À première vue, tout allait bien, chambre spacieuse et literie confortable Mais n oubliez surtout pas quelque chose dans la chambre, vous ne le retrouverez pas ! À priori, les femmes de ménage ne rendent pas ce qu'elles trouvent dans les chambres. J ai eu beau dire que j avais oublié cet objet dans la chambre et à l endroit où je l avais laissé.... L hôtel ne me répond plus ! Pour un 3 étoiles, il est désolant d'avoir des femmes de ménages, dont on ne peut avoir confiance.

Hotel nuovo con uno stile moderno molto confortevole. Camere pulite e luminose con letto king size, la superior decisamente spaziosa e ben arredata rispetto alla standard che ha uno stile più classico. Bagno funzionale e dotato di kit di cortesia. Possibilità di parcheggio sotterraneo custodito ( 17 euro , un po' costoso). Professionalità e gentilezza alla reception, disponibili per ogni esigenza e domanda. Prezzo nella norma per la tipologia di hotel. Consigliato

This is a lovely old Covent that is now a boutique hotel. The location is convenient as well as beautiful. . Breakfast is excellent, the dining room is lovely with a beautiful Courtyard to eat outside as well. All the common areas are very comfortable and interesting. Staff was delightful. We were in room 131, it is rather small, with an awkward setup that did not allow easy access to the small shelf that served as a night stand due to the elaborate headboard, so I had to use the small chair as a night stand. Bathroom also very small with no countertop or shelves or hooks for anything. But we made it work for the 3 nights we stayed. The small balcony allowed for fresh air as the room had the heat on even though it was very warm outside. The air conditioning had already been turned off centrally. I must also mention that I believe there may be mold in room 131. The entire time I was inside the room I had an allergic reaction. I was fine in all the public spaces as well as outside, so I came to the conclusion it must have been mold somewhere in the room. Hopefully that will be resolved as we definitely would love to stay next year when we return to Vic.

He estado un par de días en este hotel y me ha encantado. La reseña es sobre el restaurante. El hotel y el restaurante es de Nandu Jubany, muy conocido en Catalunya y pronto en todos sitio. Para mi, éste es el primer reataurante de Jubany al que he ido y espero que no sea el último. He visto que hay un menú degustación por 50€ que son 2 entrantes y 2 postres. A nosotros nos pusieron varios platos, a cual más bueno. Por suerte las raciones ni eran grandes y pude llegar a probarlo todo. En este restaurante se toman el servicio al cliente muy en serio. Por ejemplo, el primer plato era un bastoncillo hueco con jamón de pato. Mi compañera comentó que no comía pato y no dudaron en traerle uno con jamón. Una tostadita con foie espectacular, guisantes dulces, arroz con espardenyes, pescado y carne. Y para rematar, los postres.. había un helado con peta-zeta (nombre boomer), que me cautivó. Yo no tomo.vino pero sirvieron uno que encantó a la gente. No puedo hablar del precio porque me invitaron pero desde luego, la calidad y el servicio de este restaurante, es de un 10.

On February 17th, my mother had an accident at the hotel’s spa due to a wet floor that had not been cleaned. Furthermore, there was no signage indicating that the floor was slippery. As a result, my mother fell, broke her wrist, and dislocated her kneecap. She was immobilized for months, had to undergo extensive wrist rehabilitation, and needs surgery this year to replace her knee. We have contacted the hotel multiple times via email and phone. We were promised a response from the insurance company, which we obviously never received. We have followed up with the hotel several times, but our requests remain unanswered to this day. These actions, in addition to being unlawful and dishonest, demonstrate a significant lack of professionalism and disrespect towards customers. We strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
