Hotel terbaik di Collegien

The point of this hotel, for me, is a stopover before an early check in next day at a Disney hotel. As you get included park tickets on arrival day in the Disney deal there is no point travelling from England and checking in about 6pm, you need to get there before 9am really to make use of them, and this Novotel makes that possible, it's a very short trip. Other than that there is nothing remarkable about it. Don't expect any fuss or welcome, customer service levels are minimal but the hotel is clean. Parking is easy, I have learned to avoid their breakfast and there wasn't time anyway. There's a pool open until 8pm but it's not much fun. My daughter used the gym and said that was good. I like the Nespresso machine but you only get two pods for the whole room, and the creamer is microscopic, so take some long life milk and extra pods. Lastly, make sure to set the sat nav for Collegien, not just Marne La Vallee, else you might end up at a different Novotel 20 minutes away like we did.

Hôtel propre et bien situé, à 20m de Disney et en face de Bay 2. Par contre le gros point négatif est l’isolation, vous êtes réveillé à n’importe quelle heure du jour et de la nuit par les gens qui passent devant votre chambre.

This hotel is very conveniently placed for travelers without a car who wish to visit Disneyland Paris (like me!) and also central Paris which is just around 30 mins by RER train. The station in Torcy is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. My room was clean and the staff on reception were always very friendly and spoke English. I opted to pay extra to have the in-house continental breakfast (juice, cereal, croissants/baguette, hot drinks) which was convenient, good quality and I enjoyed it all very much.

I very almost gave this place a 5* First off our agent gave the wrong name, which really confused things when checking in, but reception, with advice from her colleague, helped get us to our room. It did smell of smoke and the room has few sockets, none of which are by the bed, so take a multi socket if you can! Apart from the curtains (odd stains...) the room was very clean and functional (doesn't have a safe, but some money we left out by mistake was still sitting there when we got back). All other staff we met were very friendly and willing to help. But I do need to give a shoutout to Alice on the reception desk! She actually made our stay at the hotel! She sorted out the reservation, she was so lovely during the rest of the stay too, wishing both me and my partner a happy birthday on the respective days, chatting to us about Ireland, Disneyland, Versailles, providing info - she was just so fabulous! An amazing addition for any hotel!

My friend and I stayed here following an awful experience elsewhere the night before. We were able to leave our luggage safely before check in later in the day and when we did check in, Rafy on the front desk was welcoming, polite and so helpful. He arranged our taxi for the trip back to the airport on our behalf which was brilliant. The room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. It was a little small, but this was a minor issue. For some reason, the WiFi didn’t work but again this wasn’t too much of a problem. It’s a great location and has a small leisure park with plenty of restaurants of all cuisines nearby and is a short 5 minute walk to the Torcy RER station. A great choice of hotel for a trip to Disneyland Paris!

I feeled the guy in service counter, at night period, who has mental problem. He has a Can't Attitude. He didn't know the hotel policy and answered customer. He didn't know it....might be the hotel has just changed it. He provided absolutely No Service and please go away, I'm playing my mobile.

ディズニー目的で6泊。立地が駅の出口を出るとすぐで最高にいいです！フロントのスタッフの方々はとても親切です。部屋は4階でしたが静かで快適でした。シャワールームに扉がなかったので浴びるたびにどうやっても床が水浸しになりそれだけが困りました。 アメニティーはないですがドライヤーはフロントで無料でかりれます。 朝食も十分な種類があり、またパリディズニーに来る時に是非利用したいです。 トルシーの中に軽食を買えるお店がオープンしていてディズニー帰りの23時近くでも開いていて便利でした。

We have just been here for a school trip with 50 students. The hotel is basic but perfectly adequate. It is clean, comfortable and a good location for Disneyland Paris. The breakfast was sufficient offering pastries, cereals and juice. The dining room is very small and at times busy due to multiple school trips. There is a convenience store very close which is useful and there was excellent coach parking. I would 100% stay again.

Rooms are fine, clean and have standard size. We asked for rooms one next to each other with connected door but we didn't got that. The location is OK and there is big free parking with easy access to the hotel. The service in the reception wasn't that good, seems that the lady there didn't had patient for any questions.
