We had a splendid stay at the Hotel O Chateau The hotel as the name suggests is a lovely old chateau with tasteful public areas. Our room was stylish and spacious with an excellent bathroom Dinner in the restaurant was first class. We enjoyed frogs legs, octopus, veal and duck. All were cooked perfectly. Wines by the glass were suggested to match each dish and they worked very well. I thought breakfast was fine but a little disappointing after the high of the dinner. All the staff in reception, dinner and breakfast were very helpful. Lots of parking spaces in front of the hotel with no additional charge. Das nächtliche Einchecken per Automat war spannend - wir waren wohl zu müde, um das Prinzip zu verstehen 🙃. Zum Glück war der telefonische Concierge erreichbar und hat alles gut erklärt. Das Zimmer - dezenter Geruch nach Urin. Das erklärte sich, weil offensichtlich jemand die Toilette genutzt und nicht gespült hatte. Auch sonst alles sehr mäßig gereinigt (Haare auf den Fliesen, Kalkverkrustungen) und mäßig Instand gehalten. Der Teppich ein echter Graus.... Wir mussten früh weiter und waren auf das Frühstück um sieben Uhr pünktlich angewiesen. Aber nein, auch das nicht. Frühstück erst ab 7.30 Uhr, anders als auf der Website vermerkt. Also nein - wir kommen nicht wieder

Friendly reception. Easy to book via hotel website which made check-in quick an efficient. Room on second floor - accessible via lift or stairs - quiet and spacious. Large bathroom with roomy shower and good water pressure. Plenty of towels . Large and comfortable king-size bed . Plenty of storage space for bags. TV - French, Spanish & German channels . The air con was a bit of a puzzle, but we got it working Car-park with gate and cameras . Nearby restaurants, shops and cinema and close to the motorway . We did not have breakfast but it is a self service buffet and seemed to offer lots of choice.

Deuxieme séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons demandé à notre arrivée un changement de chambre pour être plus au calme et notre demande a été entendue immédiatement Petit studio très bien équipé Equipe de la réception a l ecoute et professionnelle Nous reviendrons !

False fire alarm ever night … great for sleeping. Seems being a known issue but nothing repaired. In case of real fire it’s too late … let people wait, do not check rooms and this in 6 th floor - this is a real security risk Room is only made every 2nd day - need to ask for dry towels. Window cannot be opened and air con not bringing fresh air Breakfast used to be better - we stayed here in the past and were happy for the price but with the above there are other options. I want sleep at night in a secure hotel, where price and service is ok. Not the case here anymore

Petit hôtel en centre ville très bien situé, parking public juste devant , très calme . Propre , bonne literie , confort tout à fait convenable .Accueil sympathique et attentif . Petit déjeuner en self service mais assisté si besoin .En couple nous sommes contents de cette expérience et recommandons cet endroit pour son excellent rapport qualité/prix .
