We stayed for only 1 night on our way to rakiraki, but we cam back 2 times just to have lunch and dinner. The rooms are very fair for the price. Clean, small but with love for details. They are not new and quit basic, but I was positively surprised. Unfortunately there is no real beach, but again, if you like good food, stop there, spend a night, enjoy the beautiful porch with ocean view and have a tasty, fresh and original meal.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crusoe’s for a week. The resort has a beautiful view, looking directly out over the reef - including from our room! The resort is fairly secluded, but we enjoyed exploring the beaches surrounding the resort for a number of days. We enjoyed the complimentary activities, including kayaking and snorkeling on the reef at high tide, as well as other organised activities with the resort, including a tour of the neighbouring village. It was also very special watching the sun set over the water at happy hour at the bar down at the water’s edge, Taki’s! The staff were a real gem and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable, as well as culturally enriched. A staff member kindly organised for a private dinner for us at the beach on our last night there, which was very special! The only thing worth noting is the wifi is fairly limited in its coverage of the resort - but we found we rarely needed it with that view! Thank you Crusoe’s for our stay!

We only stayed two nights but really liked the hotel. This was a 'try out' stay for us! This is definitely not a 2 star rated resort. Alot of work has been completed here. The rooms are very contemporary and well appointed.
The pool is sparkling clean! Well done ro Ronnie the pool attendant who takes great pride in keeping the water crystal clear. A new deck is to be built around the pool in 2024.
Tui was excellent with his cooking demonstration and Masu was very funny behind the bar. These guys added to the quality of our short stay!
The dining area, unlike the bures is very bland and really needs some Fijian character. The food is, at best, very good. Slightly more pricey than other resorts we have stayed in at Fiji over 5 weeks in 2023. The cocktails are also more pricey. Unless you have a car, the resort appears isolated from other eateries.
Overall though, we enjoyed our two nights and would consider a return.

PPengguna TetamuThis is not a hotel with reception or restaurant!! BUT it is surprisingly good! It is a 7 bed villa with a Chinese lady Eva living there ! She is very helpful and cooked us breakfast each morning, myself and my friend just had 1 room but it had a small kitchen in ,so we could cook lunch etc ! The linnen was exceptional and towels crisp white ! The pool was kept clean and the beach was 2 mins walk away ! There was however a lot of security getting on to the island ,but I think it’s safe ! Beautiful villas all around but you do need transport: even though lovely Eva took us to the supermarket and dropped us back to the airport ! Unfortunately her English wasn’t great , but she did try ! I would go back there again and would highly recommend it for big families!

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here for two nights in a dorm, lodge 1. I had a top bunk and there wasn’t a railing so I was pretty worried about falling out. Also there weren’t any plugs inside the room - only one outside in the washroom area. Apparently the other dorm lodges do have plugs and railings though.
Food is only at set times but was pretty reasonably priced! I had the split pea soup for dinner one night (5/5!) and a veggie curry the following (3/5) and a veggie burger for lunch (4.5/5). Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but good enough! They had soy and almond milk available.
There is a cute ethical shop/cafe nearby which is so nice but other than that I don’t think there’s much else within walking distance in terms of shops.
The resort had daily activities to get involved with which is a bonus!! The pool was also very nice and the beach is great for snorkelling!
My favourite part of the beach house was the shower in the washroom area attached to the dorm/lodge. It was an outside area but secluded and the shower pressure was insane!! And nice warm water. However, the toilet itself smelt pretty bad and I didn’t dare go near it.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs including carrying out heavy luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. They even allowed our visitors in which I find very rare. They also carried our food up to our balcony which was great. We had the Sunset suite at the very top - awesome view! Our room was nice and clean, super nice air con in the room and lounge area. Really nice kitchen area with a massive new fridge. Very convenient with the supermarket up the road and beachfront to chill. The ocean was sooo nice and hot to swim in. Downfall: Some of the levels smell like damp, wet carpet and was really bad . Some of our dishes were so dirty and their were cockroaches in the toaster, microwave and jug. Would be great to have a volley ball net on the beach and some activities on offer for guests such as horse riding & snorkelling etc. Also some entertainment would be great as the music next door was the only entertainment we got but sometimes it was far too loud that we couldn’t sleep. There was no fire show or kava ceremony and we were looking forward to that! The food at the ghost ship bar was really good especially the pizza and curry dishes! Be good if reception could help guests find the best taxi prices as some Of the locals that stand on the road really take advantage of travellers and charge you the world. We did have a great stay in the end! I would recommend this if you want to stay near town, the airport and want to experience outside of Denarau. Denarau did get boring for me sometimes so I liked this experience this time around.

PPengguna TetamuThis was my first time visiting Fiji and I’m so glad I picked Uprising as my introduction to the country, its beautiful surroundings and exceptionally warm and welcoming staff. I traveled solo and felt safe at the resort the entire time. The resort itself is located in a great section of the beach. I arrived very early and the staff were able to check me in earlier, which I really appreciated. The staff are really what make Uprising special. Special shout out to all of the staff for making my stay as enjoyable as possible. Special thanks to Lo, Bill, Tamani, Mary, Millie, Andy, Emma, Elia, Manu, Mike and Josh! I stayed in the beachfront bure (villa) and enjoyed the space and privacy. However, the villas do need some renovation, especially with the bath tubs. I was looking forward to taking a bath during my stay, but the tub flooring needs to be redone. The outdoor showers were a great plus too. The food was ok, but I was expecting more seafood options. I do appreciate the activities like luvo night, fire dancing and bonfire they had and would encourage them to do more throughout the week in addition to adding standup paddle boarding, if possible. Vinaka vaka levu! Sota tale! 🌺🇫🇯

The food was delicious and nice buffet night in garden ..and we loved the live band music and the island dance and fire show …, we tried the Kava and enjoy singing with Natha sitting with him on the mat and also singing on the beach around the bonfire ..the resort very busy but plenty of space for us sitting outside beautiful and swimming good in in 2 pools very clean and nice water

They escort us to our room, explain everything about the room and then remind us that they will always be there if we need any help. The room that we booked is facilitated well. The location is the best as it has the best view I have ever seen. You can see the sunset from your balcony as well as mountains and also you can clearly see the nafi airport sign as you can see on the photo. The hotel is clean and they do room services everyday. Also, they always remind their guests about their breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their service was soo good. Everything about this hotel is brilliant. LOVED IT!

Finding a room with Aircond took 1 hour.
In an area with no taxi, reception often mark up $10 for calling one for you.
No food or store around, hotel food close at 6pm.
There is thief trying to get in and knock on doors from 8pm to 1am. They are led by security to check if no one then open the door to search for valuables.
Reception and a strong guy knock on the door at 1am and told me to pay again by cash because my previous payment card denied. I show them my credit debit record, and refused to be rip off.
There is bed bugs and cockroach in the room as well as on the bed.
Water from tab is yellow.
Given 2 small soap, no shampoo, no others
I would suggest to take something with free airport pick up. Never recommend this hotel as it’s a rip off.

近くにおしゃれで美味しいカフェもあって本当最高！
しかもしかもなんとチェックイン午前の10時半から😂
強いて欠点をいうなら、大通りまで歩いて30分かかるくらいかな！
あとは言うことなし！

I didn't decide to go in, so I went into the city. I found that the locals were very enterprising. Seeing that you have been walking on the street, you will let you rent or pay. Nice walk to see the poor economy in depth.
Sri Siva Subramaniya Swami Temple
ちちゅうちゃんIt is the largest Hindu temple in the southern hemisphere. Pay about 500 yen for admission, take off your shoes and enter barefoot. You should bring a wet tissue to wipe your feet later. Shooting is prohibited inside, and the appearance is okay. Since it is small, you can go around in about ５. There are cities and markets nearby, so I think it's a good idea to visit while you're there.

乐乐天的静Living in Warwick with my wife, we said we had to go to see this park, we went early because it was still cold. It was a good place to touch the lizards, we could touch the snakes but we didn't like it either. Good choice for birds and wildlife, good walk in the bushes. It is worth visiting, go early because when we leave, there are more people. Not bad for the kids as they can play in the water park, remember to bring towels and clothes. It's a great place to visit.
