Hotel terbaik di Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Great location and comfortable beds, can't comment as we didn't use the breakfast or food available. There was a roof top party very late on Saturday night, super noisy until after 2am and could be heard in our room (on the top floor) sadly, otherwise this was a great hotel visit.

Located within walking distance from the port area, shops and restaurants. Sadly, we were disappointed with our rooms that were small and in need of updating, No pool view or balcony making the room feel smaller and dark. The pool is located within a beautiful well maintained garden. Lifeguard is present and provided guests with sun beds and towels. We were half board, breakfast was limited but sufficient. Evening meal was disappointing, limited options for children and small portions. We eat out several evenings and occasionally ordered food to the hotel. Santa Cruz is a lovely place to visit with friendly locals who are keen to engage with tourists.

My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the penthouses and loved it! The view of the city, the mountains and the sea from the three balconies was just beautiful. The room is not only stylish and comfortable, but also has a fully equipped kitchen, which we always appreciate when travelling. There is a fairly large smart TV in the lounge but with this view we didn't even switch it on :) The location is good, it's a 15min walk to the centre of Santa Cruz and there is a tram stop 5min away which takes you to the main bus station and La Laguna, we will definitely be back on our next trip!

Premessa: l’hotel Emblematico Hi-suites si compone di alloggi di tipo diverso. Personalmente ho occupato una suite articolata su due piani (il piano alto di fatto sistemato in un soppalco) e a questa si riferisce il contenuto della recensione. La sistemazione è senza dubbio molto suggestiva, all’interno di un edificio storico di Santa Cruz, recentemente restaurato con buon gusto. La posizione è ottima, centrale, in un contesto complessivamente gradevole. Molto apprezzabile, se si prenota per tempo, la disponibilità di alcuni posti macchina riservati nella sottostante calle Santa Rosa de Lima. L’alloggio si compone di una zona soggiorno, dotata di piccola cucina, comodissimo divano e tv panoramica. Sul sovrastante soppalco, il letto matrimoniale, una zona guardaroba e il bagno, oltre a un secondo televisore. Ad un più attento esame emergono alcuni “difetti”, peraltro tutto sommato veniali: non tutti i materiali utilizzati hanno il pregio che dimostrano all’apparenza, lo spazio guardaroba non è abbondantissimo, e qualche appendino nel bagno non avrebbe guastato. C’è poi la questione del soppalco, elemento estremamente suggestivo (che nel mio caso ha positivamente influito sulla scelta), ma un po’ scomodo per i su e giù a cui costringe gli ospiti. Ma se non vi preoccupa fare qualche rampa di scale (che non fa male alla salute), direi che non ci sono problemi. Anche la formula della colazione, servita direttamente in camera (non c’è uno spazio apposito nell’hotel) può piacere oppure no, ma non la reputo assolutamente un difetto. Complessivamente sono stato molto soddisfatto, e l’impressione d’insieme prevale nettissimamente sugli aspetti che potrebbero, per alcuni, destare qualche perplessità. Mi sbilancio quindi per la valutazione massima.

I enjoyed my stay at the Principe Paz. It was a not too long walk from the bus station and the hotel reception desk is kind of at the rear of an entrance to shops so it looks strange when looking for the hotel entrance. I had a largish room and from the hall landing when you walk into the room there was the bathroom on right and then a door into the room which should cut down any noise from the hall during the night. The breakfast was in the pleasant restaurant with a good selection. In the hotel and the staff in the restaurant and reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for shops, restaurants and transport links and there is a nice plaza opposite to sit in. Would be happy to stay there again.

We arrived late night at hotel, it took us a little longer for check-in since the receptionist was going somewhere for taking care of the other guests. Once we arrived the room, I was surprised by how big the room was and it has everything. A small kitchen in the corner with electric stove, a little sofa bed, a crib - because we had this trip with our baby, and the bathroom was pretty large also. Only one thing that I missed - I hope one day they will have bidè then it will be just perfect 🤩 but overall, it was perfect

I spent a night at the Adonis Plaza last week before boarding a cruise and am currently back at the hotel for a night at the end of the cruise before flying home tomorrow. Last week was a pleasant stay in a quiet, clean room (number 407) with comfortable bed and nice/modern bathroom. Today is sadly a different experience. I was told my room would be ready at 2pm; the time came and went and the room still wasn't ready so the receptionist - who was very helpful - said she would give me a different room (number 614). Similarly equipped to the room I had last week unfortunately this has a connecting door to the adjacent room and the noise is terrible! I can hear every word spoken next door as loud as if the people were in my room. Also, despite being on the sixth floor, there is a lot of noise from the street outside. The rooms with connecting doors are only suitable for families not for people who don't want to have to listen to everything said by the guests next door. Sadly, I would not stay at the hotel again which is a shame as the staff are very pleasant and the hotel is well located for the cruise port.

A great stay overall! Staff were friendly and attentive! Rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The only downside was the unusual window and the noise from the roof! A great stay overall!

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and very impressed. Very clean and comfortable. In a great location for us, and also a very short walk from the number 10 bus stop which goes to the south airport. Air conditioning was very good and room safe was large enough to hold my laptop. Breakfast was very tasty. Only complaint was our room had a smell that previous guest had been smoking in the room, even though it’s non smoking. I did wonder if the smell was something else but then I noticed the previous room occupants had placed a shower cap over the detector, so my guess was likely correct. It wasn’t overpowering and we didn’t ask to move room. I did ask for an air freshener at reception but this never appeared. It got better after a day or so. Super stay. Will hopefully be coming back in a few months time.

This hotel is right in the centre of Santa Cruz near the El Pilar underground car park and the pedestrianised shopping street El Castillo. We went up to the city from south Tenerife to see the Xmas lights which were amazing right outside our hotel and a short walk to Plaza Candelaria. We didn't take our passports which was a problem due to the new police regulations regarding hotel stays. However the receptionist Stephanie was amazing allowing us time and assisting us to complete check in by using photos of the passports held on our devices. The rooms can only be described as new and clean, not huge but ample for a nights stay. Great shower, beds comfortable, nice balcony, tea and coffee tray. Great breakfast and nice restaurant area although we didn't try the evening meal. I would certainly stay here again.
