Hotel terbaik di Servies-en-Val

Un petit hôtel à un prix abordable situé à l'extérieur de la ville qui nous a parfaitement satisfait lors d'une étape à Carcassonne. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et les lits très confortables tout ce qui suffit pour passer une bonne nuit. Enorme surprise le matin, nous ne nous attendions pas à un déjeuner aussi copieux !!!! Enfin cerise sur le gâteau des hôteliers sympathiques qui ont su nous renseigner efficacement sur ce que nous envisagions de visiter. je dis bravo ! et merci

We stayed at this Brit Hotel for one night during our French coach trip. For us, it was the only hotel that provided an authentic French meal. We had a delicious short-crust pastry cheese tart with salad. Followed by Cassoulet. The wine was at an unbelievable price of 6 Euros for half a litre. We had the 25cl at 3.5 Euros and it was very good. One would not get that quality in the UK The staff could not do enough for us. We would stay here again

Visited with my kids 4,12 as a little bit of luxury on the last night after 10 days on a campsite. We were not disappointed. First thing to mention is the staff, the impression is that they are really proud of their hotel and really want you to like it as much as they do. they were great with the kids. the rooms are huge and well laid out, maybe needs to improve on charging points (USB A&C) but that is a minor quibble. Free parking and you can walk into town/ to the old city easily. We were only in Carcassone for one night so had dinner out but the Menu in the restaurant looked amazing and Breakfast the following morning was good. I'll definitely try it when I'm back next!

Great value for a short trip with the most friendly and helpful staff. Despite arriving far too early for check in, we were swiftly accommodated and able to start out exploring sooner than expected. Very clean and comfortable bed, the room was on the small side for two but not an issue for us, plenty of areas to sit and we were out most of the day exploring. The bed was large and very comfortable with good pillows. Blackout curtains meant we slept in longer than we would normally on a city break!!! Breakfast was excellent, buffet with sensible use of trays to clear your table after eating. Lots of choice and lovely bread and pastries. Hot food also if required. Coffee and juice from machine which I felt were better quality than to be expected, plenty of options for hot drinks. The evening meal was delicious on both evenings we tried it and was very welcome after a long day walking in the two cities. It was lovely to see families enjoying the small pool and an added extra for a city break. It is a long walk into the Cite but we really embraced this opportunity to see the local area. We felt safe walking and the locals in the area were friendly and able to advise on direction. The hotel provides maps to help you navigate. I confess we did indulge in a snack in the local Macdonald’s as just around the corner and the best I have used, clean and prompt service, excellent coffee!!! There are Lidl and Aldi around the corner from the hotel so no issues preparing a snack for a busy day out. Our only issue on the trip was transport from the airport. The shuttle bus is prompt but fills quickly and is only there for each flight. Can be a long walk to your hotel from the stops in the city. To get a taxi you must ask at the information desk to book one on arrival and this took considerable time. €23 a single trip. We found it impossible to pre book a taxi to meet us at the airport. On return we asked our hotel to book a taxi to the airport which we were anxious about arriving, the team at the hotel were great and checked in on its progress to assure us when it would arrive. Again €23 return trip. If you enjoy exploring a local area this hotel will suit, if you are unable to walk far maybe look nearer into the cite or in the City. There are plenty of options. For us this was a great stay and can recommend.

Great rooms. Everything as a expected. Clean. Calm neighbourhood with limited traffic. Very friendly and helpful person at the reception. Gated parking is small so we didn’t have space when we came back in the evening after visiting the old town. You can park your car at the side of the road. Didn’t take the breakfast but you have bakery very close which sells bread, croissants, baguettes and hot coffee. Hotel is very close to the town center.

Magnifico Aparthotel, contacto con mas gente: cero. Dispone de parking incluido en el precio, cerrado, sin techar, al lado de las habitaciones, el acceso se hace con codigos que te envian por whatsap minutos antes de la hora de entrada, todo el protocolo covid muy controlado, limpieza, dispone de pequeña cocina, frigo, baño muy moderno, pequeña terraza en la puerta, ideal oara una noche o dos y conocer Carcasonne

A basic apartment not too far (10-15 mins.) to walk to the Medieval city of Carcasonne. Clean and comfortable accommodation with a small kitchen with fridge! Could even have cooked but avoided that. Apartment clean and decent bathroom, but two bedside lights would be good. Also could have done with a safe. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. No bar or food options in evening, but no problem as plenty of eateries in walking distance and supermarkets not too far away. Smoke alarm beeped at 5am one morning then every 30 secs. till we reported it at breakfast time - then it was sorted. Although reception not manned 24hrs - an emergency number provided - the site was secure and had a large car park. A small indoor pool and steam room was available daily up till 8pm and we enjoyed a quick dip one evening. Not luxury but we enjoyed our stay, the location and the friendly staff.
