VVoyager61826716648Communication with this hotel was good before arrival. We asked for a Superior double room on the first floor and this was provided for us. It was a large room with excellent air conditioning, comfortable large bed and pillows. Shower was excellent with hand rail for support. We were provided with two bottles of water on arrival, one bottle of water on the second day and nil bottles of water on the third day. Why? Toiletries that were used were nor replenished. Why? Tea bags that were used were not replenished. Why? The toilet area is separate to the bathroom area. You have to leave one room to go to another to wash your hands. The door to the toilet make a pretty awful creaking sound when opened and closed, disturbing my partners sleep at night. Housekeeping should be reporting these type of issues. The bathroom area has a glass wall. It does not give 100% privacy. When you switch on the light to wash your hands during the night, the whole bedroom lights up. The batteries for the remote control for the TV in our room were dead. Reception could not find any replacement until Daniel stepped in and gave us the ones from the reception remote. We found Daniel to be an excellent worker, tuned in to his customer needs. We were staying for 3 nights on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast offering never changed over the 3 mornings. It was pretty boring and we have had better. One staff member, a lady with bandana, took exception to me taking a tea spoon from a box on the counter, so I could stir my tea. I had used the one originally given to eat a yogurt. I felt like a school child. The same lady when cleaning off the breakfast tables would examine the cutlery to see if they had been used, if not she put them back on the table for the next person. Despite the above, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Reception staff were very pleasant. We liked the old world decor. The hotel is situated a few minutes from the train station.

PPengguna TetamuFor those who want to spend their time exploring the walled city, this hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away. Parking is provided in two outdoor lots, but spaces are not monitored for those occupying more than one space and getting a space seems to be a matter of luck. Don’t count on the included parking being available or convenient. There is, however, sufficient room for large delivery trucks to arrive at 0200 to deal with laundry. That happens right outside hotel rooms so be prepared for an interrupted sleep. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast is a disappointment with few choices, uncomfortable seating, and staff that seems unhappy to be there. Do not eat dinner at the hotel. It is overpriced, with mediocre food and the same uncomfortable chairs and unhappy staff. Front desk staff is inconsistent, with some friendly and helpful and others bordering on rude and hostile. There are better choices, I think.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here on a whim after rerouting our trip. We did not know much about the area, but wanted to be near the city center. Montpellier is a university town with a very vibrant college crowd. This hotel is an easy walk to the main sights in Montpellier and to some great restaurants. The room had a great layout, was very comfortable, and with the option of a decent breakfast offering. We had a car and parking was available on site, which was wonderful after some of the parking issues we had elsewhere. Would not hesitate to recommend.

PPengguna TetamuHôtel bien situé juste à côté de la gare. Les chambres supérieur sont sympas cependant la salle de bain n’est vraiment pas pratique. La baignoire est beaucoup trop courte est trop profonde et surtout le débit d’eau est tellement lent il faut une heure pour la remplir… pareil pour la douche, pas assez de débit. J’ai trouvé qu’il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre, la clim ne fonctionnait pas alors qu’il avait fait 30° dehors la journée. Pas facile d’ouvrir les vitres car beaucoup de nuisances sonores avec le tram Sinon, le lit est confortable. Dommage que ce soit deux matelas assemblée, plutôt qu’un seul… Le petit déjeuner sur le Rooftop très sympa en particulier niveau salé la partie sucré est beaucoup moins garni Je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de tester le spa En résumé,, Hotel sympathique pratique pour ce qui ont un train le lendemain Accueil très sympathique et professionnel . Je trouve le prix de la chambre trop élevé contenu des prestations

It’s just 10 min walk from the airport. We had a big room at the ibis style. Every thing was spotless, nice comfy beds ( I would suggest to add an extra pillow but I’m sure I would get it if I asked 😅). The room was very quiet even if it is in a industrial area ( we would prefer a little warmer room, we tried to bring it up a little bit but unsuccessfully, we gave up cause we had 2 nights only). The breakfast was too good, not busy at all, even at the last moment, the food was enough. Everything is high quality, artisan bread, bio butter and cheese, fresh croissants and pain au chocolates, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh boiled eggs, etc. Its just 20 min walk to the tram station, 15 min journey to the rail station. We visited another beautiful sea side town, Sète, 30 min journey from Montpellier.

No entanto, quando cheguei a portaria estava trancada e não havia absolutamente ninguém para entregar a chave do quarto. Esperei do lado de fora algum tempo, junto a outros hóspedes que não conseguiam entrar. Em um dado momento, chegou um casal de hóspedes que haviam conseguido os códigos para acessar o hotel e o local onde estavam as chaves. A minha sorte foi que eu estava lá quando isso aconteceu, pois eu liguei no hotel e ninguém me atendeu. Não recebi esse código de entrada, mesmo o hotel tendo meu email e telefone. Além dessa situação horrível para conseguir entrar no hotel, é preciso adquirir o kit para limpar a cozinha na recepção. A ducha do banheiro funcionava mais ou menos e a limpeza não estava 100% boa. A única vantagem que vi em hospedar nesse hotel foi a localização.

This hotel was better than I expected. I booked via **********, and the hotel was extremely responsive and helpful in pre-stay communication. This friendly and helpful approach continued during the stay. Arriving outside the reception's limited opening hours requires collecting the key cards from the nearby 5* Ozz'in hotel, which is under the same ownership. The helpful staff there helpfully explained that guests at the Natureva and Oz'Inn can use both hotels' facilities, which at Oz'Inn primarily comprises a rooftop sun deck and large jacuzzi, which is much more luxurious than the Natureva's indoor pool. Make sure that you request wifi access code from Natureva reception when you check in, or if you collect your key cards from the Oz'Inn, make sure that you ask Natureva reception in advance to include a wifi access code, otherwise you will have no wifi (except 10 free minutes) until the next morning. You don't need to clean the whole room before checking out. To avoid a €100 cleaning surcharge, you just need to run the dishwasher and empty it, empty the bins, and leave bed linen and towels in a large bag. Although this is an odd requirement for a 4* hotel, It wouldn't put me off staying at the hotel again as it wasn't particularly onerous. There is also no daily cleaning, which is unusual for a 4* hotel. The hotel has a good range of television channels including BBC World, but I was disappointed that Canal+ wasn't included. The internet was painfully slow - 5Mbps downstream and 0.3Mbps upstream. It was impossible to join a video conference. The pool has an odd red notice stipulating no telephones, but everyone ignores it and uses their phones anyway. Far more relevant would be a rule banning photography and filming, which the Oz'Inn has. Only some of the rooms have safes, so if you need a safe, make sure you notify the hotel of your requirement well in advance of your stay so that you can be allocated a room with a safe. The gym is quite well equipped, but it was far too warm in mid-May. A gym should have a regulated temperature of around 16°C to 18°C all year, but the gym was more like 22°C. I had to leave after 20 minutes, because it was too warm, and I didn't return. The top reasons to stay at the Natureva is for the kitchens in the rooms, and also access to the Oz'Inn's rooftop sundeck and jacuzzi. The Oz'Inn seems to have a much younger clientele than the rest of the naturist village (including the Natureva), whereby around 90% of the guests are aged around 35 to 55. However, although the Natureva is purely naturist, the Oz'Inn tolerates additional activities on its sundeck, which would not be tolerated at the Natureva's indoor pool. There is plenty of intimacy between couples, including some subtle but minor sexual activity. This might not appeal to everyone, but it's quite mild compared to Baie des Cochons.

PPh.D MHidalgoOur room was normal. The window looks like never clean outside so if you open it to breathe the pure air you can see it. I suggest, Manager hotel 's would must pay attention to it. The bathroom was poor in services to be a three star hotel. A tower per client, a small savon for hand and dispenser savon inside the shower. Most unconventional was doesn't find a telephone to contact with reception if you need it.
Bed was so soft and comfortable to sleep and breakfast was completed and varied with good products.
Really, I felt a beat deception with room cause in my selection before booking it I took care of the details I like it

SsybbiesontheroadI was surprised to find out that there are no staff stationed at the hotel past 8pm, despite my check-in voucher stating that the latest check-in time is 11pm. I do not like the experience as I arrived Nimes after a nearly 3-hour train delay and I was expecting that I could get into my room without much of a hassle. However, there was no staff at all when I entered the reception hall. I was shocked and luckily with the help of other residents I was able to call the staff and they advised how I could collect my key. I was lucky but it is possible that other customers in similar situations may not be so lucky.

Points négatifs: Moquette tachée et fait sale dans les chambres on à franchement pas envie d’y mettre les pieds pour se coucher !! Les abords des chambres tachées font vraiment pas envie de dormir à l’hôtel Oreiller très mou et petit pensez aux personnes qui ont des problèmes de nuque. Restauration prohibitif pour les plats. Points positifs : Personnel tous fort sympathique Petit déjeuner très diversifié et bon. Propreté de la literie rien à redire.
