AAl MasrooriWas an alright hotel. Close to the bus station and train station but a bit far away from the old city and Annecy lac. The area didn’t feel entirely safe for solo female traveler walking at night l. I’d rather somewhere more centrally. Staff were very helpful tho and lovely

We often stay in Adagio Aparthotels because we often travel as a family and having a kitchen is always a plus. We find that Adagio service, comfort & cleanliness is always consistent. Rooms are always clean upon arrival. And although there is no daily cleaning of the apartment, they have cleaning supplies for you to use. This Adagio in Annecy is very well located. It is about 300 meters behind the train station, walking distance to the old town and the lake. Just around the corner is a mall with a big Monoprix supermarket. We had a room good for 3 people with a small balcony. The bed was comfortable but the sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable. The bathroom had both a shower and tub. The kitchen had a small dishwasher and very ample kitchen cookware, plates, glasses, etc. They also had a coffee maker. Air condition worked well, and there were a lot of cabinets for us to use. The people in the front desk were friendly and helpful too.

PPengguna TetamuUne superbe découverte à Annecy. C’est un établissement récent dans une belle bâtisse entièrement rénovée, très bien décorée, joliment meublée. Nous étions dans un très beau duplex climatisé et très confortable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le parking est très aisé devant la résidence. Et le cadre à proximité de l’église de PRINGY est vraiment enchanteur et très calme. Un ravissement. Nous y reviendrons certainement

Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to a very sad departure. All the staff from domestic , reception, bars and restaurants were so friendly , accommodating and welcoming they went above and beyond. We also had 2 dogs with us and they could not have been treated better. The location was ideal and the hotel was clean, modern with everything you could need. The restaurant food , service and staff were incredible.

PPengguna TetamuWe checked in at late night, the room that was provided to us had bed bugs, literally could see live ones walking on the floor . Blood stains on the floor(crushed bed bugs). The room light also was not working. The images don’t do justice.
Pros
The receptionist was quite friendly and reasonable , he tried to help us out by checking for other rooms and did his best.
The sheets were clean, bathroom was decent.

PPengguna TetamuUsed the hotel a few days ago (Feb 22) on a drive home from a ski holiday back to the UK. It's close to all the tourist spots (5-10 minute walk) and parking in the nearby public car park was fairly easy - Its a 1-minute walk from the hotel, they give a voucher 1 free overnight, then it €1.10 for every hour extra that you stay. The hotel is very basic (which si what we wanted & expected), but the staff were welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

This review is for the Mercure CENTRE. The hotel has been totally refurbished and modernised. Clean modern rooms with flat-screen tv, and 'wet-room' shower. Staff helpful, breakfast extra (plenty available in local cafes). In busy pedestrianised street, but not particularly noisy. Parking in local underground carpark - discount ticket from hotel, but check on complicated rules! 1 very small and slow lift!

Consider it on par withHoliday Inn Express, basic rooms that meet overnight stay requirements with good comfort level and larger rooms that comparable Holiday Inn. Breakfast is adequate and they have plenty of free parking spaces. Only 8 minutes drive from Annecy tourist area and we think if you have a car it’s a good option. There is plenty of parking in Annecy so it’s not a problem to park and walk the desired areas. Hotel staff are helpful when you engage them.

Les Tresoms Resort is a real gem of a hotel nestled in the perfect spot between outdoor mountain adventure and old world French city splendor. The hotel has such lovely charm with amenities for all the guests to enjoy. We came for a wedding at the resort and the setting, food and service were all fabulous! Our room was so pretty with spectacular views of Lake Annecy and the mountains beyond. We enjoyed an easy walk into Annecy each day and if we had stayed longer (next time!) the trails and bikes on offer would have been fun, too! The pool was lovely for a late afternoon swim with a bit of lounging before enjoying the restaurants at the hotel and in Annecy. A truly lovely part of France that we look forward to exploring more in the years to come. Merci beaucoup!!

Ma chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien aménagée. Le lit était extrêmement confortable, ce qui m'a permis de passer de bonnes nuits de sommeil. La décoration était moderne et élégante, créant une atmosphère accueillante. De plus, la chambre était bien insonorisée, ce qui m'a permis de me reposer sans être dérangé par le bruit extérieur.
L'hôtel disposait d'excellentes installations. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de bains, qui était propre et bien équipée avec des articles de toilette de qualité. La connexion Wi-Fi était rapide et fiable, ce qui était essentiel pour mon travail. De plus, la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, ce qui était appréciable pendant les journées chaudes.
Le personnel de l'hôtel était courtois, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Ils ont répondu rapidement à toutes mes demandes et se sont assurés que j'étais satisfait de mon séjour. Le service d'étage était également efficace et les repas étaient délicieux.
L'hôtel était idéalement situé, à proximité des attractions touristiques et des transports en commun. Cela m'a permis de me déplacer facilement dans la ville et de profiter pleinement de mon séjour.
En conclusion, mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été très positive. La chambre était confortable, les installations étaient excellentes et le service était impeccable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour agréable et confortable.
