This hotel is truly a hidden gem of the region. We stayed here for a week during our family trip to the south of France and couldn’t have been happier. Especially if you plan to visit multiple destinations, this hotel is the perfect base. It is beautiful and so stylish!!!! The rooms are incredibly comfortable! The breakfast and lunch are delicious. The management is incredibly helpful and friendly and makes you feel like old friends. The hotel is a small, family owned boutique hotel so don’t expect the hustle and bustle of a big hotel, or 24 hour room service, but we found it to be such a wonderful experience. We felt like we were visiting friends who live in a beautiful mansion in the south of France. The area is quite and filled with trees. The hotel is only about a 10 minute drive from the nearest beach. But we decided to travel around and this hotel is perfectly situated for that. It is only 40min from Nice, 40min from Cannes, and slightly over an hour from St. Tropez.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to research and visit French Riviera. In the 3 days that we spent there, we managed to visit several towns on both sides (Menton, Monte Karlo, Nice, Antibes, Cannes on one side, and Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud, Saint Tropez, Cavaliere, on another side). The hotel has basic equipment, but you will find all you need to have a great stay and relax.

Nous avons séjourné seulement une nuit avec 2 repas et petit déjeuner mais nous retiendrons cette adresse. Petit hôtel qui a du charme, bien situé au calme parmi les pins. Le restaurant très bien avec des plats de qualité. Si vous prenez la demi pension et que les 2 entrées et 2 plats ne conviennent pas sachez que vous pouvez choisir sur le second menu sous réserve de payer un supplément (2€/entrée/pers et 4€/plat/pers). Boissons non incluses. Petit déjeuner copieux. Un bar disponible avec des cocktails très bien fait! (Tarifs de n'importe quel bar/hôtel entre 13 et 15€) Parking assez grand avec 5,5€ de frais par nuitée. Deux piscines propres et agréables avec transats. Le seul bémol reste ce point car il est dommage qu'elle ne soit pas rénovée légèrement (trace de ciment au fond qui vire au vert, manque carrelage). Malgré tout cela n'a pas gâché le charme! Chambre spacieuse et équipée d'un balcon avec petite table et chaise. Voir peut être pour ôter la moquette qui se salie rapidement au vu du nombre de passage. Coffre et frigo disponible gratuitement, un plus. Fontaine à eau accessible à la réception. Nous reviendrons c'est certain pour tester le spa et venir également avec les enfants.

Having visited this hotel many times over the last 20 to 30 years, I am hardly unbiased but it is an elegant old building in an elegant old seaside resort, with an enviable position, on the seafront in the centre of a bustling town. While modernised, it is not modern. Its larger rooms with sea views are very comfortable with functional if somewhat idiosyncratic bathrooms (baths with handheld sprays rather than showers). The hotel staff, many with years of service, are exceptional - friendly and effective whether working in reception, the kitchen, restaurant and bar, or in keeping the hotel scrupulously clean. The restaurant with its attractive terrace overlooking the sea is busy with residents and non-residents, attesting to the quality of its cuisine.

The hotel is in a fairly quiet back-street in Saint-Raphael, close to the border with Frejus. It is less than half a kilometre from Saint-Raphael Valescure station and a similar distance from the main beach in Frejus, and the nearby seafront has a very big selection of restaurants, snack bars, ice cream shops and other amenities. The hotel itself is clean, peaceful and has good air conditioning for when the temperature is high (as it was during my stay). Breakfast is included, with a good selection of cereals, bread, croissants, sliced meats etc. I had no problems during my stay, so had no reasons to speak to reception, but each of the receptionists on duty were cheerful and pleasant to speak to. The main door is locked between 12 noon and 3pm, and again after 8pm, but the card which unlocks your room door also unlocks the front door to get in during those times. The only minor criticism that I would make is that there was no wardrobe in my room. However, there was a rack to hang clothes on, and a shelf to store smaller items, so it was possible to keep my clean clothes separate from the ones I had used.

Relatively easy to find and parking was avalable. Reception staff member was very welcoming. Unfortunately there were no facilities to get anything to eat or a snack. The bar was a corner in the restuarant but we were informed by staff it was closed but they did let us purchase a glass of wine. Rooms were comfortable

We moved out of another hotel and was desperately looking for another place to stay. We were lucky to have found this small hotel just of the main busy street, yet walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms and linen were clean. Fresh white towels provided. Vanessa our host went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She offered us a room (last minute) exactly fitting to our needs. She did her best to organise suitable spa times and made some useful recommendations on restaurants. The quaint little breakfast with freshly pressed juice exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much Vanessa for making this a memorable experience.

An amazing hotel, with lovely owner's.. exceptionally clean and the most comfortable beds and pillows!!.. Breakfast is served on the terrace,a wonderful mixture of breads, croissant, fruit and meat's and cheese...Do check in the morning and see if dinner is being offered, as it is not to be missed.. Wonderful freshly prepared food, excellent wine..the best food we had in St Raphael...if you don't fancy the walk to the centre, there is a limited bus service during the day/early evening,but it's about 15minutes on foot...

PPengguna TetamuHôtel sur le port de Santa-Lucia et juste à côté du palais des congrès de Saint Raphaël. Marche entre 20 et 30 min. pour accéder au centre ville mais tout à fait faisable. Parking gratuit jusqu'au 31 mai tout autour de l'hôtel. Beaucoup de restaurants, supérette Spar proche. Chambre supérieure très bien avec vue mer et port. Petit déjeuner complet avec de bons produits. Hôtel recommandé pour son calme aussi.

This is our 8th year at your hotel and very much enjoyed our stay.We found the staff to be helpful and accommodating.We also enjoyed the breakfast which catered for all tastes.Although the sea view rooms have been double glazed we found that the noise from outside late evening sometimes interrupts sleep.The lady in charge of the breakfast room was very pleasant and a vast improvement than last years incumbent.Susanne (not sure of spelling)was also very friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Hope to see you all next year.

Exceeded expectations - booked through *********** Excellent location, stones throw away from the train and bus stations and ideally located to the marina and some very nice restaurants and the beach. High standards of housekeeping, comfortable beds. The hotel have a family run feel to the business - all very polite and courteous. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
