I’ve visited countries all across the world and I’ve never seen such a service like this they only care about money although we staying a long time in the hotel , the female receptionist are great but there is mahbod at the reception he is very arrogant , irate and unprofessional he refused to change the category of the room, even though we were willing to pay extra. We booked a big room for 140 euros and we wanted to exchange it for two smaller rooms that’s worth 70 euro each which make 140 euro but he refused to and proceeded to get irritated and disrespectful and he doesn’t speak fluent English which makes the communication even harder

Great trip to Paris, until the last day. My wife's purse got stolen in the restaurant during breakfast, after 2 minutes away from the table. I understand you can get mugged in the city, but did not expect this to be possible inside of the hotel. Reported the incident to staff, got told that the restaurant is a public area (?!) and that they can not review the camera footage without the police, which they would not call. Nor sure how you classify dining hall inside of the hotel, beyond reception, with a person checking breakfast vouchers private. No security staff showed up, although they have one. Catastrophic support and customer service and as demonstrated and for sure not a reassuring security. So, if by any chance you do visit, make sure you do not leave anything off your person at any time, even during meals. If it gets lost, you will not receive any help or assistance, other that misquotes of French laws.

I am from India and I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights recently. The facilities here are extremely good. Nice and clean rooms, excellent views and wonderful hospitality. The breakfast was very good and had variety. I need to appreciate the staff who are very friendly and courteous. Special mention to Ms. Pauline who did her best to allow me for early check in and guided me very well. It was so generous of them to provide me with the charging adapter which was very helpful. The property is a very good area with shops, restaurants nearby. Very safe place with excellent facilities. Highly recommended.

Un accueil hors pair ! un personnel de qualité, donc le patron lui même au boulot, un adjoint présent depuis plus de vingt ans, c'est très solide, ils connaissent tout de la région, sont vraiment disponibles et sympas, la vraiment bravo. Pour les chambres, c'est bien, on pourrait espérer un peu mieux en termes de confort, mais rien à dire. Sauf l'eau chaude qui arrive après ( mn de patience. Cela dit, un endroit très bien placé pour visiter Paris et accéder au transport.

Chambre avec un lit double et des matelas en mousse qui bouge dans tout les sens mon compagnon est tombé en voulant s’asseoir, personnels désagréables, très sale des taches partout une moquette très sale qui datent de 50ans, en plus j’ai eu un contre temps une opération à la clinique montagne juste acote, je devais partir et laisser mon compagnon le jour de ma sortie de la clinique, j’ai demandé de l’aide à l’accueil à deux femmes qui discutaient pour juste me mettre ma valise dans l’ascenseur ou me trouver quelqu’un qui pourrai m’aider, puisque mon compagnon a 80 ans et une prothèse ne pouvez-pas le faire elle m’ont répondu que ce n’était pas possible et elle ont continué à discuter et à rire, alors comme j’étais en désarroi et en pleurant il y avait un couple qui sortaient de l’ascenseur quand ils ont vue sa ils m’ont proposé de le faire sauf que le problème m’a valise n’était pas encore prête, je suis partie bouclé ma valise et je suis redescendu et la j’ai vue les deux femmes qui rigolais et discuter toujours et un homme à côté alors je suis partie demander à ce monsieur qui s’appelle Omar et qui travaille dans l’hôtel et je lui proposer de m’aider et que je le paie il a accepté gentiment et quand les femmes de l’accueil l’ont vue me descendre ma valise et ont entendus que j’allais lui donner un billet une des deux s’est précipité pour prendre la valise , sauf que moi je lui ai dit de le laisser faire pour moi puisqu’ il a fait gentiment, trois jours après j’ai appelé une responsable de l’hôtel pour lui signaler ce qui c’est passé, et alors là c’est encore mieux une femme qui n’est pas faite pour ce travail aucune gentillesse elle m’a juste dit sèchement que son personnel ne pouvait pas le faire pour ne pas avoir des problèmes de santé, alors si la personne avait des problèmes de santé elle ne devait pas venir arraché la valise à Omar quand elle a entendue que j’allais donner un billet. C’est un hôtel qui ne mérite même pas une étoile. Je ne le recommande à personne, c’est nul.

Grim. Good location near La Defense, but it turned out that my ”extra large room” was a tiny studio into which had been jammed 3 beds, a shower & toilet, and kitchenette in a cupboard with a very noisy fan. The double bed was the sort you'd find in a student room, with a thin 4 inch mattress, adorned with a small cushion with some rather dubious stains. And all for about 200 EUR for the night - the same rate I paid the next night in a very nice upmarket hotel in Republique with fabulous breakfast included. In hindsight I should have taken the location - Rue des Etudiants - as a clue. This really was converted student digs. Oh - and unlike other Adagio hotels in France, this one doesn't qualify you for any Accor loyalty points either. Avoid at all costs.

I spent 1 night in one of the studio, I was attending a family funeral. Well equipped - I could have cooked a proper meal, also new sponge, tea towel, etc. Comfortable bed, table and 2 chairs, decent storage space. Really good location, the bakery nearby is a must try. Great staff. Excellent value for money. Not sure why they get bad reviews.

El hotel está en la zona de La defense, a 10 minutos andando de la estación de metro. Es una zona tranquila y con muchos restaurantes alrededor. Nosotros nos alojamos con mis dos hijas y estuvimos cómodas para visitar desde allí Paris.

This was our assigned hotel for a bus tour and we stayed extra time on the front end of the tour plus returned at the end of the tour. Great location across the Siene with a 10 minute walk to the Metro that takes you straight into the heart of the city using line 1. The hotel was clean, the rooms modern, on the small size because of Europe but large enough to just turn around, the beds were super comfy but extremely high off the ground, the bathroom was a really good size, the breakfast plenty with a variety of choices, staff friendly and helpful. The only con on this hotel would be the front steps to lug your suitcase up. There was a handicap lift but I never saw it in operation. The front steps were manageable. We also requested a sack breakfast since our departure was so early and that was a nice touch. We also had the opportunity to eat dinner in the restaurant and both occasions the meal was very good, especially after a long day of seeing the sights. Highly recommend.

We had two nights in Paris on our way back from our holiday in Provence. This hotel suited us well as there is parking on site (for a small extra charge) and it is only a few minutes' walk to La Defense metro station. Good local selection of restaurants in the evening. Rooms were hot but fans were provided. Beds were comfy. We had booked a family room with a double and twin beds but unfortunately that room was unavailable when we arrived - however as it was their mistake, the friendly receptionist was able to resolve this by giving us 2 rooms: one with two doubles and an additional double room for both nights at no extra cost. After we checked out and on our way home my son realised he had left one of his airpods in the room. We sent the hotel a message, they confirmed they had found it, then proceeded to arrange for it to be posted back to us in the UK for just the cost of the postage - amazingly it didn't even take too long to arrive. We were very impressed! Good service, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff - we would definitely stay again.
