Our stay at La Pergola is one of the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays we have had. From the warm welcome upon arrival at reception we were impressed. Our studio accommodation was immaculate with a delightful view. Everything about La Pergola is quality. The hotel areas are pristine and excellently maintained. The staff were all delightful and so professional. I have never come across such an impressive staff team! We were half board and the food was as tasty as the presentation. The extended menu catered for all dietary requirements. My husband enjoyed the meats while I opted for the vegetarian options. Thank you to the chefs and kitchen team for such tasty dishes. We made use of the gym and explored the area around Port Andratx on foot and by bus. We will definitely return to La Pergola and have highly recommended to our family too.

We stayed for 6 nights at Castell Son Claret and were blown away by the beautiful surroundings and amazing service. From the moment you drive through the electric gates you are greeted with manicured gardens and view of the stunning period country house. The pool area overlooks the countryside with staff at hand to meet your every need and ensure you have a quality relaxing experience. This hotel is perfect for couples who want to unwind and recharge.

Thank you for this amazing week staying in your lovely hotel! All of you did a great job! It is such a personal atmosphere and you all give the hotel guests such a good feeling. For me it was like staying with friends and i appreciate and really loved to listening to music in the guest-room in the evening :) - after a delicious meal. Big compliment for the kitchen. Also special thanks for the Live-music on last sunday and on friday. I really feel sun in my heart after being your guest the last 7 days! Birge (Wikinger)

We are a family of five from the Netherlands. We are very pleased with our stay in the hotel . The staff is friendly and relaxed. Miquel welcomed us. He was very helpful. Sebastián the cook is really friendly and prepared delicious and variated meals. The waiters and waitresses are kind and relaxed. It is a beautiful place located just a few minutes walking to the sea and near supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Thank you all for making our stay a great time.

Great family business. I really like smaller places in top locations where You are Someone- Guest! Big commercial hotels are like many making fabrics where food is so bad and You are no one! Here Food was like from Michelin star restaurant with friendly chats and peaceful atmosphere. Amazing! Room is super clean and has everything what You will need in long or short stay. I was there 6 nights and i could do way more in the same spot because there is everything next to You; beach is just next to, so many shops: different cousins (if You will have enough of hotel restaurant - but I don’t believe that!), bus stop is 5 min walk. Staff - impressed in terms of how many languages they speak! And how friendly they are:) All together from me 10/10! Highly recommend I’ll be back for sure.

ZONA : Peguera. Los apartamentos se encuentran dicha zona, la cual está a una hora y diez minutos desde el aeropuerto, en trasporte público. Para mi gusto, es una excelente zona. Supermercados, restaurantes, bares, todo cerca. La playa que está al frente del hotel, está en muy buenas condiciones, tiene duchas, yo estuve a finales de agosto y era una playa de pocas olas, de temperatura muy agradable.
EL HOTEL : Desde la bienvenida, todo es perfecto. En mi caso nos recibió un chico llamado José, el cual nos atendió con suma amabilidad y nos orientó en todo lo que le solicitamos (playas cercanas para conocer, restaurantes, alquileres de coches).
Apenas entras al apartamento, mi impresión fue que todo estaba en impecables condiciones. Todo aseado, ordenado, aire acondicionado en todo el Apartamento, utensilio de cocina “todos los mínimos necesarios”, pera cocinar. Un horno microondas. Todo lo que he nombrado, en perfectas condiciones.
El personal del hotel en general, con buena actitud y excelente trato con los huéspedes.
La piscina del hotel, también en perfectas condiciones.

Si quieren conocer una playa muy bonita, les recomiendo : San Telmo.
Conclusión : Apartamentos Ponent, fue una excelente elección para culminar estas vacaciones de verano. Sin duda repetiremos.

Excellent in every way. We live in Palma de Mallorca, so this was a quick weekend getaway for us. From the friendly welcome, to the beautiful room, everything was lovely. The design of the hotel, rooms, common areas, pool , etc. is very well done. The rooms are not huge but have great views of the mountains (208) and the pool area. Lots of quality design touches. Very comfortable bed. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Parking was most welcome in busy Soller, and not incredibly tight like many in Mallorca. Breakfast was also excellent with a big choice of everything, although the one coffee machine was working overtime! A real machine cappucino would have been the chery on the cake! Our shower cubicle did leak a bit, but nothing a bit of silicone wouldn't fix. The position is fantastic, right in the heart of Soller, and the tram even goes by the gardens. We would love to return!

PPengguna Tetamu여기 숙소 강추합니다!!!!!!!! 들어가자마자 와~~~소리가 나왔어요!!!!!! 숙소 갔던 곳 중에 젤 맘에 들었어요 뷰가 끝짱나여!!!! 특히 노을맛집입니다 산꼭대기에 위치한 숙소고 차를 타고 갈때 도로가 엄청 쫍아서 무조건 천천히 달리셔야합니다 이래서 작은차를 빌려야하는 이유가 있나봅니다!!! 조식은 맛이 앖어요! 저녁식사는 예약해야하고 대체로 음식은 맛있었어요! 예약안하고 가면 설국열차에 나오는 암줌마처럼 생기 여직원이 겁나 한숨쉬고 기분나쁜티를 냅니다^^제가 영어를 잘 못하는데 못알아 듣는다고 쿠사리까지 주더라거요^^ 밥먹다 체할뻔했어요 영어를 못한 내가 잘못이겠죠?!! 이점 빼고는 숙소직원분들 모두 사랑스럽고 친절하셨습니다!! 원래 리뷰는 잘안다는데 저처럼 기분나쁠수 있는 상황을 안당했으면 하는 바람에 남겨요!!!

The hotel building was lovely and decorated in keeping with an old olive mill. The bedroom room was always cleaned beautifully every day and was very comfortable. The hotel grounds are huge with several different areas to sit in. We had a double buggy for my daughter’s twins which made moving around tricky but doable with two lifts. The breakfast was superb with an excellent selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient.

NNorman HWe booked a Comfort Side Sea view room. The room was very good size and standard but the location was disappointing. Most rooms have full or side sea outlook over the hotel pool or Romano beach which is very nice. Our room 51 was one of only about ten rooms low on the side facing Toro beach and the adjacent hotel Vibra next door and their pool area. It appears to be very popular with younger guests who can still party at 6am, oh to be young again. Our room had lift free access from the bar area but the rooms below have access by stairs only ….. no lift! I raised this with the management via a request for feedback on day 2 of our stay but had no response. In all respects we would be happy to return as the hotel is very good in all respects but know that we could easily be put in an even worse room, as we travelled with jet2.com a new customer and we were almost the only guests from UK, we assume they get the worst rooms. We had booked our holiday in January 24 so we did not need to be squeezed in at the last moment.

After finally tiring of the all inclusive hustle and bustle dining experience we decided that we wanted the exact opposite. We were definitely not left disappointed, the dining was an absolute romantic delight. The food was incredible if you like top quality local cuisine, not for the burger and chips brigade. We stayed for two weeks and didn't eat anywhere else. The view from our rooms were fantastic, after four days ww decided to see if we could upgrade to one of the suites. One came available for the next day and we took it. The spa was a welcome treat however we would have liked the pool to be a little warmer. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a fantastic mountain setting this place can not be beaten, the staff were all incredible, made you feel like family tbh. The cycle garage was well appointed with tools etc and very convenient , a point of note however the terrain is the most challenging on the Island more so than Sa Calobra etc. Definitely my favourite and the traffic is light. We most definitely will be back as it's head and shoulders above all the hotels that we have stopped in Mallorca.

머무는 5일내내 친절한 직원들과 조용하고 여유로운 느낌의 숙소 덕분 힐링했습니다. 수영장이 따뜻한물이 아니여서 아쉬웠지만 스파를 예약하면 무료로 하루에 한번 이용 할 수 있습니다. 시내도 가깝고 바다랑 붙어있는 숙소 여서 여름에 가면 너무나도 더 좋을것 같아요 머무는 내내 행복했습니다

Lleo1977London_Ukasked if we could get a upgrade on arrival if they had room free and pay the difference on our booking, upgraded us 2 levels and charged us for 1 level, hotel was clean and staff were really helpful, allowing us to use a room after checking out to shower for our late evening flight, we went half board which was amazingly cheap, i did not expect much and intended eating first night only at hotel, the food was very good, lots of different options and a good standard, ate the next night as well and if ti was not for so many nice places nearby could have eaten here every night if looking to save money, well worth it, hotel was in prime location and yes sunbeds round pool were hard to get is directly across promenade to the beach so we were more then happy, rooftop bar in evenings was great for sunsets and general views, love the place and would happily return, minor negatives was poolside sunbeds towels left for hours with no one on and the gym was lacking in equipment , but not in much use by others from what i saw so no a priority for most, a lovely stay

PPengguna TetamuThe apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion.
When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room.
I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.
