The hair dryer supplied was held together with electrical tape. Not too safe. Bed was less than small. Two normal adults are a tight fit. No room cleaning for a 2-night stay. You need to find and bring replacement towels to the room yourself. One pillow for each person, and not a supportive one. There was no safe for your valuables. The A/C controls are a mystery which could not be solved. Duvet was heavy and the only choice for bed covering. This was chosen for location which was convenient to the attractions of Narbonne. The buildings are very beautiful and full of historical content. We would not recommend this hotel based on service provided and helpfulness of staff. One big plus -- the room was super clean on entering.

For this value of money it would be nice to have a fridge inside the room as to refresh drinks. Towels were dirty. We also had to ask for toiletries as they were not put in the room when we were checking in (as soap, toothpaste)

PPengguna TetamuFor those who want to spend their time exploring the walled city, this hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away. Parking is provided in two outdoor lots, but spaces are not monitored for those occupying more than one space and getting a space seems to be a matter of luck. Don’t count on the included parking being available or convenient. There is, however, sufficient room for large delivery trucks to arrive at 0200 to deal with laundry. That happens right outside hotel rooms so be prepared for an interrupted sleep. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast is a disappointment with few choices, uncomfortable seating, and staff that seems unhappy to be there. Do not eat dinner at the hotel. It is overpriced, with mediocre food and the same uncomfortable chairs and unhappy staff. Front desk staff is inconsistent, with some friendly and helpful and others bordering on rude and hostile. There are better choices, I think.

The location was perfect, the room was ok bathroom dirty hair on the floor and behind the door, plug stuck in bath so water wouldn’t drain. No Wifi connection. We were there for 2 days and asked for room to be cleaned and hair was not removed. The WiFi was an issue, no connection and reception just say we will reset it. Not acceptable to offer it when they clearly don’t have it in the rooms. Breakfast was great, pool area great. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. When checking out I raised all the comments again.

This was a nice experience, the fact that the hotel is located in front of the bridge leading to the citadel is a great feat, as well as the views (from my room, or the 5th floor terrasse etc). The indoor pool with the view on the citadel is also a great feat. The rooms had nice accommodations, like tea, coffee with maker, comfortable beds, etc Overall a great stay and I plan on coming back.

PPengguna TetamuA reserva e o pagamento foram realizados antecipadamente, e o check in era somente às 15h. No entanto, quando cheguei a portaria estava trancada e não havia absolutamente ninguém para entregar a chave do quarto. Esperei do lado de fora algum tempo, junto a outros hóspedes que não conseguiam entrar. Em um dado momento, chegou um casal de hóspedes que haviam conseguido os códigos para acessar o hotel e o local onde estavam as chaves. A minha sorte foi que eu estava lá quando isso aconteceu, pois eu liguei no hotel e ninguém me atendeu. Não recebi esse código de entrada, mesmo o hotel tendo meu email e telefone. Além dessa situação horrível para conseguir entrar no hotel, é preciso adquirir o kit para limpar a cozinha na recepção. A ducha do banheiro funcionava mais ou menos e a limpeza não estava 100% boa. A única vantagem que vi em hospedar nesse hotel foi a localização.

We had an excellent stay at Kyriad. The room was as expected, basic but very clean. The breakfasts are buffet style, included are cereals, fruit, a variety of breads, ham, cheeses, bacon and egg. It filled us up for the day. Evening menu was limited but the food was very good. The pool was clean, and we had it to ourselves most evenings. As mentioned on previous reviews, its quite a walk into the Cite, and 20 euro's for a taxi, around 10 minutes if you have a car. However the location is handy for the autoroutes, if like us you want to explore the region. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Kyriad

BBaukje HToen ik als invalide gast hulp vroeg bij het dragen van één tas naar mijn kamer, werd me verteld dat dat niet 'our policy' was, hulp bieden aan gasten. Daar stond ik, ik kon nauwelijks nog lopen na een lange reis. Toen ik uiteindelijk voorstelde dat ik dan maar de hele nacht aan de receptie zou doorbrengen, was er (en deze jongen was echt heel vriendelijk) een receptionist die dan toch, na veel wikken en wegen, toestemming kreeg me even te helpen. Twee minuten, dat was alles. En daar werd dus zo moeilijk over gedaan. Het is al erg lastig om hulp te moeten vragen als invalide en als dit op deze manier, zo verschrikkelijk bot, geweigerd wordt door notabene een manager, geeft dat je een heel slecht gevoel. Ik heb een klacht ingediend, kreeg 35 euro teruggestort, geen terugkoppeling verder; daar moest ik het dan maar mee doen. Geld storten en je mond houden, daar kwam het op neer. Schandalige manier van doen. Verder rook de kamer te erg naar luchtverfrisser. Er was geen koffie op de kamer, maar toen ik dat meldde kreeg ik een grote mond terug van dezelfde persoon: dat was er wèl volgens hem. Niet dus. Er lag alleen thee. Maakt ook niet uit verder, ik ging niet meer met deze man in discussie. Ik was blij dat ik de volgende ochtend na een bestelde (en betaalde) kop koffie aan de receptie (van de wel aardige receptionist) snel uit dit hotel kon vertrekken. Absoluut geen aanrader dus. PS Het bed lag prima, de kamer was ook wel ok. Daarover geen klachten. Het eten kon beter, maar daarover verder maar geen klachten. Ik stuur nooit negatieve reviews, maar dit wilde ik graag even kwijt.
