Hôtel assez bien situé, accueil professionnel, malheureusement l'état de la propreté des chambres n'est pas parfait.. on se rend compte qu'il y a des grosses tâches noires sur la couette si on enlève la housse et je n'ai même pas envie de savoir d'où ça vient. Aussi, mauvaise isolation en ce qui concerne le bruit ce qui est très dérangeant lors des allées et venues des gens mais cela ne pose pas de problème la nuit. Le gros point positif : il y a une clim qui peut faire du chauffage en hiver et clim en été ce qui est indispensable vu les conditions climatiques actuelles. Je reviendrai tout de même dans cet hôtel si je n'ai pas le choix.

Une réservation à 1 semaine d'avance pour chambre nouveau standard avec douche ne vous garantit pas la salle d'eau à la place de la baignoire. Il faut, selon la réception sur place, appeler à l'avance, préciser que la douche est impérative, notamment pour le client senior. Sinon, vous risquez une mauvaise surprise en cas d'arrivée tardive et d'hôtel complet : la chambre attribuée ne sera pas celle rénovée avec une douche que vous avez réservée en ligne ! Par contre l'hôtel est très bien situé, le buffet petit-déjeuner bien fourni sauf sélection charcuterie limitée. Apportez néanmoins des boules Quiès afin d'éviter d'entendre d'éventuels ronflements à travers une porte communicante avec la chambre voisine. Je recommande l'hôtel pour un très court séjour à Labège Innopole.

I stayed in this hotel for 1N whilst travelling in Southern France, The price is reasonable, however it is commensurate with what you receive. The room I had was small, and quite dim even with all three of the lights in the room on. Additionally, I was placed next to the outside stairwell which meant throughout my stay I could hear the thud and echo of people using the stairwell, talking on it etc. I was worried this might prevent me sleeping, but actually it didn't - there was no issue. However, as I say the price was reasonable, so I would recommend using this place if you need a stop over.

Very Nice and Quiet. To be honest I just needed a good sleep and shower and I got it there! 🙂

We arrived late, tired, after terrible journey because of bad weather. Large carpark within the hotel compound. The young couple welcomed us, and we felt better immediately. Because we were travelling with 4 dogs we chose 2 double rooms. The hotel was a new innervation, having been open around a week. It was absolutely spotless. Still that faint odour of new paint, but not offensive. Our rooms were spotless. Comfortable beds with warm duvets, and comfortable pillows. The rooms had functioning heating/air con. All floors were lift serviced, but the stairs were marked 'accept the challenge'. Breakfast was inviting. A charming young hostess offered us choice of fruit salad, yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissants (to die for!!!), cheese, ham, bread. The coffee machine offered a wide range of types. The weather had improved and we ate outside with our dogs. The young lady could not do enough for us. Filling your travel mug for the onward journey was encouraged. The big disappointment was I could find absolutely nothing wrong with our stay. Perfection. By far the best Ibis we have stated in.
