Hotel terbaik di Fontainebleau

This is a very well situated hotel and we booked here because we wanted to be close to the castle. We checked in in seconds. The room was small but more than enough for a couple of nights. The bathroom need better cleaning, in particular on the walls that seem to be stained. Breakfast is abundant with plenty of options to eat and even take away. My husband wants to com back because of how good breakfast was. Overall it is a nice hotel for a short trip.

We stayed here for two nights, as we wanted to have plenty of time to visit the Chateau de Fontainebleau, which is about a ten minute walk straight down the road. There is a car park on site, although when we arrived it was a Sunday afternoon and the hotel was very busy, we did manage to find one small parking space in the end. There is garage parking if the car park is full, for a small fee. We drove past the hotel the first time, as it is also called Demeures de Campagne, which was a bit confusing as we thought it was the wrong hotel. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, which was good after our long drive. The room on the third floor was spacious and modern, although the bathroom had an over-bath shower (slippy bath) and was a bit dated. There are tea and coffee-making facilities (not all French hotels have these) with decent large china mugs, much appreciated after so many hotels provide paper cups. We usually bring our own teabags, as French hotels often only provide herbal/mint or lemon teabags. The room was a bit hot, despite the aircon. There is an attractive garden to sit outside and have a drink. We didn't use the pool or other leisure facilities, but there seemed to be plenty to do. We sat outside for dinner the first night, and inside the second night as storms were expected. We found the food better than some reviews indicate. I enjoyed two entrees and dessert as I often find main courses too filling. The pretty vintage crockery - mostly different and attractive designs - was a nice touch. We didn't have the breakfast as the area near the Chateau has several cafes. Fontainebleau was heaving and extremely busy when we arrived on the Sunday, so it was good to have somewhere to park. Monday was much quieter (note the Chateau is closed Tuesdays).

Location is excellent and all facilities were well appointed and well up to 4 star standards. Everything worked well for us. We especially appreciated a well provisioned buffet breakfast in a nice uncrowded breakfast room and the charm, friendliness and helpfulness of all staff we interacted with. Would stay again.

J’ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet hôtel. Le restaurant est haut de gamme et a offert un repas mémorable. La piscine assez grande dans l’espace spa ajoute une vraie touche de détente. Le personnel est très souriant et attentionné. La chambre était de taille correcte, bien que un peu bruyante le soir en raison de la rue animée de bar en contre bas. Idéalement situé, à deux pas du château. Je recommande !

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and a fine Italian restaurant. It is within a 5 minute walk to the entry of Chateau Fontainebleu. We stayed in the room with a large terrace overlooking the gardens and enjoyed sitting there each evening. Our room was spotless with modern and fully equipment bathroom and shower etc. We had a great bluetooth speaker in the room which added to the comfort. We also enjoyed a lovely meal in the Restaurant on the patio during a lovely warm evening. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for one night to visit the Fontainebleau Palace. We arrived and checked-in via the automated system with no problems at all. A very nice gentelman came out to check up on us and showed us where the parking garage was. We really appreciated the hotel's parking and it was easy for us to unpack our luggage and go right up to our room via the elevator. Our room was big, clean and most importantly in August; cool! The bed was comfortable. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the palace and this was great for our visit. We had breakfast in the morning, and found it good. The staff was very active and replenishing items for breakfast every few minutes. Highly recommended.

Très bon hotel , personnel parfait tres agréable et rendant service , j'ai testé a cause de mon dos . Je recommande vivement .en plus dans le centre juste a coté du Chateau de Fontainebleau . très bien situé .

Visiting our family, in France, we stayed two days at the “Hôtel de Londres” in Fontainebleau. Our stay was just as in a dream and we enjoyed the high quality of the hotel, the amiability of the owners and of the devoted staff. Our room, number 8, was facing the castle and furnished with two, high standard comfortable King-size beds, a large bathroom with an Italian shower, entrance with separation door and all you could expect in such prestigious hotel. That without mentioning the outstanding noise immunity provided by the double glass windows and insulation making the room surprisingly quiet. We took our breakfast at the hotel, which offers a buffet and, if you like French pastry, we highly recommend the delicious croissants and “pains-au-chocolat” absolutely delicious. We also highly appreciated the amiability of the owners and their recommendations on sites to visit and restaurants. The overall hotel is charming, very well located and there is no doubt a place we highly recommend if you visit Fontainebleau. Thanks to all, at the “Hôtel de Londres” for contributing to make our vacation unforgettable.

L albergo è un tre stelle in buona posizione, con un comodo parcheggio e un bel giardino, ma .... non ha ascensore, ci hanno dato una camera al secondo piano con scale molto strette dove è difficile portare delle valigie. Arrivati in stanza , la n 206 , abbiamo avuto la brutta sorpresa di una stanza minuscola, dove a malapena entrava un letto matrimoniale di 1 piazza e mezzo; anche il bagno molto piccolo, con difficoltà ad usarlo per una persona che non fosse magra. Avevamo prenotato per 3 notti, solo la terza notte ci hanno spostato in una camera sempre al secondo piano, ma molto grande e comoda. Non credo proprio che sul sito sia evidente che ci sono alcune camere con dimensioni inaccettabili
