LlindamariaholmstromIt was basically the only hotel in Uusikaupunki that was near the harbour (we had booked a seal safari for the next day), so this is why we chose this hotel. The staff was friendly and they gave us good instructions. For example after the reception is closed you can only access the hotell via a door with you room key and the elevator stops working after reception is closed. The room was big and clean (including the bathroom). There was a small television (I would have liked a bigger one with better picture quality) and a minibar with a pricelist. We stayed on the 4th floor (there is in total 4 floors). Breakfast was on the second floor, same as the reception, bowling room and entrance of to the hotel. The breakfast was of small scale (one or two bread alternatives with ham, cheese and vegetables like tomato, cucumber and letuce. Youghurt, cereal, sausage, scrambled eggs boiled eggs, meatballs and porridge. There was coffee and juices, and some fruit and cake/muffin. There was glutenfree bread and glutenfree cereal.). The hotel was okay, but we got rudely awakened at night by hotel guests at 4am (they shoutet and screamed and slammed the doors, and they were drunk). So if you want a good sleep, take with you some airplugs so damp the noice (you can also easily hear normal chattering from other rooms through the air pipes). What suprised me (and stiked me as weird) was that the hotel's name is Aquarius, but the decor in the breakfast area was of middle age (swords on the walls..and so on..confusing).
