The hotel is easy to find with ample free parking. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are large, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The restaurant serves very good food and is good value. The manager was worried about the security of our motorcycles as theft of British registered bikes is high in the area. He moved his car soo that we park our bikes out of sight at the rear of the hotel. We both had an anxious nights sleep as we were worrying whether the bikes would still be there in the morning (they were). This hotel makes a great base to explore Grenoble, Vercors and Rhône Alps.

Une experience très décevante Nous avons attendu une bonne demi heure pour la réceptionniste dans l’après midi vers 14h. Une fois arrivée dans la chambre la chambre puait le tabac ,nous avons ouvert la fenêtre pour aérer la chambre pendant 45minutes mais rien a changé , les draps puait le tabac et la chambre empestait l’odeur ce qui a donné une grosse migraine à tous Le ménage fait à la rapide ainsi que du bruit toute la nuit Le petit déjeuner n’a pas respecté les règles d’hygiène Son prix ne vaut ABSOLUMENT pas l’expérience Je conseille de fuir de cette auberge

The hotel made for a good overnight stop and is not too far to drive from Grenoble. The room itself was one room with a sink in the middle and a shower with a glass door to the side and a wooden door to a separate toilet. There isn't a chair, just a stool and no table or place to put your case but it's ok for an overnight stop. There is a small breakfast area which was quite busy and as items ran out e.g. croissants, bread they had to keep bringing them out and refilling but a few times the baskets with say croissants were empty so had to ask. There was no hot food but was ok and as expected for the price. There is free parking around the hotel.

Rien à redire sur l’hôtel et les prestations de la chambre tout à fait confortable et spacieuse, petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Je souhaite cependant par cet avis négatif témoigner de l’accueil minable qui nous a été réservé par une femme de type métisse (je précise car la personne à l’accueil le lendemain n’était pas la même et était tout fait charmante). Après nous avoir fait attendre debout plus d’ 1/4 d’heure avec devant nous un couple d’étrangers avec un enfant de 8 ans qu’elle a contraint à prendre 2 chambres, elle nous a annoncé, sans la moindre marque de compassion, que le restaurant était complet alors que nous avions réservé cet hôtel 15 jours à l’avance pour justement dîner sur place. Aucune proposition ni indication d’une autre solution pour dîner, elle s’en fichait ouvertement. Je n’ai jamais vu un tel désintérêt pour le client chez un personnel hôtelier, cette personne ferait mieux de changer de métier !

Nous avons réserver une chambre samedi 16/09 nous avons été agressé et menace par le réceptionniste à 3h20 du matin car la borne ne fonctionnait pas nous avons contacté bb hotel france un interlocuteur à pu résoudre le problème seulement l individu qui se trouvait à la réception c est lis à nous insulter à nous traiter de mentheur et jurer en arabe walla je vous degage de l hotel j ai fini apr lui dire dégage nous mais tu me rembourse il m'a fait le document de remboursement et en réalité il m on débité 2 fois c est hotel est à fuir du moin tant que cet individu y est il nous menaçait il a voulu nous séquestrer en verrouillant les portes tout sa parce que son supérieur la contacter à 3h20 du matin pour lui dire que la borne ne fonctionne pas et que nous avons gérer le problème en faisant appel à l astreinte vraiment un hôtel à fuir il faut le virer il n'a pas le profil pour ce poste à fuir fuir fuir

I picked the hotel for the secure car parking and nearby tram stop, as I had beeen told Grenoble centre parking was a nightmare. The hotel was a very pleasant suprise, helpful friendly staff, comfortable room, decent breakfast and 10 min tram ride to city centre. Grenoble is a great location for touring the mountains in the area. Very good value, I would happily stay again.

Hello, I booked this hotel for the good location to the place I had to visit, however it is far away from the city center. But there is a tram stop and a big shopping mall very close to this hotel. First of all the reception is NOT open 24 hours, and they close late at night(check the hours) and also 13-15 on weekends. the staff are very very nice, all of them they changed almost every day and all of them were nice. The room and bathroom is spacious and they provide soap and shampoo. The downside for me was that the room was smelly, my guess is the smell comes from pets' pee because pets are allowed in the hotel. The carpets were old and full of stains. There is a mini kitchenette in the room with a well functioning stove and good utilities. An electric kettle is missing in the room. the Wi-Fi works well and the speed is good. the heating system works perfect and the room had good temperature. The mattress lack the necessary firmness but its okay for a few nights.
