Absolute rotten service , overbooked hotel and cancelled my reservation and blamed Egencia , despite my reservation being live on Marriott site. Really poor and significant impact in FTL crew rest. Flight crew be ware and stay somewhere else.

We really enjoyed the location of this hotel, it was 15 minutes from CDG and 30-40 minutes from downtown Paris by car. The area around the hotel is immensely walkable with a grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and cafes within a 5-10 minute walking distance. I really enjoyed the nearby Shawarma place, and the Cafe du Nord in particular. The staff were helpful and most were able to converse fluently in English. We were grateful to find a room that could house 4 people and the kitchenette was super convenient. My main concern with this hotel is in the state of the bathrooms and room maintenance in general. Some family members of ours were in another room that flooded every time someone took a shower, and our room also had evidence of mildew/water damage in the bathroom area, the shower door did not seal/close correctly. The door to the kitchenette would not open fully and scraped against the floor. The bedding was mediocre to poor, I expected the sofa bed to be uncomfortable, but the main bed was not much better. Pillows were not comfortable. Overall my review may sound critical and negative, but I would stay here again if the price differential (almost 2X for a nicer hotel) was the same due to the convenience and enjoyment of exploring the area on foot.

Our experience was amazing! We knew we were staying pretty far out from the city, but it was about a 15 minute walk to a train to take you to the city. We loved the option to order from local restaurants and get it delivered for free to the hotel. The cost vs the experience was an amazing trade off. Would recommend if you’re traveling on a budget.

When I travelled to France, most of my stay was in central Paris. As part of my trip, I wanted to explore areas outside of Paris. I stayed over nite at the Aero Hotel. Getting to the hotel was challenging because I had to take a train, and a bus. However, once I got there, the modest exterior gave very little clue as to the beauty and subtle elegance inside of the hotel. The reception area was very quaint, the rooms were very big, clean and comfortable. The next morning, I enjoyed breakfast in the lovely dining room. The coffee was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. I plan on staying there when I visit the Aerospace Museum.

Was a bit worried about the reviews after we booked- we booked through the Amex website. We are currently here now, have been for 4 days. So glad I didn’t change our booking! Friendly staff, very spacious rooms, there isn’t much near by, but we have used Uber eats to order food, if we have got home before dinner time. We have used the hotel as a base- we have visited the Eiffel Tower, palace of Versailles and Disney Land- used a taxi for all of them- using bolt it has worked out better value than public transport for the 4 of us. There is a bus stop at the end of the road. The hotel is in the ‘middle’ of an industrial estate- but the windows are doubled, so can not hear the main roads near by! Highly recommend as a base to visit all over Paris!

A notre arrivée la chambre était très propre et un très bon accueil cependant, nous avons rencontré beaucoup de difficulté pour nous connecter. Autre point des plus désagréable, c'est la nuisance des clients qui se font livrer leurs commandes ou qui reçoivent des amis(e). Bref, minuit, portes qui claques, des toc toc à la porte qui est juste à coté de la notre et ensuite des clients qui s'éclaffent! De plus, le rideau occultant de la chambre n'est pas assez grand pour faire son office, en effet la luminosité des lampadaires extérieurs sont insupportables. Le parking manque vraiment de propreté car au sol jonche des paquets de chez Mac Do et autres. Autre point que l'hôtel doit rectifier, les livreurs qui stagnent dans le hall d'entrée et ceci déjà à 7h00 du matin. nous avons été très surpris de les voir ici lors de notre départ. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée manque de prise pour l'utilisation d'un sèche cheveu. Sinon, le déjeuner est copieux, propre et la personne de l'accueil se fait un point d'honneur à nettoyer ( COVID) et faire respecter le port du masque, ce qui n'était pas le cas pour plusieurs clients. L'hôtel est juste pour une nuit, pas plus.

Je remercie infiniment toute l'équipe du Bourget qui nous a accueillis à bras ouverts et très chaleureusement. La soirée était excellente et tout était excellent, de l'ambiance à la nourriture. A plaisir de profiter de nouveau au sein de cet établissement fabuleux.

Super simple hotel, easy to reach from CDG Airport with public transportation, and easy to reach Paris city center with public transportation too. Rooms are clean but simple: no kettle, no fridge, no iron, no hairdryer. No gym. Microwave available, tea/coffee maker at the restaurant are available during all day. Staff super friendly, they speak english,but pointless to send email to the hotel, no reply. Wifi is not working in the room, but perfect in the reception area or in the restaurant- they let you stay and work there all night if you want. Printer available. Overall: if you are looking for a clean place to sleep it is perfect!

Une chambre très bien, literie confortable. Petit cette de service agréable, et salle de bain, idem.
