Hotel terbaik di Terrassa

テラサに用事があったため、こちらに宿泊しました。街にも程よい近さ、客室はお洒落で清潔感がありとても居心地の良い空間でした。

J’ai passé 2 nuits du 21 au 23 juillet avec mes 2 enfants. Check in très long mais le monsieur était gentil et profesionnel. La première nuit j’étais bloquée dans la salle de bain, la porte s’est coincée après presque 1 heure je pouvais moi même s’en sortir de la salle bain et quand je fermais la porte s’est coincée encore une fois. D’après la réceptionniste ça arrive souvent elle a réglé le problème avec tige du stylo. Le téléphone dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Propreté pas top, le sol n’était pas bien nettoyé et sous le lit très sale ( voir la photo) Le jour de mon départ, j’ai fait appelé à une coiffeuse esthéticienne dans ma chambre y avait une petit problème avec l’hôtel avec l’utilisation de certains produits mais ça passait mais la jeuné réceptionniste n’a rien avoir avec service clients et satisfaction et communication avec les clients. à 13h presque j’étais en bas pour le check out, la réceptionniste était très très impolie et elle voulait que je payais 10€ extra pour late check out. C’était un problème parce que j’ai refusé de payer quelque chose dont je n’était pas informé. La réceptionniste me voyait dans les yeux et mentait en disant qu’elle a monté dans ma chambre pour m’informer alors qu’elle a monté pour parlé des soins que je faisais dans la chambre. Personne m’a appelé (sûrement pas parce que le téléphone ne fonctionne pas) ou venir m’informer. Avant de me facturer un montant que ça soir 1€ ou 10€ ils devaient m’informer et pas mentir devant le manager. Bien sûr elle a fait appeler au manager qui est plus pire qu’elle. Il voulait même pas m’écouter et à la fin il me disait « Madame je vais pas faire mes mains dans votre poche, mais si vous ne voulez pas payer les 10€ (d’arnaque) ne vous revenez plus dans cet hôtel. » « Monsieur le manager faites une formation de relation client et service clients et sûrement je ne retournerai plus le jour même j’ai trouvé un meilleur hôtel moderne avec un top service clients, chambres plus propre et personnel plus professionnel et parking gratuit »

En el hotel todo fantástico, íbamos con nuestro pequeño carlino que fue acogido en el hotel como uno más de la familia con un pack de bienvenida con unas chucherías, un juguetito, y una bolsa para los excrementos. Las habitaciones eran amplias y estaban limpias, en nuestro caso íbamos con una habitación tipo suite y con una habitación triple, las dos perfectas. El desayuno no era muy variado, pero había comida en abundancia hasta la hora del cierre. El parking en hotel es todo un acierto, las plazas son amplias y es cubierto.

Abbiamo pernottato in fase di rientro camere ampie e pulite bagno in marmo con doccia grande la ristorazione ottima e abbondante con il camerie simpaticissimo ABDEL. La colazione varia dolce e salato ci ritorneremo

The worst thing is that you will be refused if you spend money to upgrade; 5. The room is so small that after two people open the suitcase, It will become extremely difficult to pass through. You can refer to the real photos. 21 square meters is a joke; 6. The bed in the standard twin room is very small, so you need to be careful about rolling off the bed in the middle of the night; 7. The design of the room is very unreasonable, there is a big problem with the number and location of sockets. The bedside lamp is located extremely high, which is very inconvenient when two people stay. The person who sleeps first will be greatly affected.

Decent hotel for the price in a great part of town. Staff especially Marco exceptional. Helpful and offered great guidance on parking and places to visit in this part of Catalan. Beautiful ambience throughout this area. Recommended for a quick stop whilst traveling across Spain. lord of nice food and drink bars here! Recommended for a quick stopover whilst traveling.

Beautiful Hotel located in Sabadell Espana. Highly recommended as this hotel is plush and modern. Very good for the price I would recommend this area of town as plenty of bars and restaurants. There are many decent supermarkets as well that offers great products very fairly priced. Hyperdino etc. Highly recommended for this part of Espana.

La ubicación del establecimiento es sumamente confortable, con una excelente limpieza y una amabilidad excelente por parte de los empleados. Me ha agradado especialmente la actitud del director, quien no se arredró de nada al observar la cantidad de clientes esperando y salió de su despacho con el fin de brindar asistencia a las recepcionistas.
