Everything went as it should. Friendly staff, ok cleanliness, correct communication, friendly team. I would still recommend installing insect nets on the windows, their absence probably means that in the area... they are not used, but in other European countries it is a common practice to sleep with the window closed and the mosquito net drawn. It would also help the economy of air conditioning. Thank you for your services

The hotel has quite a number of pluses: attractive, well-located building, smart modern interior, generally well-designed rooms… But there are some (mostly minor) negatives too. Finding your way into it by car through the one way system is difficult, as the obvious route is “no entry”. They had told me when I booked that there was a free hotel carpark. What they didn’t say was that there were only half a dozen places, though happily we got the last one. Otherwise, it wasn’t clear what the nearby long stay solution would have been. The welcome was average: they didn’t have the key ready despite my checking in online 2 days before and they needed prompting to produce the voucher for the Accor loyalty welcome drink. Also it was firmly only for the cardholder, not for his companion too, as in some more generous Mercures. There was a touch of meanness about the equipping of the room. One tea bag. No free water in the fridge – but a note inviting us to spend 7 Euros on a reusable bottle which they would then fill for us! (There are other ways of achieving “zero plastic”, eg glass bottles as in the Amiens Mercure or cartons and tins as in Clermont-Ferrand.) The tiniest of paper cups for making tea. (No wonder they thought one tea bag would do for both guests!) Only two plugs for charging things, though admittedly there were four USB points. Breakfast had the same sense of putting out as little as they could get away with and spreading it sparsely over too wide an area. There was an almost total absence of staff as well, so that when the inadequate supply of croissants ran out at about 8.20 it took a long time to find someone to ask for more and then, by the time they were baked, we had effectively finished. The layout of the provisions also defied any logic, with milk as far away from the cereals as the size of the room allowed! Overall though, the quality of what was on offer was fine. It was about 10-20 Euros a night more than some of the other Mercures that we use quite regularly, without much obvious justification, except that the Beauvais restaurants also seemed above averagely expensive for what they were too. Nonetheless, if Beauvais offered a decent restaurant or two (see separate 3 star review of Le Senso, widely regarded as the best in town) I would use it again as an acceptably convenient and comfortable stopover.

GgrahamdO8392XBBooked a 2 night dinner bed and breakfast package directly with the Chateau for our 20th wedding anniversary. From the outset the experience was fantastic. Even before we arrived they got in touch for our preferences and dinner bookings. When we arrived at the hotel we were surprised by a gift of complementary champagne for our anniversary. The room was great, spacious and comfy with plenty of freebies including delicious macarons. Dinner was great both nights and the breakfast each morning was relaxed and plentiful. We also had a massage whilst we were there in the health club and would thoroughly recommend it. Overall a fantastic way to celebrate a special occasion. We would highly recommend this hotel for a romantic break away in the Chantilly area (and Paris is only 25 minutes away by train too).

RRicardoO quarto tem tudo o que precisava, muito bem limpo mas com travesseiro baixo. O ar condicionado estava bem quente e o que ajudou no inverno de -4. O pequeno-almoco ou cafe da manhã era completo no estilo buffet. E o melhor de tudo ao lado de restaurantes e shopping, e a 10 minutos do aeroporto. E tem uma central de taxi que atende os hospedes, muito importante isso porque o uber/bolt cancelavam quando a corrida era curta e nas horas de voos as tarifas ficam ate 60 euros em vez de 14 euros. E o taxi cobrou 25.

AAlenaStayed for a night before morning flight from Beauvais airport. The hotel is located 30 meters from a bus stop to the airport, it takes only 10 minutes by bus to get to the airport, the schedule of the bus is arranged so you won’t miss your flight so location of the hotel is very convenient for those who will departure from the Beauvais airport.
The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast could be better. Good point is that they serve breakfast in 3 different times so even if your departure is in early morning or later then standard breakfast time you won’t be hungry.

PPascalette66Dans l'ensemble à recommander, il faut relativiser et se dire que question qualité prix cet hôtel est correct...mais attention le prix des petits déjeuners est trop cher, l'établissement Feuillette est à quelques pas ! chambre propre, salle de bain, toilette également et accueil agréable !

PPengguna TetamuThe price is low but the quality is not bad. The decoration is pleasant. The staff is helpful and nice. It is sufficient to spend the night before taking the plane. Wifi is easily accessible without a complicated code. No code at all. There is a bus shuttle that takes you to the Beauvais airport early morning in about 20 minutes as early as 6:30 am. for about 4 €, and there is a possibility to pay just 1 € by SMS. Have the necessary cash available with you otherwise the Bus shuttle won't take you on board.

PPengguna TetamuHôtel de chaîne très pratique car l'offre est peu généreuse sur Creil. C'est là son seul avantage. Dire Creil-Chantilly est abusif, l'hôtel se trouve en lisière d'une gigantesque zone commerciale à Creil, Chantilly est à une grosse dizaine de kilomètres et, pour qui connaît le secteur, les deux villes sont excessivement différentes. C'est bien la première fois que l'on me garde mon passeport en échange d'un sèche-cheveux !!! Petit déjeuner pauvre. Réceptionniste professionnelle. Chambre classique pour ce type d'hôtel.

We booked late in the evening as our previous booking had been cancelled on us, when we arrived it was late and no one around. While doing the check in at the machine my son heard screams. Didn’t think much of it, thought it was someone messing, maybe just drunk. When walking up the stairs there was a man holding a door while a woman on the other side was crying and screaming. He was banging the door and kept opening it to hit her. We obviously didn’t feel comfortable staying so didn’t even get to the room, as they was in the room between our two of four rooms booked. I tried to contact the property but all I got was an answer machine. No security on either. We ended up going miles up the road and had to stay in a car park on a toll road. My sisters younger son was sick on himself through fear, and we haven’t even had an apology from the property let alone a refund. I’ve never been so scared, it was like something out of a movie.
