mind for all include They told me they wasnt the live prices and I wouldn't get one at that price and was put under pressure to book as i was told there were only a few places on the plane left i couldn't find this hotel has it kept coming up under bj playa Blanca and i even asked them to check if it was a same hotel and was told not to worry and go and enjoy it so i read the reviews and went with a open mind it was as we had no honeymoon with me being ill and disabled in and out hospital all time and just wanted a cheap holiday just me and him no kids As we got to the airport from the plane being delayed the transfer driver got lost and went down one-way streets we took over an hour longer transfer we arrived at 2 am to be told we had no room and they couldn't find are booking with very little English we worked out they found us on room for the night and to go back at 10 am and they change us rooms we went back at 10 am to a different person told us to say there that night we reported we had no hot water no lights on balcony again to be told to come back at 10 am went back at 10.30 the next day and asked for a room change to be told we needed to check out now we had no holiday no transfers and no fight and our holiday had been cancelled panic sent in we had no money to pay we had no Wi-Fi to email so I had to ring family to ring the travel agency to find out what was going on they to us to give them time and they sort it out we explained we only had an hour or we be out and they had our passports I brought extra date to email them myself to and even rang they kept saying not to worry how can u not worried when hotel wanted us out in 20 mins they told us not to move we talked the hotel into giving us an extra day on the agreement I would pay if I had to we spent the full day to 6 pm on the phone panicking we could leave the ground or eat with worry we was only they 4 days so we still had no hot water or lights they agreed to change us rooms we had a smallest fan it was facing pool so the sun was shining all day and it was red hot no air con we had to pay for a fridge and fan at 5 euros a night they was no kitchen area no cups no fridge nothing with it being b and b u would expect a little fridge. so the new room was ready and hot still no lights working and the noise was unbearable people in the pool at 3 and 4 a.m. people partying on sun lounges at 5 am Breakfast was cold even if we were first in at 7.30 we went to the bar and brought a beer and cocktail was going back to our room past reception and the man shouting in front of about 6 people checking in asking if I ordered a beer and cocktail I said yes they tried to embarrass us saying we never paid and got dragged to bar area for them to speak in they own language and he replays ok This is a false adverti*****t at its best no Wi-Fi no crazy golf no karaoke no 24-hour recitation

Perfect location, good breakfasts, large space in room and balcony

Honest review 1. ROOM We stayed in the hotel, not the apartments. We had no air con but knew this prior. Room was extremely sweltering with just 2 electrical fans. If you are going to book, pay extra for the apartment block. Room was VERY basic and VERY run down. But we only used it to sleep. Lots of pillows and bedding. No issues with towels etc. only 2 small mirrors but not a massive issue 2. POOL There are 2 pools, which are good size. Be mindful that this hotel is rated 2 stars so don’t be alarmed or horrified by the pools needing some TLC. They did the job and my kids were happy in the pools. Area around pools including sunbeds were grubby and the floor could benefit from being jet washed daily, but again, this is a 2 star hotel 3. FOOD Food was average to good. Slightly cold but there is a microwave available. Choices are : Breakfast-beans, bacon, meat, cheese, lots of bread and pastries, cereals, yogurts, fruit, fried and scrambled egg Lunch: salad bar, chips, small vegetable section, 1 meat dish, 1 fish dish, potatoes, fruit, ice cream, cake Dinner: same as lunch but added pizza and paella BE MINDFUL THAT THERE IS NO SNACK BAR, ONLY MEALS 4. POOL BAR Drinks were hit and miss. Fizzy pop was good, but alcohol tasted like petrol. Cocktails were from a machine and only choice of 3. The rest you had to pay for. All drinks are in paper cups, so if you don’t drink them quickly, the cup disintegrates. Bar staff are rude and are either too busy smoking, chatting to their friends or huffing. The main bar guy was asking people to give him a 5 star rating for a 2 star service. Music was awful. 5. LOCATION This hotel is in the perfect location. OVERALL I have read A LOT of negative reviews about this hotel, but my opinion is that it’s very good for a 2 star hotel. I wouldn’t return, but that’s only because S’Illot is very small and we had to venture out each night into Sa Coma or Cala Millor for more lively evenings

Das Hotel ist sehr gut organisiert und komfortabel. Das Personal kommt seiner Dienstleistungsaufgabe mit Herz nach. Sehr schöner Pool. Sehr schöner Sandstrand mit türkisblaufarbigem Meerwasser, direkt beim Hotel. Jedes Hotelzimmer hat einen Balkon und einen wunderschönen Meerausblick. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind ein tägliches Erlebnis, vom eigenen Balkon oder klimatisiertem Zimmer aus zu bewundern.
